Hi Julie,
It took me over a year to alleviate most of my constipation but all the above definitely helped.
-Slippery Elm - 1 Capsule 2x a day - taken between meals. Good for calming inflammation in stomach and helps repair and coat the stomach lining. Also helps with constipation and diarrhea. Makes a big difference on settling down stomach and soothing stomach pains. It can lower blood pressure.
https://www.amazon.com/Foods-Slippery-400mg-Capsules-100-Count/dp/B010VOZ2MK/ref=sr_1_6_s_it?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1529628232&sr=1-6&keywords=slippery+elm
-Psyllium Husk - 1 Capsule 2x a day (for moderate to severe constipation) - taken between meals. A gentle insoluble fiber and really does a good job of moving things along.
https://www.amazon.com/NOW-Psyllium-Husk-500-Capsules/dp/B0013OW2KS/ref=sr_1_4_s_it?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1542294329&sr=1-4&keywords=psylium%2Bhusk&th=1
-Marshmallow Root - 1 capsule 2x a day - taken between meals. Similar to Slippery Elm benefits. Very good for stomach lining. It can lower blood pressure.
https://www.amazon.com/Natures-Way-Marshmallow-Root-Capsules/dp/B001E10JKU/ref=sr_1_5_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1529628409&sr=8-5&keywords=marshmallow%2Broot&th=1
-Magnesium Oil Spray - Good for calming the body and for aiding digestion. I do 6-8 sprays on my stomach and chest before bed. Helps constipation and aid digestion.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01CKEBFSE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
-Triphala - Generally good for digestion. Helps fight H Pylori and helps with Detoxification. I take 1/8 to 1/4th tsp every night. Mixes in water.
https://www.amazon.com/Banyan-Botanicals-Triphala-Powder-Detoxification/dp/B005EIK9Z4/ref=sr_1_7_s_it?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1529707176&sr=1-7&keywords=triphala&th=1
-Tulsi (Holy Basil) - Good for all around health and promote energy and sleep. I take 1/8 tsp every night. Mixes in water.
https://www.amazon.com/Banyan-Botanicals-Tulsi-Powder-Pound/dp/B0058AASOA/ref=sr_1_28_s_it?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1529707224&sr=1-28&keywords=holy%2Bbasil&th=1
Probiotics
-----------------
They've been pivotal in restoring more balance to my stomach, digestion, and overall health.
I've resolved on taking three different probiotic products because variety can help crowd out H Pylori and heal your stomach overall.
-Custom Probiotics - 11 Strain Probiotic Powder - 100 Gram
It seems expensive but it's super cost efficient and lasted me about year which is amazing.
For dosage, I only use the small plastic spoon that it comes with because the standard dosage of "260 billion" per day seems a little too intense to me.
I started with taking 25 billion (one small plastic spoonful) per day mixed in water. Stomach upset and gas is normal at the beginning stages so starting small helps your stomach get acclimated to the new strains.
I'm up to 100 billion per day (4 small plastic spoonful) now, 30 minutes to 1 hour before a meal.
https://www.customprobiotics.com/custom-probiotics-11-strain.htm
-Renew Life Extra Care Probiotic - Ultimate Flora - 150 billion - 30 Capsules
This probiotic is amazing for adding tremendous amount of variety to the strains in your stomach. It also contains "L Reuteri" which is effective in reducing and suppressing H Pylori.
Whenever I start a new bottle, I start with approximately 1/4 capsule (I open up the capsule and pour some it's contents in water) for the first week and move up to 1/2 capsule till the end of the bottle. Makes it last longer and because I'm already supplementing with another probiotic.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IN7867Q/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
-Bronson Saccharomyces Boulardii - 20 Billion - 180 capsules
Good for restoring balance to gut biome. I start out with half a capsule (approx 5 billion) in water at mealtime, once per day.
https://www.amazon.com/Bronson-Saccharomyces-Boulardii-Clinically-Vegetarian/dp/B01DWMC794/ref=sr_1_5_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1529676374&sr=8-5&keywords=bronson+saccharomyces+boulardii+probiotic
--------------------------------
Timing of Probiotics
-----------------
This was a super tricky thing to figure out. A lot of conflicting reports on what time you should take it, with food, without food, at bedtime, or first thing in the morning.
Here's the best two times that have worked for me. I go back and forth to accommodate schedule changes if need be:
Take S Boulardii with other food enzymes. Make sure to take herbal antibiotics at another meal time.
S Boulardii with other food enzymes. Make sure to take herbal antibiotics at another meal time.
I'm including links to what I purchased on Amazon but you can shop around and get what you need :) If you end up getting what I'm linking to, it'll last you quite a while. I even sell some occasionally.
This is my nut free version but you I'll include some alternatives if you want to use different butters/oils. Basically, you want equal parts so adjust the recipe for amount you want. This will give you a little more than 2oz of body butter which lasts me at least a month and I put it on quite a bit. You only need a little at a time.
Steps:
You just need a small amount and it'll melt from your body heat and soak into your skin. Feels AMAZING.

Review:
Hit me up with questions if ya got any :)
My big toenail got totally ruined by fungus because I left it untreated for 2+ years. Tbh I didn't know what it was and thought it'd go away on its own.
A year ago, during my trip to Bali, I was in the water so much that half of my toenail actually fell off! This is when I finally started doing research and treating it. I went through a 9 month phase where I slacked off because I was traveling a lot, which is why you see it get much worse. But about 3 months ago I decided I've had enough and took this to the next level. I've been extremely proactive in my routine and am finally seeing results!!! It's a lot of work but it's really encouraging to see improvements.
Here's how I'm doing it:
I was fortunate enough to be able to visit my grandmother over in Belgium this summer for almost 2 months. It was really great. We used to live there when I was younger, but now we barely ever get to see them anymore because it's way too expensive to go all the way to Europe. My grandfather actually passed away 3 years ago and I felt terrible that I wasn't able to see him before he passed, so having the opportunity to spend a big chunk of time with my grandmother, now that she's getting older, meant the world to me. She adores us and is really the best grandmother a girl could wish for. I love her dearly and sincerely hope she lives long enough for us to be able to visit again. Now that you've reminded me I'm going to make sure and try and skype her tomorrow. I don't talk to her nearly enough :/
If I won, I would love this lavender oil to give to my mom. She loves to smell it when she gets stressed and she's been crazy stressed lately trying to find a job and dealing with my sisters illness.
Thanks for the contest :) and I'm glad you were able to say goodbye to your grandfather <3
I would really recommend an AHA. The brand Alpha Hydrox has Swipes that are easy to use, but the also have an intensive serum of the same percentage, that is way more cost effective.
Serum
Swipes
If you would prefer to get the swipes, I would suggest cutting them in half and using half a one each time. It definitely has enough product and the swipes will last twice as long :)
I LOVE Shiseido's Hada Senka Mineral UV gel sunscreen, so I definitely recommend getting that as well. Stridex also sounds like a good idea. A light moisturizer might be a good idea as well, especially if you are using Stridex and masks, since they can dry out your skin. I really like Nivea Creme ( in the blue tub), but that might be a little too heavy for you( though they have tiny tins for like $1 so it might be worth a shot). I have heard good things about Simple's Gel Moisturizer.
Ahahah okay so I'll just respond to your points this way now:
Hey there, I've got all kinds of eccentric natural beauty/health products that I can suggest:
I don't use body soap at all -- I just scrub in the shower with an asian washcloth.
I do use soap on my hands, as they're exposed to all sorts of yucky stuff and then I touch food and other people. For soap, I use Dr. Bronner's. I also use it as body wash if I get something unusually gross on my body (engine oil, for example).
For deodorant, I use one of those crystals. I like this one just cause it's shaped like regular deodorant.
I make my own lotion with shea butter and jojoba oil from Amazon. I weigh out 70g of shea butter and 30g of jojoba oil in a bowl and melt them in the microwave. Then I mix them up and put the bowl in the fridge for a few minutes to cool. I use an electric mixer to mix the lotion and then put it back in the fridge for another few minutes. Eventually, the lotion cools to the point where I can whip it (kind of like whipping cream). I also add some essential oils once it's cooled but still fairly liquid (coconut and lemon is my current jam) so that takes care of perfume :)
For toothpaste, I actually use tooth powder. (It's also good for the whole TSA nonsense.) There are a bunch of brands, Ecodent, for example.
I'm including some product links, just so you can see what I'm talking about. I haven't purchased that particular brand of shea butter, but it looks nice :) You might try going down to your local health food/hippie store and see what kind of products they have in their beauty section. My local store has stuff like soap, shampoo, and conditioner in bulk, so you can buy just a bit and try it out to see if it works for you :)
Here you go! It's not AB - but it's a quality product for a good price.
Alpha Hydrox Intensive Serum 14 Percent Glycolic AHA
I would absolutely recommend patch testing this liquid before use. In my case it seems too harsh for all-over use, despite what the product description suggests. I achieve daily chemical exfoliation with lower percent concentrations of AHA product. This 14% liquid is awesome for bringing CC's to the surface, and dealing with cystic acne (so that they come up and can be cured with a hydrocolloid patch!)
This product also causes some breakouts to resolve completely and just flatten out without coming to a head at all, which is nice.
This brand has a whole range of good AHA products, and my skin responds very well to glycolic acid (oily skin!).
Ulta carries Alpha Hydrox products -- and I got mine when they were having a 50% off sale!!! It was a great deal. This brand pops up in Ulta promotions every few months or so.
Thanks so much! I'm really happy with my results.
I know with OCM you generally wipe it off with a cloth, but I've found it works just fine to rinse off and then wash with a cleanser. Right now I use the Western brand Simple's moisturizing facial wash, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it since it has SLS. For whatever reason, it doesn't bother my finicky skin, and it's been my go to cleanser since I first started washing my face! But I'd say for most people it might not work.
In the morning I only rinse with water and a konjac sponge - my skin responds to gentle physical exfoliation really well.
The hemp seed oil you buy should ideally be cold pressed and unrefined. This is the one I bought. Try to buy from Amazon Prime 2day shipping if you can because hemp seed oil goes bad quickly and probably wouldn't last with long shipping, especially in the summer. The second my package was delivered I grabbed it from the mail and put it in the fridge, where it stays unless I'm using it!
Good luck!! Hope this was helpful.

What about you? My routine does super well at fighting the irritation-red part of the rosacea, but I wish I had something that blanched the actual-red-all-the-time part.
Awww. I'm sorry to hear you're so uncomfortable. For me, the first tri and early second tri were equally awful, and I didn't feel human again until around 19-20 weeks (coincidentally, at the same time I started feeling his kicks and jabs). My biggest issue was nausea and food aversions, as well as extreme exhaustion, but they all finally eased up and it was glorious.
I don't have great advice on the joint pain/discomfort, but I'm sure other bumpers will. Itchy skin, though? I highly recommend getting a belly butter or oil. I've been using Mother's Special Blend Oil every night and it has helped a lot with keeping my skin happy and non-itchy: http://www.amazon.com/Mothers-Special-Blend-Natural-8-Ounce/dp/B0000536EK
Long story short, there should be an improvement within the next few weeks. Hang in there!
I just bought a pack with 4 oz bottles of Almond oil, Avocado oil and Jojoba oil I also bought a 4 oz of grapeseed oil and mixed them all in a little 1 oz bottle with a dropper (You can buy 6 of them for $5 on ebay). I also bought some Cedar and Pine fragrance oil to add to it for smell that is also Phthalate free vegan and cruelty free just added bonuses it was only $3 for 10ml and smells awesome. Ill link em below if you wanna check it out. I just applied it to my beard this morning and to my head hair and it smells great and feels great.

I put this (ASUTRA 2 Bottle Value Pack - Pure Zechstein Magnesium Oil Spray - LESS ITCH & LESS STING/Effective Rapid Transdermal Absorption - Ultra Pure & Potent https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01CKEBFSE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_WApyWg8vQXMwu ) on my daughters feet (4-5 pumps total) every night at bedtime to help with tics and anxiety. I think it has definitely reduced the frequency of them! She takes a B-complex vitamin with her bedtime meds to help absorption. Magnesium is best absorbed through the skin. It can sting the follicles if you’re deficient (most are) so bottom of feet is a good place since it doesn’t have hair there. If you take orally be careful of stomach upset. Hope that helps

INSTRUCTIONS
I have very picky adult skin. It use to be controlled through hormonal birth control, but I switched to a non-hormonal method and it came back. What I found that works for me is a very gentle cleanser like Cetaphil followed by Argan Oil. I exfoliate about every 2 weeks with Lactic Acid. This keeps my skin calm, even toned, and hella smooth.
But I don't wear makeup. For Halloween I had a "sooty blast" theatrical thing going down on my face created with a bunch of eyeshadow. That did not make my forehead happy, but I was able to mitigate the budding acne with the above products. If you have any makeup suggestions, I am open to them.

Of course. Carbon steel knives will leave traces of iron behind, same as using a cast-iron pan will. Sometimes you can taste it, but usually you can't. It's iron, and its the same iron that comes in vitamin pills, it's actually good for you, and it is quite safe to eat.
If you put oil on the blade, you'll want to use mineral oil - it's available is a food safe grade, and a $6 bottle of it will last three lifetimes. It's odorless, colorless, tasteless, and you can literally drink the stuff:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001B2RG1C/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It's also the same as most ordinary gun oils, too. Works great on guns, door hinges, fishing reels, and just about everything else.
It's all about the karma
Lavender Essential Oil if I win please. I'm a cleaner and like to make homemade air fresheners :)
Thanks for the contest! :)
Awe sad! Some people have luck with Shea Butter, but the reviews are pretty mixed.
If you want a super basic moisturizer, there’s Hemp oil. It’s noncomedogenic and has lots of good stuff in it (good for acne too). I got mine on Amazon
You only need a few drops and pat into skin. I put this on before the Vaseline, and my skin has never been unhappy with it.
I really love this stuff. It's pure vitamin E oil which is the best and strongest, but any lotions you like that have vitamin E in them will still really help.
Considering the amount of corrosion visible and that it has no specific marker's mark I think if it were put up for auction on Ebay then you would be lucky to get $50 USD. If it was completely cleaned up then the price would probably double.
If you feel confident that you could do it without damaging the blade or scales then I would recommend trying to remove the corrosion from the blade. You could use steel wool and a wire bristle brush to clean off the corrosion. Then oil the blade with WD-40 or mineral oil to prevent any further corrosion. This will at least help preserve it for future generations of your family. Hopefully it is something they will keep and treasure for many decades!
It helps prevent scabbing, which, while helping tissue heal underneath it, results in more significant scarring as all the tissue under the scab has to be re-grown, while keeping it moist allows the preservation of more of the underlayers of skin that may have not been fully damaged.
PLEASE NOTE ALSO - While Neosporin helps infection it does significantly increase scarring! I recommend keeping it as clean as possible and then well to put on TONS of vitimin E oil. Vitimin E is extremely good for the skin, helps with scarring immensely and is relatively cheap. It should also help with the painful rubbing.
You could also sterilize some very soft cloth (maybe boil an ancient T-shirts, then dry it) and cut it into little squares to gently press on when you have to protect the burn from your clothing, and the two sides from pressing together.
The honey treatment suggestion would also probably help, but is much messier!
I've been on 60mg/day since March. I use a Vitamin E Oil 35,000 IU + Organic Rosehip & Jojoba Blend oil (link here https://www.amazon.com/Natural-Vitamin-Organic-Rosehip-Jojoba/dp/B01M0B5YYF?th=1 ). I use it every morning after washing my face, I find it's the only thing that can keep my face moisturized throughout the day. I've had no breakouts using this oil, and I think the Vitamin E and Rosehip oil combo helps reduce scarring a bit. So I imagine you'll be fine to continue using your Vitamin E oil while on accutane.

Good luck on your journey :)
Androgynous female! (I don't hug box, btw) Your eyebrows or your hair? If it's the former, I'd advice to put beauty oil on them, like Castor oil. You can also put them on your eyelashes--it's suppose to promote hair growth and keep hair from falling so easily. There are other oils by that same brand which are great as well (avocado oil).
Cocoa butter is great, they sell it in sticks now.
A more expensive but possibly more effective solution is to apply vitamin E oil. My dad had a nasty scar on his hand and this made it disappear. They sell it in capsules but I recommend just getting a bottle.
I don't use a gel, but recently I've been using this Vitamin E oil to help with my acne scars: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M0B5YYF/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
I had some pretty ugly scars on my face because of acne on my cheek and chin, but I put the Vitamin E oil every night and try to massage it in for about a minute or two, and it helped a lot. Maybe took like a month to show results. They're not completely gone but they're pretty faded.
another question! Anyone got a castor oil recommendation that they can give me? I don't need a big huge bottle, just something to start with. I have been scouring/searching threads here/skincareaddiction/makeupaddiction.
I'm looking a few but not sure which would be better or what the difference is: this is a smaller bottle of a full size rec from a thread;
never heard of this brand but almost 5 star and it's small, goof for me to start with;
this one was a recommendation from another thread but starting off at $10 I'm not too sure
any help is appreciated!
In the beginning of my pregnancy I started researching different products, decided to go with something simple, this one: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0000536EK/. After showering, I spray my body with rosewater (http://www.amazon.com/Heritage-Store-Flower-Waters-Rosewater/dp/B0002JHGYC/) as a toner then use the body oil all over. Been doing this from the beginning. I'm just at 24 weeks now so it's too early to tell but so far so good.
Also another thing, besides hydration, is eating good fats! These will help your skin from the inside out.
In short, pick a simple protocol, stick to it, don't worry too much, and eat good fats.
I use this one. It's worked great for me so far in terms of moisture, although frankly it has only helped marginally with my hormonal acne. It does need to be refrigerated though.
Anything that's 100% pure EPO in oil form will be fine, cold-pressed would be even better. I chose to go with the Now Foods one because even though it doesn't specifically say "cold-pressed", and does mention it's pressed at low temperatures, and the rest of the oils I could find on Amazon that were listed as cold-pressed had really dodgy reviews (it looked like a bunch of people were paid to give glowing reviews all within a span of a couple of days). I would advise against buying the capsules if you're going the topical route, since a. the capsules usually have other ingredients added and b. it's a lot less cost effective. You can directly take the oil orally as well if you so choose.
Anyone have any experience with passion fruit seed/maracuja oil? I've been using tarte's (on and off) for about a year now and LOVE what it does for my skin, but it's just too expensive. I know GoW apparently makes a good one, but I don't really want to wait for it to get her lol
This is the one I'm looking at: https://www.amazon.com/Life-Flo-Health-Maracuja-Products-Liquid/dp/B00FEHEPGO
any experience with this, or anything else from this brand?
I found this one (I'm an Amazon junkie) just in case I want to try it. Looks like the real deal and a good price. I may pick it up at some point in the far future.
I love my jojoba oil! I got it because I saw people recommending it for makeup removal. But I actually have just been using it everyday since the 8th, usually after I shower/bathe, just to moisturize. You only need to use a tiny bit (dime size is plenty), the bottle will last forever. Even if it feels like I got too much on, I don't mind. It doesn't feel icky or heavy. And my skin seems softer overall.
I'm new to skin care so I don't know what I'm talking about, but I like it.
Sure! You need an electric mixer, raw unrefined shea butter, oatmeal, 3 moisturizing oils of your choice, water, and a stove top.
I get my shea butter from the African store in town, but Amazon sells tubs for pretty cheap. For oils I'd recommend this set on Amazon, all of these oils are known for their moisturizing properties. I just use regular smegular quaker oats in the tin.
First, soak your oatmeal for a few hours and then blend it into a drippy liquidy peanut butter consistency. Chop your shea block into smaller chunks to make it easier. Have two pans on the stove: one to melt half of your shea and another to warm your oils. If the oils get too hot they break down, so that burner needs to be on the LOWEST setting. The pan should be warm to the touch, but touchable with bare hands.
Put enough shea to cover the bottom of your other pot, this one is on mediumish heat. Slowly pour in the oils, oatmeal blend, and leftover shea chunks into the pot while you have mixer on. Take it off heat when everything is sufficiently melted and keep mixing until it gets to the consistency you want.
I used to use honey but then I got ants, so now I drop in a few drops of honey fragrance oil I got at some flea market. If these instructions don't make sense, I modified my recipe from this video!
Thanks! A few of them had been swatched in that picture, I'd hope no one would notice! I couldn't help myself.
I kind of pieced together a few different tutorials I've seen floating around. I started with this palette, then bought jojoba oil and some 91% isopropyl alcohol. I took out all of the pans and cleaned them with a cotton ball dipped in alcohol, then one by one opened up each of the sample baggies, put in a drop or two of jojoba oil (I had a few crumble so from now on I think I'll go with two drops) then poured in enough alcohol to bring the shadow to a liquidy-clay consistency. I then closed the bag and smushed it all around to mix. Then I cut a corner of the bag and pressed it all out into a pan. Usually it was liquidy enough that it spread out pretty well on its own to make a level surface.
Usually I let them dry for an hour or two (sometimes I had to wait longer, it depended on the shadow) and then placed two layers of paper towel over the pan and pressed down hard with a quarter. I finished up by putting the sticker from the sample bag on the bottom (which fit perfectly)!
My only complaint is that the palette I got isn't magnetic. I might go buy some magnetic stickers and like the bottom of the pan.
Overall it was a fun way to spend my friday night!
I just ordered myself a pregnancy journal and I'm very excited about it.
If you're close enough friends that it wouldn't be too weird, I also love my belly oil (I use this one: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000536EK/ref=oh_details_o06_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=10 ) which may do zero to alleviate stretch marks but sure helps with itching.
And chocolate. At all times, chocolate.
Moisturize every day still. You can do it for a cheap price. But having bought the decent priced skin care stuff and the kind of expensive skincare stuff, I can 100% tell a difference.
Something super and cheap you can do that is just a small portion of my routine is this Argan oil. four drops for the face, one drop for the lips, and four drops for the hair - game changer and super cheap.
I think people with your skin type, though it might seem counter intuitive, benefit from oil cleansing. Cleansing in the morning and taking off your make up with mineral oil (super cheap like this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001B2RG1C/ref=ox_sc_act_title_6?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER or just fragrance free baby oil) or argan oil or Clinique Take The Day Off Balm or this stuff http://global.rakuten.com/en/store/lmaster/item/x156280h0910/ There are a lot of options! That your skin feels so dry after washing and so greasy soon after suggests that you are stripping your skin and so your skin is overcompensating and producing too much oil.
Have you tried BHA aka salicylic acid?
catdog - I am getting ready to submit my application for a home loan! YIPPIE. I would love this!
Looks great! I just want to mention that the Josie Maran Argan Oil is just overly priced pure Argan Oil. I just bought this which is 15 dollars for 2 oz when her 1.7oz is 48.
I'm sorry if you have been told this before. It just kinda frustrates me how much money shes made off of such an inexpensive product.
All that aside I hope everything works well for you and that eyelash curler did wonders!
http://www.amazon.com/Moroccan-Majestic-Pure-Natural-Organic/dp/B00QVR0O6Q/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1450382426&sr=8-3&keywords=100%25+pure+argan+oil
That's what I use. Every day I drop about a nickel's worth into the palm of my hand and then use my fingers to rub it into my beard. The best part about Argan Oil is it isn't greasy at all, so you don't have to wash your hands after you apply it, or worry about your beard touching your clothes and getting oil on them.
EDIT: Also, Argan Oil has no smell to it, so if you want you can add some essential oil to it to give it a pleasant smell. I added about 15 drops of Atlas Cedar Oil to mine to give the Argan oil a light cedar chest smell.
I'm the one who posted the most recent thread re: yoni massage and I did use the coconut oil and I too had that kind of cognitive dissonance element.
What I'd recommend is getting something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Fractionated-Coconut-Oil-Massage-Oils/dp/B01LQSSSRG/ref=pd_lpo_vtph_194_lp_tr_t_2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=71YFVT3KZ85ATSPTQ4AD
It's designed as massage oil and even something as simple as the branding might help shift the frame of mind and as it's already in a liquid state, it won't look like the solid coconut oil most of us find in the grocery store.
You’re welcome! I hope this helps.

I bought one and my wife just loves it! When she tells me she's had a really bad day I ask if she wants the "treatment" and she can't come home fast enough. This can be something you both can get into and share with each other.
I wasn't sure if this would fit in product questions or diy, so I put it in misc.
Seriously though, I get that the brand is a lot of the price, but these are just pure ingredients. The brand didn't do much other than create packaging with their brand on it.
You can get all of these, with more product, for less than $15 on amazon with just a quick search and hardly any effort.

You can get them for even cheaper if you bought them from ingredient suppliers as well.
Roughly 0.23g - 0.3g in each. You can get the 00 (double zero) capsules and they'll fit a little more. The trick though, because it's ground up so fine it gets into your system faster.
Another thing you can do that I don't do is first grind up all the AVB pretty fine. Then mix it with a little coconut oil and then put the material in the capsules. This will "boost" the capsule's potency because the coconut oil increases your metabolism. It's a little more messy, which is why I just drink a big glass of milk after.
Another thing to note... if you take it on an empty stomach with a glass of milk, and then eat a high protein/iron-rich/calorie foods right after you will likely feel the effects more. This can increase your metabolism a lot, making the AVB process faster.
Edibles can be greatly affected by your diet and metabolism.
Hmmm, let's see how close I can get:

NOW Evening Primrose Oil, 4-Ounce https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000X9WXSU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_iilJAb9RD503Q
This is the primrose oil but it has not arrived yet.
I also just started differin. I know, too many products at once but I'm impatient and it seems to be working.
Here is the link to the spray I purchased. It's highly rated on Amazon and comes in a 2-pack.
I've been using about 6 sprays on each leg since I started, and rubbing it in well. It makes your skin feel a little "itchy" as it dries, like you've been swimming in sea water, but once it's dry, it's fine.
This one! It has doubled in price since I last purchased but that was over a year ago... a bottle lasts forever. Looking around, there are a lot more/better options now like this one with a pump (and it's cheaper for almost same size of bottle).
This is a good one; https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LQSSSRG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
You can buy regular maracuja oil to use. I recently bought 4 oz for $15. They sell this brand at my local natural grocers so I knew it was legit. Not sure if they add extra stuff to tartes but it's worth a try for the price!

You could try applying castor oil or an eyebrow growth serum (give it at least a month or two). Rogaine and Latisse might also work. Otherwise -- eyebrow transplant.
Would JuJu Aquamoist whitening lotion always go before or after chemical exfoliation like Paula's Choice 2% BHA (used in AM) and Alpha Hydrox Intensive Serum 14% Glycocylic AHA (used in PM)?
http://www.artofmanliness.com/2014/09/09/diy-beard-oil/
Make your own. It's quite quick and easy. Inexpensive, too. For example, coconut oil (for the skin) and olive oil (for the beard). How much time does it take to mix a tablespoon of coconut oil (15g) and a teaspoon (5g) of olive oil? Change up the mix to suit your needs. You can add essential oils to change the scent but you don't need them.
Don't like olive oil? Use something else!

Stridex is on the CVS website, so you can probably get it in store. I actually buy the stridex at kroger, but it's available at most drug stores. I buy the alpha hydrox serum on amazon.
http://www.amazon.com/Alpha-Hydrox-Intensive-Percent-Glycolic/dp/B00CTPUOZU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1407469791&sr=8-1&keywords=alpha+hydrox+intensive+serum
I use evening primrose oil from here and it's been amazing for my hormonal and general mild acne! I also take it as a supplement but I can't honestly say if it has helped due to many other changes I have incorporated since taking them.
I found this
https://www.amazon.com/Swan-Mineral-Oil-16-oz/dp/B001B2RG1C/
But I have no idea if the company would still test on animals or not when the product isn't intended as a cosmetic in this case. I can't find any info about the company Swan.
Edit: There's also Snow River Wood Oil
https://www.amazon.com/Snow-River-7V03389-cutting-boards/dp/B0000CFSV9
This seems safer since the company sells kitchen products rather than pharmacy/bath products, right?
https://www.amazon.com/Swan-Mineral-Oil-16-oz/dp/B001B2RG1C
Might make things a bit messy, but the oil wouldn't F up the electronics the same way water would since it doesn't conduct electricity.
Bonus: It will relieve your occasional constipation.
