Hey OP,
So I'm a trans male who's been on HRT for almost a year and I was the same as you. The first two ish months it took me 3 hours to do my shot and I was given sedatives by my psychiatrist to try and help with my anxiety. I slowly got better at it and I think it's cause I'm the one who's in control of the needle and when it goes in.
Something I used to help was taking a hot shower or just sitting in the steamy bathroom to get the skin warmed up so it would go in easier. There's also this cool things my doctor told me about that put a sensation all around the area that you need to have injected to make you not focus on that one area, but you'd need someone else there to hold onto it for you.
I used to almost faint and had to lie down after my injections and now I can take a few minutes to do it and get it out of the way.
The doctors also show you how to inject it and make sure you know how to pinch your leg or wherever you inject to get it right and that helps a little too. Another thing that helps me is putting a pillow under my leg to push the fat up and having a you tube video playing that makes me laugh so that I'm not completely freaking out.
It's still a little hard for me but it gets so much easier I promise!! If you want any more help I'd love to help :)
Here's the pad thingy my doctor recommended: https://www.amazon.com/Bionix-Health-Shotblocker-Insulin-Injection/dp/B00B2GI3TG
Both can be great cubes. What is your preference? The Shuang Ren is a much dryer, faster feeling cube, while the AoLong is a smooth, clicky feeling puzzle. Performance wise, the AoLong is a better cube, but a Shuang Ren is better for people who prefer a cube that feels slightly more stable.
Oh, and for lube, Traxxas 50k weight Differential oil. Buy a syringe like this one and use it to apply the lube. Hope I helped!
Edit: You may want to visit this page to consider other possible options. There's a world of cubes out there.
An in-use cartridge or vial is fine out of the fridge at normal room temperature basically until you finish using it. You'll want to make sure it doesn't freeze in winter and doesn't overheat in summer but generally if it's in a temperature-controlled area with you (in the cabin of the car, not in the trunk) or in your bag while you walk around, it should be fine in all but the most extreme weather. Just keep a thought for things like not leaving your bag in the car on hot/cold days or sitting in the sun while you lounge poolside for hours or something. ;)
If insulin goes bad from temperature generally what happens is it just stops being as effective - it doesn't become harmful for you to take in itself but you will start to have a more frustrating time trying to manage your blood sugar. It's a good idea to always have at least one in-date cartridge / vial that you know has always been at a controlled temperature, so that you can switch to it if you ever suspect your current one has gone off, just to check if "fresh" insulin makes a difference.
Sharps disposal away from home: if you're going to be using pens then you'll have pen needles which are relatively small and self contained. I usually just shoved any used pen needles into my diabetes bag til I got home and could dump them in my regular sharps container. (You can even get diabetes bags that have "trash" compartments in them for things like this! e.g. https://sugarmedical.com/diabetes-supply-cases/supply-cases-featuring-trashcan or https://www.diabete-ezy.com/diabetes-cases) Sometimes I would bend the needle that goes down into the pen itself for extra insurance, since it's technically exposed once the needle is used, but that's not really necessary if you're in a hurry. You can also get needle clippers! They look like a miniature handheld stapler kinda thing (https://www.amazon.ca/Safe-Clip-Insulin-Syringe-Needle-Clipper/dp/B002ZUE5KE). But for pen needles it's not really necessary because of the needle cap and the limited possibilities for re-use (compared to a syringe). For syringes those clippers are really handy though!
I mainly wear pants/top combos so it was easy enough to lift my shirt and inject into my stomach wherever I was. I'll be honest, sometimes if I'm wearing a thin layer that would be hard to remove (like a tucked in cami or something) I'd just inject through it. NOT hygienic and officially NOT recommended but in the real world it gets the job done sometimes! I've also injected many a time through holes in my shirt/pants if there was one ;) But if you want to be a bit more legit about it you can actually inject into the fatty part of the back of your arm (a bit awkward to get the hang of at first but it can be done! The newer 4mm needles can be used without "pinching up" so you can technically inject one-handed). Or you could go somewhere private to inject. There is a lot of talk out there about not injecting in the bathroom, but that is mostly talk about not being asked or required to go into the bathroom to take insulin. If that's what works for you because of your outfit or your comfort levels injecting in front of people, then do it!
OK here's a step by step as good as I can get it-
You will need:
Melt about a cup of the cocoa butter. You can do this in a little pan on the stove, or in a bowl in the microwave. Add about 2 tbsp of the kratom (I used a good painkilling red vein). Saute for a minute or two but be careful - if you're on the stove, you don't want to burn the kratom, just infuse it through the cocoa butter.
Get your cheesecloth or old tee shirt fabric or whatever you're using to strain the kratom, and strain the cocoa butter through it into the mug. Discard the kratom solids.
Tape your suppository molds to the outside of the square sided mason jar or glass. This was the easiest way I could figure to keep them upright in the fridge - they come in a sheet, so you just tape a sheet to the outside of the glass.
Use the syringe to fill the suppository molds with the kratom cocoa butter. Put the molds in the fridge - they should be firm enough to use in about 15 minutes. You can clean the syringe afterwards by boiling it in soapy water. If you have leftover kratom cocoa butter, you can put it in a mason jar and stick it in the fridge and it will keep so you can make more suppositories later.
SO was using one once in the morning and found that it helped him all day. He said he wouldn't do it more than twice a day - I think on the first day he used another one at bedtime. It isn't enough kratom to give him a full-body effect, but it's very good pain relief.
What do you consider "a lot of extra $$$"? A gram of raw oil starts at $25. Of course you can pay more for specialties if you can afford to be a connoisseur no doubt. Not to mention it isn't a great big deal anymore purchase propylene glycol and just create your own THC juice for lack of a better word. Oral syringes - https://www.amazon.com/BD-Oral-Syringes-Clear-Count/dp/B001BBSQQC will transfer your concentrate to your atomizer.
I admit I made the process sound really easy but like anything practice makes perfect. Lord knows how long it took for me to correctly roll a decent joint.
Peace

Is this what you would recommend for both injecting test and hcg? It's 30g vs the 29 that you recommended
also, should i get 1 inch instead of 1/2 just to be safe: here are the wiki recommendations:
Glutes: 1-1.5 inch (For one's first purchase, unless you are exceptionally lean, it's best to stay with 1.5" needles for Glutes to make sure you inject deep enough into the muscle.)
Ventro Glutes: 1 inch
Delts: 1 inch (some individuals can get away with ½ inch)
Quads: 1 inch (some individuals can use as small as a ½ inch needle when injecting into the quads, depending on how lean they are).
Biceps: ½-1 inch
Triceps: ½-1 inch
Calves: ½ inch
Traps: ½-1 inch
Lats: 1 inch
No, rectal tears aren’t an ER visit thing, as long as the bleeding has stopped. What they’ll do is shove some gauze in our buttcrack, prescribe you some stool softeners and send you home with a $1500 bill (once went to the ER for a rectal fissure! Got fucked in the ass harder there than earlier).
That said, yeah you need a ton of lube, always err on the side of zeal, the rectum has NO lubrication, so it will never, ever be pleasurable or safe to have anal sex without enough lube. I recommend a silicone based gel, they’re better for anal because they don’t soak in, and the gel will prevent drip-through.
Also, if you’re having trouble getting the lube inside, it’s gonna sound silly, but syringes like you’d use for wound irrigation are a good option.

1ml Syringe Only with Luer Lock Tip - 100 Syringes by Care Touch (No Needle) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071GZP1QP/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_yp0LBbZEAPBRD
Links to my favorite anal lube and a set of syringes
Tabs should have the same efficacy ASSUMING they are using the same raws as their solutions. I have never used PureRawz, but you can always get a cheap dropper/oral syringe at drugstores. Best way to dose out 0.4 ml is to use a 1 ml oral syringe that has markings increasing by 0.1 ml. Something like this: https://www.amazon.com/100-Syringe-Luer-Slip-Sterile/dp/B00P9T3CZC
I just bottle conditioned a dubbel (7%) straight from the keg a couple of weeks ago. I used an oral syringe (here: link) to dose each bottle with a shot of priming sugar and a shot of fresh yeast. I took some 1/4" tubing, stuck it in the picnic tap I have on my keg, set the PSI to 5, and filled each bottle. It worked like a charm. Bottles were put in the closet and kept at ambient (~77 F). They were easily carbed by the 2-week mark.
r/brokenbetas mentioned the safe disposal web site. A lot of useful information there. But I learned there was something known as a needle clipper:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002ZUE5KE
I currently use a needle-nosed pliers to break off the needle and put it into a Sharps container. But I bought one of the needle clippers to give it a try. One issue I've had with the pliers is that sometimes the plastic is very brittle and my needle goes shooting around the kitchen. The needle clipper should be safer than that, and it claims:
"Meets government regulations on proper method of in-home insulin syringe disposal."
I use a different Co2 so can't say as I don't have that to check, but the flourish I use is 2 times a week as well.
For measuring you can use the cap(I hate doing that) or look for syringes that would be the right size for your tank. There's quite a variety. You should be able to find something that measures up to what you dose and has a way to get it from the bottle.
Some examples Curved tip like this one, or even using one without the curved tip with airline tubing that you measured how much it holds in addition to the syringe.
Those were just quick links, best to shop around a bit more or find something local for cheaper.
It's ok. You're struggling and you've probably tried everything you can.
If you start, make sure if you relapse, you don't go to your old dose. Be safe with your disposal and use clean, sterile needles. My dog has diabetes and we use this to cut off the needles after we are finished.
Also, try and find support groups in your area.
I pour 1 beer into measuring cup with 12oz in it. I add 1ml of extract at a time until I get the flavor profile I want.
So, assume I was happy with 2ml per 12oz sample I would figure 640oz (5 gallons)/ 12oz * 2 = 107 ml of extract to add
I use the little plastic medicine syringes from Target pharmacy to measure out the extract. They go from 1 - 10 ml if I recall. Like these http://www.amazon.com/Monoject-Oral-Medication-Syringe-With/dp/B001AIKUZG/ref=pd_sbs_ac_3
I have two syringes for measuring lactic acid. A 10ml syringe for mash acid and a 1ml syringe for sparge. Though often, I just estimate the sparge addition with the 10ml syringe, as I figure the sparge pH won't make a huge difference.
The 1ml syringe is also useful when pulling a sample for a refractometer reading, if you use that for preboil/postboil gravity estimations, and the 10ml syringe is useful for measuring the correct amount of Star San to make 1 gallon of sanitizing solution.
You could buy this 10ml syringe.
Or for a smaller amount, you could buy these 1ml syringes.
I bought the 1ml syringes for my Etizolam/PG solution and they work amazing.
Here's a 10mL syringe on Amazon with 5mm opening.
Here's one of a similar size by Lixit.
If you got the Critical Care from your vet, I'm sure they can give you a proper syringe as well.
I use an oral syringe. Add a small piece of tubing if you really need to get into cramped spaces. Also works great for removing fluid if swapping out reservoirs.
holy crap this is scary as fuck! please please please be careful. it's very obvious you don't know what you are doing. remember 2 grams is 2,000 pills. don't try to eyeball doses or keybumps or anything like that. first step: get a milligram scale!!!! you said earlier you have a gemini 20, that's would work just fine. then you are going to need a graduated cylinder, and some PG. i do 2mg per 1 ml of pg. so i weigh out 100mg of etizolam, carefully measure out 50 ml of pg then mix the two in a vial. just shake it hard core then let it rest overnight then shake it some more (takes it a while to dissolve in PG). make sure to store the vial outside of sunlight because that damages the etizolam (i wrapped electrical tape around my travel vial). then get a transfer pipette or oral syringe and make your dose (half a ml for 1 pill, 1ml for 2 pills). tastes horrible, best to put it in a drink or have a chaser handy. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!! it's hard to measure out under half a ml accurately so 10mg a ml means you HAVE to do at least 5 at a time. it's just a good recipe to extreme and dangerous addiction and would make it even harder to taper off.
Wow this is cheaper than I thought...
Syringe Tips (trust me, VERY sharp)
3mL Syringes
I got both of these, but I recommend getting smaller than 18 gage, they tear up the silicone injection ports.
I like the size and gauge of these, do you have recommendations for similar off-brand?
Edit: Hmm I never looked on Amazon for supplies before. Maybe these will be worth a try!

60ml Catheter Tip Syringe with Covers- 50 Syringes by Care Touch https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01J4F92QE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_N1QCCb6XRC8BJ
Totally! It's crazy that I know otherwise healthy people who still feed their kids apple juice like 3 times a day. It's just different than it was before.
Also - if you haven't tried this thing for shots you should! It's amazing. When my daughter got her flu shot this year she complained that we didn't stay long enough at the doctors office and told me she was had so much fun while we were there (!!)
https://www.amazon.com/MedtFine-Insulin-Pen-Needles-32G/dp/B0149SEBJE
EDIT: in my experience you can also save around 30% buying the generic brand at wal-mart, but it's not as cheap as amazon
I've bought several boxes of these and have been satisfied with them.
MedtFine Insulin Pen Needles (31G 5mm) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B014982FN8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_NYCYDbRV06ZE1
I got a box of 100 syringes for $8.50 off Amazon
edit: The description says luer slip, but I got luer locks. Shit, maybe I got lucky? Some of the reviews say they got either one. $8.50 for a gamble I guess, lol
Lab story. Dissolve in alcohol or PG to a fixed ratio. Use something like this for accurate dosing.
The lid? That's not a great way to measure nutrients, get yourself a shotglass with milliliter measurements on the side, or a garden syringe like this
Buy some cheap 1ml oral syringes and measure out exactly the amount you want to dose.
3-4mg at 12 mg/ml would be 0.25-0.33ml.
The 25 mm filters are suitable for 10-100ml syringes. Just gotta source a 100ml syringe. Google "100ml luer lock syringe" or look what I just found http://www.amazon.com/Glass-Syringe-Metal-Luer-Lock/dp/B00C75WVFS

I just carry my insulin vials and syringes in a zipper pouch (like for pencils or tampons), and my testing supplies in their own case. I reuse the syringes, so fewer to dispose of. But I’ll probably get one of these snippers at some point: https://www.amazon.com/Safe-Clip-Insulin-Syringe-Needle-Clipper/dp/B002ZUE5KE
I have my stuff in my purse. Menfolk might need other options.
I got these
Pipettes suck since they're hard to work with and not particularly accurate.
My supplier is amazon. I meant to type that, but the fingers and brain don't always communicate quite like they should.
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B001889SBA/
edit: You want 12 gauge needles to deal with VG. It's still a pain with that large a needle to get it to go in the syringe, but it's almost impossible with smaller needles.
You can ice the area. Use something that vibrates to distract from feeling it
Or you can buy a shot blocker
or
Buzzy
There are topical numbing solutions too.
And auto injectors are a thing.

I recommend this if your needle phobia stems from the pain.
No, there's needle cutters too : https://www.amazon.com/BD-Insulin-Syringe-Needle-Clipper/dp/B002ZUE5KE I've had one of these for like ever and it always works to cut pen needles. It's less work than the hard to open sharps bin for me so idk. I just cut them (and bend the inner needle part that goes into the pen) and toss them out.
I went to the drugstore and picked up a syringe...it was in the oral hygiene department. Something like this:

And when I say hit it "directly," I do mean directly. Put the tip of the syringe directly on the surface that the algae is growing on. Each day hit different spots. If it's particularly thick in the area, hit the same spot in back-to-back days. BHA is stubborn stuff, as you know, but this is definitely beating it back.
I'm considering trying the Bionix Shotblocker, on both my baby and my husband (who HATES shots/needles). Baby was very unhappy with his 2 month shots and I feel like my husband's lifelong issue with needles was because of how his mom handled needles/him getting vaccinations.
"shotblocker" supposed to stop the pain, although her face says otherwise.
