I'm going back to the online retailer thing. You say you are in the states for a few weeks -- this seems like it could be plenty of time if you have somewhere to ship something. I'm thinking Amazon (which sells directly or is shipped by herroom.com or breakoutbras.com, both US retailers who ship quickly) or Breakoutbras.com directly, which offers 1-3 day shipping for $5.50. If you order now with expedited shipping, it'll ship tomorrow and arrive by the beginning of next week at the latest. I understand the qualms about online ordering, but desperate times, ya know? Ordering from US based places will drastically reduce shipping time, and you can also consider the possibility of reselling on /r/braswap, bratabase, or the facebook group for bra swapping as an alternative to return shipping if you find something affordable.

Also, forget about getting bottoms now or getting the matching ones all together. You can get bottoms anywhere, or if you really want the matching ones, you can get them on ebay when you get home (since you don't actually need the bikini itself for a few months). If you get any sort of top with black, plain black bottoms will work fine. This won't reduce the cost tremendously, but I am seeing 28HH-28J tops on Amazon for $45ish USD like this one or this one. If you are looking for a bikini top and not tankini, I see this or this for $60 USD. Going up a sister size gives a lot of options, and some of the bikinis are either tie-backs anyway and some bikinis can be rather firm (I have a 30FF in freya that is fine on my 26" ribcage). If you find anything fulfilled by amazon and know someone with an amazon prime account (even if they live no where near where you need it shipped), you can get free 2 day shipping.

If you want something basic, I really recommend freya pier. I have it in apple green, and it's very comfortable and lovely. I am clearly not familiar with your general bra needs like breast shape, but it's pretty narrow with a good amount of projection, and the ruffles are cute but not too in-your-face with all the boob. I wear a 30 band in it and it's fine for me, so a 30H may work for you. You also could very easily just make it into a tie back if necessary. The version I linked is the sweetheart neckline with two straps rather than a halter strap. This should be good as to not put strain on your neck, too!

Unfortunately, I have no recommendation for actual stores for you. I really hope someone does! It's rather tricky when you're past the GG+ barrier, I think, because even specialty stores don't always stock your size. I hope you find something you like, though!

Edit: Also, you may want to check out an old navy if you have the chance. They don't have bra sized swimwear, but I have seen a few posts here with ladies in your relative size range (small bands and GG+ cups) who have had success with their tie back underwire XL size swim tops. It is definitely an iffy thing, but you have the opportunity to try it on first. I think this option will totally depend on your shape and the width of the wires (and availability of the swimsuit in question!).

A better bathing suit top.

I have large breasts and I have to choose pretty carefully what I wear when I'm planning on doing a lot of swimming.

Or something more fitted and secure such as this top. They typically have better sizing if you buy a bathing suit from a store that caters to women with larger breasts.

I bought this tankini top to wear with a pair of bottoms I already had when I was about 17 weeks. I'm not sure how far along you are but it probably would've worked for me up to about 25 weeks or maybe longer. It had a good amount of flow to it in the stomach area and you couldn't even tell I had a small bump. The top coverage is nice and I felt like it had a lot of support. Bonus, I can still wear it after baby.

Yes, went up 2 band sizes and down 2 cup sizes. The top kind of skims my middle when dry but clings when wet. I linked to my review on bratabase with photos of me wearing the top so you can see how it fits.

Yes, I'd say the band would stay in place while exercising. Wore it yesterday while detailing my car so I was climbing around inside for an hour. Then I hopped in the shower with the top on (because I wanted to see it wet) and the band still felt firm.

Most tankini tops will be somewhat form fitting unless you find one with gathers under the bustline, and even those are going to cling when wet, plus the extra fabric will tend to drag in the water and slow you down. If you can find a top in a print with ruching or adjustable sides those features will help disguise any bulges you feel self conscious about.

I'd love a new swimsuit for summer.

I need suggestions. I ordered the Curvy Kate Plain Sailing padded balcony tankini in the "ink"colorway. I refuse to wear any type of bottoms other than skirts, so I could not buy the matching briefs.

What color would go best with this top? I have a black skirt already, but would that clash? The ink colorway looks (to me at least) like it's not quite as dark as navy, so maybe it would work?

I think white would probably go best with it, but I'm afraid I would get dirt/sand/muddy lake water on a white suit very quickly.

My regular bikini tops weren't going to work - risk of indecent exposure due to rib/boob expansions. Still was able to use my bikini bottom.

Tankini, same style but one peice, another from Panache. Maybe have a look at Figleaves active as well? They're pricey but it is possible to find them on sale.

That depends how much skin you want to show, and what style you're going for.

For tops, there are lots of options. The sports bra type look, which shows your belly but not much chest. There's a cropped rash guard which covers even more chest but still shows the belly. Then you've got the bikini that shows the most of everything, or the tankini, which covers the belly but is low cut at the top like a bikini. There's an even longer version of tankinis now called a swim dress that I think is cute. I love this long sleeved, belly-showing rash guard too.

Now, if you don't want to show a lot of skin there's a short sleeved rash guard, or long sleeved rash guard that all cover the belly and chest completely. They have all kinds of colors of these things.

For the bottoms, there are always plain old board shorts for everyone. There are shorter ones too. There are tons of colors and lengths for those.

You could wear a bikini bottom by itself or under your board shorts. There are a zillion colors and styles of those. There are swim boxer briefs that you can wear alone or under shorts too. If you want the bikini look but are concerned about the shape of your genitals, there are plenty of bottoms in the men's clothing section that look fantastic and would be easy to match to a bikini or tankini top.

The quality will probably be what you expect from a fast fashion brand. I've bought swimsuits for equally random cheap Chinese produced sellers. I was happy with my purchase and the fact that it was Amazon Prime and I could return it if it was truly awful was a big selling point for me too.

There are supportive one pieces! Here's an example (although that one DOES cost an arm and a leg). Here's a more modestly priced alternative.

OP, in general, you might check out brands like Panache and Freya in Amazon's swimwear section. This in particular seems like it might suit you.

I like Amazon for clothing like this - it's relatively straightforward to find something relatively cheap, although it takes a bit of hunting. eBay's a decent alternative, yes, but I'm always a bit... dubious of eBay sellers.

It is just a bikini ish suit with a swim suit material tank top. I swim laps in it, the drag is more then I'd like but it's comfy. In the summer I can wear it without the extra tank top for more sun.

I guess the question is then, how are you presenting?

Second, if you're with a halfway decent shop. You're going to be in a 3mm wetsuit for your pool sessions. Most pools are kept in the low 80s and without a wetsuit, you're going to be freezing quickly. So ultimately; you're going to be covered head to toe most for most of the training.

For a gender neutral look.

Concealment: Get a cheap bikini bottom, a size lower than you need. This will compact everything and give you a nice smooth look downstairs.

Shorts: Basic women's board shorts

Top: Any rash guard

If you're presenting female, then I'd go with the bikini bottom for the same reasons, and a Tankini for the rest.
