I sort of found the right bra. I got the Calvin Klein Lightly Lined Demi. It's not quite a pushup, and the padding is fairly thin. You can see it's a foamy translucent material. You can certainly tell if I'm cold while I'm wearing it if I don't wear a thicker top. I first tried wearing it with Dimrs underneath, but found that to be very uncomfortable. The bra by itself was very comfortable, and the underwire definitely gave me the support and definition I wanted. It's almost perfect. I wish it had push-up padding, but for a travel bra it is great. I even bought it in black for significantly cheaper at Century21 in NYC during a short trip. It dries in about 2-3 hours after washing too, which is great.

The Ibex Balance Brief is great! I took two on a two week trip, and didn't have any problems. I'll get a third for next trip so I don't feel as pressured to get home and wash at the end of the night if I have a lot going on any specific day.

Have you tried wearing Brassy bras they are like stick on cups that lift up your breast but I they are one time use. There are also reusable pasties that work the same way and are cheaper. I follow a YouTuber called HopeScope who reviewed a type of pasty that is reusable. I'll put all the links I have down below for you hope it helps.

I'm not in your size range, and haven't tried going braless much, but I've seen things like these suggested for people who prefer being braless but don't want nipple display.

I don't know how well it would work, but if you want to find some sort of compromise you might try either stuff with built-in "shelf bras" or something like the Coobie bra. If you want to go totally without, maybe the reusable nipple guards and a half-cami underneath your shirt if you need a layer of fabric there?

I'm a 36 D and I was able to get these on Amazon. They work really well too :) They're pretty cheap so it wouldn't hurt to try!

I have a perpetual super high-beams problem, and I have used these bra disks with non-padded bras with great success. They really hide nipples and are invisible under clothes. I've worn them with super-thin bras (like the Freya Lyla (entirely sheer mesh) under thin, tight tank tops, and you can't see them at all.

I totally get the desire for padded bras, but these have helped when I find them hard to get.

I bought these a year ago, and they're still as good as they day I got them (I use them almost every day). They don't have self-adhesive, I stick them on by wetting them. If you're wearing very loose shirts, they might fall off, but I've only experienced that once or twice.

There are these silicone discs that you just put in with the bra, but I've never tried them. They are washable and reusable.

How low in the front? This may not work for you, but the "lifting" part is removable.
