For everyday undies, I'm pretty committed to Madewell cotton-modal and the mesh-trim panties because I've been so pleased with them. They can also be purchased at Nordstrom. Not sure where you are but both stores ship internationally. Looks like I found a few pairs on Amazon, too, here and here but honestly Nordstrom provides great customer service and makes online shopping and returning easy, and I prefer it over Amazon if you are in the US. While basics, the silhouette of these panties is sexy and modern and they often have fun prints. The bikini and the thong are my go-to styles for everyday for comfort and discreet wear. Modal is a super soft fabric, one of my favorites, so I think a cotton-modal blend is very comfortable. If you like sheer, check out the mesh-trimmed ones. They are not cotton but I still find them just as comfortable for daily wear. I really like them without lacy extras because for everyday panties, lace eventually wears out, looks shabby, and is uncomfortable. Madewell also sells a handful of pretty, lacy, sexy options, though. The size XS would probably fit her. If she needs something smaller than a 0, many stores sell size 00, though for panties most stores I see just stick to XS S M L sizing (XS would be appropriate for size 0 or sometimes 00).

Edit: I found a few more sheer options. The Glossies line by Gossard has been around for a while and they are shimmery and can be found on Amazon and many other places: thong, brief, high waist brief. I Recently found this Cosabella sheer option, too: thong, bikini style. Both brands also have a number of more fancy, lacy options. More: On Gossamer Mesh Bikini and Bluebella for creative options.

  1. If it were me I would try [these] (http://www.amazon.com/Adhesive-Uplifting-Pushup-Strapless-Breast/dp/B0037C0VPC/ref=pd_sim_misc_14)

  2. These heels are super cute and I think would add a fun pop to the outfit.

  3. Now I would probably do nude stockings myself but you are looking for pastel so I found these pale pink ones. They look really nice and if you are thinking of more of a shoe like she is wearing let me know I will search for it.

  4. Casabella Thongs are super pretty, sexy and really comfortable. You will probably wear these more then just that night.

  5. Ok so it's an anniversary and about both of you. If you have tried this I recommend it. Fun for the two of you. Probably our favorite bedroom item.

  6. I asked my husband for ideas. He said his favorite practical gifts (they seem to have similar personalities) was his Leatherman. He said he ends up using it all the time more than he thought he would. The other one is his nice disk storage I got him he uses it for his games. Those are the exact items he owns. :)

VAT should probably stop with the complicated contests.

Great suggestions. To add onto this list, a good chastity device and a good hair removal method are some high-priority starter purchases IMO. I'd also recommend picking up heels so you can start learning how to walk in them.

For me if I had to pick beyond "buttplug and dildo" - which it sounds like OP already has - I'd suggest the following along with included Amazon links, assuming that you already have some form of hair removal that you're happy with:

  • 1 pack of decent panties. I like thongs personally, but to each her own as long as they help you throw away your boy underwear.
  • 1 pair of heels so, as mentioned above, you can start learning how to walk in them. I bought these bad girls and I love them! They also come all the way up to size 13 if you have gigantic feet like me.
  • A couple pairs of stockings, especially in a pack or in a set with a garter belt. Some garter sets (like this one) also come with stockings and/or a g-string for added value. Stockings will inevitably wear out in time or get worn out in other ways, so don't be afraid to pick up a cheap-ish pack for now.
  • A good enema bulb to clean yourself out for playtime is worth its weight in gold. I picked up this one on the cheap
and definitely recommend it. Just remember not to use too much water while cleaning...follow the guide at https://howtocleanyourass.wordpress.com/ if you're unsure!
  • Finally, you have to have a chastity device as a sissy to keep your clitty nice and limp. You can go crazy with all kinds of different varieties and materials, but you probably want something cute and pink to start with. I bought a FeiGu cage to start with and it's worked pretty well for shorter play sessions, but I've found the lock on top to get extremely annoying for day-long wear. You might have more luck with the sort of lock style that the Holy Trainer uses instead.

Hope this helps and have fun gurl ;)

If you're just wearing for around the house, any ol' pair should work. I have a strong preference for boyshorts, but that's because I'm athletic and need the extra control, then I bind them up tighter with a briefer. Even that's not always perfect, but it's a lot more reliable than your basic briefs or high-cut in motion. If you can find briefs with a wider center, that's jackpot. I buy most of mine on Amazon or Wish.

Since you asked, the specific recent items I've ordered:

  • https://www.wish.com/product/5cb542e5914ebe390c2ef05c -- They're OK, the laciness chafes a little more than I expected and even M is smaller than expected, but they're cute and good coverage.
  • https://www.wish.com/product/57b40b26e40b131d0c322eff -- These things are bomb, and I finally got to throw out my aging boxer briefs and compression shorts. There's an extra seam that can chafe a tiny bit, but I wear them for all workouts and often as a daily driver.
  • https://www.wish.com/product/5afd2c1cbf26801fc646a47e -- This is the briefer I usually wear over. It's OK, if a bit narrow, on its own, but it helps a lot if you're layered.
  • https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DC183PD/ -- This was a while back, they're basic briefs so fairly narrow, but they're cute even if they don't hide anything, and can give you a bit of camel toe look in leggings. Work fine under a dress, though. This particular set is sold out, but you can find lots of sets of cheap briefs on Amazon and Wish.

As you can tell, I prefer my hips and butt covered, partly because they're so hard to shave well. You might not, so this is just a starting point!

As for size, a good rule of thumb is when ordering off of Wish or Amazon always size up one. In actual US stores, S/M/L corresponds fairly well to men's underwear sizes.

The biggest tip for tucking is do it cool and dry, and boom it's so easy. The warmer and sweatier you get down there, the more the skin expands and the slippery it is. Being tucked is kind of the opposite of breathability, making bathroom breaks a pain to get properly retucked, so I try to minimize those.

It’s a little extra work, but I get these. I then cut about 2-3ish inches of the narrower part of the crotch out (usually most of the area with the crotch lining and some of the front part of the panty since the idea is to make the “holding” area wider, but ensuring that the leg holes are still reasonably wide enough), then stitch the two ends back together. They are cheap, the fabric is sturdy, and thanks to the elastic they provide a great hold to keep my extra bits from slipping out the sides. Start to finish it takes me about 15-20 minutes per pair to do by hand since I’m still hopeless with the sewing machine, but I usually do them in bed while watching TV. In terms of inexpensive panties for daily wear that still provides clean lines and a nice hold, this is by far the best option I’ve found.

Oh, since doing a round stitch leaves a bit of a bump, I see it with the seam on the outside of the panties so that it doesn’t irritate the tip... If you did a flat stitch with a machine it would likely look much better and probably go quicker.

As a side note, mostly for the other ladies, their thongs work well too when you do the same thing except taking out the narrow portion starting in the middle and going back instead. Again, making sure that there is enough room in the leg holes and making the “holding” area wide enough to accommodate your bits.

Hope this helps!

Edit: This brand works as well. I have used both with great results. And make sure to get the full coverage ones to ensure that there is enough fabric to cut away!

Okay. I hate snuggies. And while garments are weird and unsexy, I actually did like the biker short effect of them because I am curvy and wedgies just happen. So far, these are my very favorite underwear. They are a bit pricy, but they are so worth it. They provide full coverage in the back, without riding up at all. AND, they are still sexy. I love them.

As for bra's, my new favorite is the "Body by Victoria" by Victoria's secret. The fabric is incredibly soft, like t-shirt material but it's still sexy. I love love love it.

u/Saint_Olaf · 1 pointr/BabyBumps

Here are some plus size ones (I'm not exactly plus size but they fit around the bump perfect and stayed up!) [fruit of loom fit for me](Fruit Of The Loom Women's Plus-Size 4 Pack Fit For Me Flexible Fit Brief, Assorted, 2X/10 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01CH3OKYO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_I8MQybFBMCCX3)

Here are some actual maternity ones I really like: Walmart - Smooth & Skinny Labor of Love Maternity Seamless Full Panel Briefs

I didn't mind the panty lines or that they weren't "cute". I needed them to be comfortable and provide good coverage!

Not female, so I don't know if this is going to be useful or not.

When I am out and about and have to balance discretion with capacity I like the "medium" capacity range of diapers. Here I am thinking about diapers which are rated around the 2,000 ml mark. Not that the diaper will actually hold that much when you use it because the rating system is kind of silly. For my current supply situation that would be a Tena Active Fit Maxi.

Now as to weather you should go for a "cloth" backed diaper or for a fully plastic diaper? Well I guess it is a matter of preference.

In general cloth backed diapers make less sound when you move about compared to pure plastic. Not that I find the sound to be that noticeable in either case. If you combine any of the two with underwear on top I find the noise level to be identical.

I prefer pure plastic diapers and if I want to do something about noise then I wear fitness underwear on top. Basically any type of underwear which runs a bit down the leg and has some elasticity in it to keep it snug against the diaper. That kind of underwear dampens the sound a diaper makes significantly.

For a woman I guess it would be something like this and this.

It also has the benefit of covering the diapers and it helps prevent diaper sag.

On a final note if she isn't already and you haven't talked about it. I would recommend shaving the pubic area especially if she is only going to be wearing the diaper while driving and be out of them the rest of the time. Pubic hair is hard to keep clean in a diaper and almost impossible to properly clean without a shower.

If she is bare down there she should easily be able to do a sponge or wipe wash and remove any lingering odor or chance of odor after getting out of the diaper. Having a small prepared sponge, rag, or wipe in a sip lock bag should do the trick.

Fun! I love these kinds of contests =)

For /u/Morthy

  • Posh Englishmen drink tea, right? (Stupid add-ons WL)

  • I have little shame when it comes to being ridiculous in public, but I wouldn't be seen wearing only these in public. (NSFWishlist)

  • cough This looks phallic. (NSFWishlist)

    For /u/Akelelie

  • How about a super NERDY item?! ($5+)

  • This would help me identify birds! It's intended for a person who has the bird in hand, but it's the only book I know of that includes such great details, especially in juvenile birds, which other books/apps lack. (Yeah right! $50+)

  • When you have fire, you have hope! (Stupid add-ons.)

Thanks for the contest guys <3

these are amazing and soooo confortable. I couldn’t deal with the mesh undies in the hospital for very long, so I’m super glad I got a 5 pack of these. They’re also really flattering to your shape?? Which I thought was weird, but it’s really nice that they don’t feel like legit granny panties.

I also got this to wear after I could shower for the first time and not only was it super convenient, it is EXTREMELY soft and comfortable. There were a couple of other nursing nighties I got from motherhood, but this was the most comfortable.

Slippers or flip flops are definitely a must. At the suggestion of ladies in my bumpers group, I took flip flops instead of slippers and I deeply regretted that decision - my legs/feet were WAY more swollen after delivery than they were beforehand, and flip flops were super uncomfortable.

I bought a soft cotton robe as well and that was really nice to have just to throw on between nurSe/doctor visits to the room.

My advice is to pick 1 or 2 features about yourself that you like (or at least tolerate) and try to highlight those while making those features that you might be uncomfortable with more subtle. For me, I try to find tops/dresses that accentuate my modest bust (like a babydoll top) and/or are nipped in at the waist (like a peplum blazer or top) that have a little extra fabric or flare out slightly so that it does not cling to my stomach/lower abdomen.

My cousin is the tall one in the family and likes to emphasize her legs, hide her arms, big bust, and lower abdomen. So she wears things like more flowy cold-shoulder tops or off the shoulder skater dresses.

There are also jumpsuits and walk-through rompers now that are roomy on the bottom, cute swimdresses, and a bunch of jeggings (often made with a good amount of spandex-like material, similar to shapewear, with a lot of stretch that can actually help smooth out some bulges and make you look skinnier).

You can also use the illusion of lace, mesh, and chiffon -type material to "obscure" while still not appearing as though you're too covered up or that you're overtly trying to hide something. Though these fabrics are not always your friend as they can be clingy and do not have much stretch to them, in certain cuts and in certain areas of the outfit they can open up a few more girly and/or sexy options for your wardrobe.

Spanx has become synonymous with shapewear, but it's just one (fairly expensive) brand of many. Shapewear is an option, but most plus size women I know don't use it as an everyday tool if they don't have to, but rather for special occasions/events. There are often different levels of "power" (which basically means how tight do you want it to suck you in?) and various cuts, but for smoothing out the lower abdomen, I would personally recommend something like the hi-waist boyshort shapewear to smooth out a little above and below the area as well. Also be mindful that in the summer that type of fabric can make you quite heated and sweaty and, if you have to go to the bathroom, it can be a struggle to get the shapewear back into place, similar to a wet bathing suit, though not impossible. Women do wear it all the time, I'm not trying to talk you out of shapewear. I definitely use it whenever I wear a dress/skirt. I would also recommend Chafing Relief Powder Gel to prevent "chub rub" if your thighs rub together or any rashy/raw areas that can develop around the groin area from time to time when wearing shapewear or life in general.

*I know I linked a lot of Torrid.com things, but those are just for example-sake and the fact that some of Torrid's clothes will show you what the same item looks like on different sized models 1x, 2x, 4x, which can be helpful. Torrid itself is expensive and you should never pay full price for any of their stuff if you don't have to. But they are always having a sale and things are always on clearance so there shouldn't really be a reason to.

u/ilovekittehs · 3 pointsr/birthcontrol

I hope your IUD works out well for you! BC and I had a long and not so great relationship, so now I'm not using anything and deal with very heavy period and acne now because of it. I find myself missing it once a month.

In case you're looking for more period panties, I'd recommend these because they work just as well and are far less expensive. They have a thong too.

u/Pizzabagelpizza · 22 pointsr/femalefashionadvice

I like a nice simple cotton bikini cut, which I’m finding increasingly hard to find. It sounds weird, but Amazon Essentials has a multipack that I really like for regular everyday wear.

u/JadedorTraded · 3 pointsr/BabyBumps

Fruit of the Loom breathable panties, the thinnest pants I can find (or better yet, dresses), and I can Summers Eve wipes so I can freshen up every twentieth time I pee (not literally, I just pee so much sometimes I need to freshen it up). It's not magic, but it's better.

u/hikeaddict · 2 pointsr/xxfitness

Buy breathable underwear! I recommend these: Fruit of the Loom Women's 4 Pack Breathable Bikini Panties,Assorted,Medium (6) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00VTV6NBO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_NlWvybXP4VM2D :)

I tried to find actual THINX on Amazon but they don't seem to sell there. I have found these though

https://www.amazon.com/4period-Absorbent-Sanitary-Protective-Underwear/dp/B015AMKJ5I/ref=mp_s_a_1_11?keywords=thinx+period+panties&qid=1568222375&s=gateway&sprefix=thinx+&sr=8-11

Not sure how they are but they seem similar. Haven't used these myself and unfortunately they don't ship to me country either. But at the very least they might help you with leakage until you get used to a cup or the reusable pads.

The website for thinx is https://www.shethinx.com/ in case you are interested at a later stage (Not cheap though)

u/thisisnotkathy · 1 pointr/femalefashionadvice

Those really look like these plain ones from amazon or fruit of the loom like you said.

u/hopefulfarmer · 1 pointr/TwoXChromosomes

You're certainly not alone in your fears. There's no shame in not being able to use tampons or just simply not wanting to. There's no one right way, different things work for different people. I never really liked putting things inside and I'm almost 30. Now I use reusable pads since I had issues with itching and sores from disposables, but I do pair them with period underwear which is a big help.
