Okay, after what many would say was a truly-insane amount of research into lint rollers, I can very confidently say that NO ONE makes refills for a roller of that size. At least that length.

However, pretty much all lint roller refills will fit the diameter, and that eventually led me to this. You can get the whole set up cheaper elsewhere, if you want it, but more specifically you can buy just the refills for it. They are 10 inches long, and the 25-sheet and 50-sheet ones would fit the Splat Lint Roller.

What you could do is chop 4 inches off of one of the 10" refills and it should fit the Splat Roller nicely. You can then take that remaining 4" of roller tape and slip it onto pretty much any standard size lint roller out there, like the one I linked above. Two lint rollers, one fresh as hell, and no waste.

I really can't turn off my engineering mind for anything, it seems.

Some great accessories for a travel bag:

Cheap power pack: 16,000MhZ £23.00 ($29.79)

My recommended power pack: 26,800Mhz £37.00 ($48.00)

> Although, you may as well buy two 16000MhZ and have two. Though, I use a couple of the 26,000MhZ.

USB wall charger, 6USB, iSmart technology: £16.99 ($22.00)

Charging cables x5, 10ft, 6ft, 3ft, 1ft, 6inch: £18.99 ($25.00)

> I use both the 6 port charger with those cables and it easily charges my phone from dead within 30 minuets. That is how high quality the cables are.

All products here I have used, and recently taken to Greece, for two weeks. They're perfect for travelling!

What you want for lint is one of these. I had a couple of jackets and sweaters that were getting quite linty and bought this on a whim - it made them look pretty close to new again! My wife and I have found a ton of uses for it since then, e.g. removing bobbles on bedding. Such a handy device!

I have one of these silicone sticky ones that you can wash and re-use. It's SUPER STICKY and it works really well. My only complaint is that it takes a decently long time to clean and is difficult to clean. I don't use it all the often, but my fiance uses it often. It's a decent swap.

This works fine for me.cause the seller provides good discounts for me,lol.

I have one of these that works well to clear up all the dog hair: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00QQW5ISA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

u/boozter · 0 pointsr/funny

Seems to be some similar ones on amazon, like https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01FQD3GNS?psc=1

I use a sweater stone! I like it because I'm less likely to tear or cut the fabric like I would with a razor.

Totally feel ya (& the fur), I use the MUJI lint roller, the adhesive is just really good and sticky, another quick fix for spots is this lint brush, I also roomba 1x/day

u/aakorn · 2 pointsr/DIY

I use my leaf blower... Move the dryer, shove the leaf blower in and seal it up with towels, then watch the lint fly outside and make a mess of the yard :)

You can also get something like this, depending on how long the run is

I never found that sticky rollers work very well, but these glove things made of velvety grippy pickup fabric are magical. My black jeans are also a magnet. Other clothes? No. Black jeans? Yes. Murphy's Law, perhaps.

A static lint remover I've heard it works better than the classic glue lint rollers.

u/Double_L_Dyllan · 1 pointr/findareddit

I'd say a lint roller or one of these https://www.amazon.com/Lint-Remover-Electric-Rechargeable-Clothes/dp/B00PRW1W0S

There might be a better version that's just the first one I found

Magnum Appliances in Margate

Edit: and you probably don't need a company to clean that out. Just get one of these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FRNKDH6/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_i_9-H4DbH0YQWFW

u/mimefrog · 3 pointsr/frugalmalefashion

I use this and it works really well.

u/ggibby · 2 pointsr/arcteryx

Yes! I peeped what our dry cleaner uses (it's HUGE) and got one.

Use it on a hard surface (kitchen table) and 'float' it over the garment.

Not this one, but it's very similar

u/tomlizzo · 3 pointsr/femalefashionadvice

Juuust in case you haven't tried it, I have found that a proper lint brush like this is leagues more effective than a sticky lint roller. This might be really obvious but I thought I'd mention it since some people I know have never heard of the former.

u/sxzxnnx · 2 pointsr/whatisthisthing

The orange things are mini-lint combs. Similar one on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Fuzz-Sweater-Clothes-Remover-Shaver/dp/B001UAIPYM

Get one of those sticky rollers that you roll on your clothes to get lint or animal hair off your clothes. I had the same issue and it worked wonders. I purchased this one through Harvey Norman in Australia for $14!

u/DylanLurkin · 1 pointr/DIY

I suggest getting one of those washable lint rollers. Especially if you have a pet at home.

u/BickiChan · 2 pointsr/cats

Buy one of these instead.

I was going to use it to power a LCD and pi not sure if the LCD will work but it works with the pi.

u/pandaminous · 1 pointr/femalefashionadvice

I live in a house with three cats and a dog, and swear by a real, old-school lint brush.

u/DE_Goya · 1 pointr/EDC

Take your pick.

A colleague has one of these and recommended it to me which I'll probably pick up if one of mine dies/is lost.

u/blankblank · 1 pointr/VacuumCleaners

Want the secret to pulling stubborn pet hair out of a carpet? It's not a vacuum. It's this giant lint roller thing.

u/rapmachinenodiggidy · 11 pointsr/ireland

Take a shower both days if you can, it really sets you up for the day and eat loads, you'll be pumping all manner of badness into your body so you need fuel.

things to bring:
packets of tissues, dont fucking bring bog roll, buys those ten packs in lidl and you can always have some on you, they're also more sturdy for the job.

food. pack food. oat bars and the like, some bread with peanut butter and jam and some bananas, chocolate.

torches, get some decent small toches and a lamp for your tent maybe.

roll of bin bags obviously.

mouth wash, baby wipes, towel for your shower

it'll get cold as fuck at night so prepare for that

bring buckfast instead of beer

fully charged phone battery this bitch will keep your and one others phones charged for the whole weekend. you dont want be queing for the vodafone charge tent, they dont even give you a full charge in the end anyway

*camping chair, you'll need one

if i could give you some advice it would not to bring all your shit in with you the first day, leave some stuff in the car and take your used dirty shit back out with on saturday morning, same on sunday morning. monday morning you will thank you for not having to drag all your shit out at once along with every other broken soul. if walking to the car seems like a drag just take some coke and a beer when you get there and have a little party.

where are you camping? you're probably young and want to be in with all the filth but if you want something a little more civilised, there's always plenty of room up the back of janis joplin. there's overflow camping there too which remains largely empty and it has its own toilets which will be closest to you and a lot less busy. it's also quieter there and everyone isnt on top of eachother like they down in Beirut, closer to the gigs
