First of all, wow, my compliments to you for your tenacity!
Have you seen the Flex Cup? It's new, started on Kickstarter as the Keela Cup. It has a ring grip that attaches to an internal pull string, which breaks the seal of the cup as you pull it. They're not quite available yet though, and are predicting that pre-ordered cups should be ready to ship in Spring 2019 (March to May.)
Of the cups available right now... as the Tampax cup is very firm, and the FemmyCycle is very soft, I'd be more inclined to recommend the Merula. (It comes in XL too.) The stem is longer, and ladder-shaped, so it essentially has three rings. You can trim the stem one ring at a time if it's too long. It does have a smaller diameter than the Tampax - 46mm instead of 53mm - but honestly 53mm is extremely wide and not something you'll find outside of disc-shaped cups usually. With the ladder stem you might be able to sort of twist it by the stem to break the seal.
There is a v-shaped cup with a ring, it's called the Lily Cup One, but its collapsible design and extreme softness may make it hard to insert if you can't reach very far inside. It would almost certainly not have the suction issue when removing, though.
I can't recommend using forceps - seriously, please don't - but maybe some finger grips would help?
I got this.
I've been to Argentina for high volume wing shooting twice: once up in the northern jungle region, near Salta, and once down south a couple hours away from Bajia Blanca.
I have some questions and related advice. Please answer some of my questions, and I'll check back later and give you more specific advice.
First, who is your outfitter? I went both times with Sierra Outfitters. They're great guys, and they have some fantastic spots.
Where are you going exactly? Up North, or down South?
bring a few thousand dollars in $20s and $100s Cash is king in Argentina, and US dollars are worth A LOT of Argentinian pesos. Try to figure out your budget for all of your expenses, and bring that + half in US dollars.
Are you bringing your own guns? Just don't. If you do, you will need the cash to bribe their version of TSA to get your paperwork signed off. $100 for the head chimp usually gets things moving smoothly.
Your flight and travel time will take longer than you can prepare for.
Tip your bird boys! They work hard, and get shit pay. It's also common courtesy to tip your bird boy. $100 to a birdboy is a months wage. Give him $100.
Bring ear pro, and a big pack of foam ear plugs as back-up. You will be shooting thousands of rounds a day. It is absolutely critical that you protect your ears.
Bring light-weight work gloves (mechanix) or a pack of accountant thimbles. If you are shooting thousands of rounds a day, you will also be reloading thousands of rounds. Protect your reloading thumb from getting raw and sore with a single rubber thimble, or wear gloves.
Bring a shell bag
Bring light-weight long sleeve shirts and long pants. They have mosquitos and nosee'm's (biting flies). Depending on where you will be, you should prepare for getting bit.
This one's stretching a bit, at $0.13 over budget, but it's truly a must for any PC enthusiast
I feel ridiculous posting this, but maybe these thumb grip things could help. I remember my grandma had some lol.
He has a rubber fingertip on his finger. I work in health information at the hospital where we process records, label and upload them to our computer system. So people that count bills use these a lot too.
If you have a rubber fingertip (my husband calls them finger condoms) you can do easily do this.
Here’s one on amazon for example. If you want to get these is recommend going to a store that sells them and getting them there because there’s different sizes.

Pro: gives you better grip
Con: you get use to a false grip and have to have this stuff on you all the time.
Personal advice, practice without and properly breaking in the deck helps more.
They have these little silicone thumb gloves that just cover your thumb. They are incredibly comfortable and make it much more easier. My thumb and index finger have lost some sensitivity and this has definitely

Just buy the thumb condoms. They work great.

Could she get by with two of these instead of a full hand glove if the concern is just the receipt? Honestly though, I doubt she touches the receipt long enough for it to really be an issue.
I wonder if he even realizes he does it or if it’s just habit at this point. This sounds weird, but can you get him to wear something like this so that he can’t get his finger in his nose and he immediately realizes what he’s doing when he tries?
It must be nice to have naturally moist fingers. For the rest of us, the only way to turn pages without licking our fingers is to get them moist some other way. That's why they make those tins of page-turning balm.

You put it on your finger to help turn pages.

Just because some are, doesn't mean they all are. Rubber thimbles/fingertips have been around longer than you've probably been alive.
Giobbi mentioned sortkwik in the beginning of the Card College DVD. It looks cheap. Bankers and the like use it when counting money.

I found some of these at work and even if it's just on one finger, I feel like I twist my hair less overall.

Maybe try this stuff. I'm sure you've seen it. It's available everywhere home office supplies are sold.
Rubber finger tips. Some people use them when assembling multiple packets, such as scholarship applications at the local community college. (This part I have experienced first hand.)
There are a number of minor variations, the one in the OP being a reasonable variant.
While one may be able to handle a few sheets without any aids, when one starts handling hundreds of pages the dermal ridges get worn down so the fingertips are slick. At that point some additional help is useful, such as a rubber finger tip (which leaves no residue) or fingertip moistener (which might leave a residue or affect paper surface or inks).
maybe something like this if not one of the mentioned defects or jokes?
https://www.amazon.com/Rubber-Flippers-Pages-Easily-Pencil/dp/B078QR2TXJ
I like these! I sometimes cut off the bottom section that goes over the first knuckle, so that it just covers the pad of my finger.
Use these or this.
Really though, if you know you need wet fingers to do your job, you should just bring a finger wetting thing like this instead of spitting on your finger.
When I was a cashier we used this Sortkwik stuff. I would never have dreamed of licking my fingers, they were so dirty. https://www.amazon.com/Lee-10050-Sortkwik-Fingertip-Moisteners/dp/B00006XY1N
Now I'm just imagining how easily all those pages turned.
I had the same issue, this is what you need: https://www.amazon.com/Swingline-Rubber-Finger-12-Pack-S7054033C/dp/B00007LB0H
I think I might have to get some of these first - https://smile.amazon.com/Swingline-Rubber-Finger-12-Pack-S7054033C/dp/B00007LB0H/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1518744862&sr=8-1&keywords=rubber+page+turners

The ones I use
Maybe these or something similar:

another option
Non-mobile: thumb grip things

Use this, I have one:

Just get one of these surgically implanted onto your finger.
Is this what you were talking about?
