i'm from Australia and here are some tips from everything i've learned fleshlighting everyday

• its worth paying the extra for express shipping, it usually comes REALLY fast often the next day and you can check the tracking so you're able to intercept it at the door from whoever you live with

The more popular lube in america you'll see talked about is called "gunoil h20" but its not often sold here. brick and mortar stores in AU have mostly bad lube and the good stuff is overpriced
  
• There is an immediate and noticeable difference in lube quality, Don't buy 1 small bottle of lube, buy 3 large bottles of quality lube so that when you start to run out you have time to order another batch and pay less on shipping. quality lube is expensive but think of each bottles as X amount of fun tickets.

• cleaning is deeply discussed on this thread everyday and you'll find heaps of guides on it, although i choose to simply wash 2 sleeves and case everyday in the shower and put the rest dried in a plastic box. • cold fleshlights aren't really a great time, even with the FL sleeve warmer your lube you pour in will cool down the warmth and you'll have a lukewarm experience, although its usually enough time to have a great time with it, lukewarm is 4 times as good as cold. • Hot water buckets with a lid are great for this because you can have 4-5 or more sleeves in and just switch for new experience and warmth, this is much more costly on lube though and you have the added annoyance of concealing large volumes of water and finding a way to fill it with heated water discretely around room mates which is the added complication, but hot water is great.

Using the hot water method is really fun, but the FL warmer will do fine and the water method will become too much effort in the long run and you wont use your toy as often. the good thing about the warmer on fleshlights AU site is it includes an australia wall plug. While its important to check if any other warmers you buy potentially overseas such as lotion warmers or coffee mugs ship with australian plugs.
  
• picking a sleeve to the size of your penis is important, measure your erect penis with a ruler app or ruler then use the measuring tool on fleshassist to figure out how much value you'll get out of the sleeve, if you open a sleeve page on fleshassist and hold your mouse over the texture picture it has a ruler function, this better allows you to study which parts of the sleeve you'll be hitting and what depths. The immersion from this is fantastic and severely underrated. Personally i would argue that a VR unit is life changing. the GO has no wires of any kind meaning you can also use it to watch netflix on planes/camping. Both combined are fantastic as while you're wearing the GO unit, you're placed inside the porn and can't see your fleshlight or surroundings, only feel them.

  I think the most important thing for you to keep in mind is that a LOT of women take years to "wake up" sexually. During my research on tantric sex I interviewed a number of women who had their first orgasms in their late 20s to late 30s and who have gone on to have rich, lusty, thoroughly enjoyable sex lives. Although it's remotely possible that you are asexual, that's actually very rare. Okay, I'm late, but I do have one tip no one has mentioned.

First, thank you for posting this. I had my implant taken out 2 weeks ago, and from the feel of things, I'm about to have my first shark week in 10 years. I have read everything everyone here has said, and I am praying we don't have the any of the major problems. (People talk about tearing and scarring and botched repairs like it's normal, and I'm going, "Please, not me!")

Anyway, I assumed I had nothing to add, but actually I do. More than a year ago I raved about our massage table to a friend of mine who was pregnant, and she got one and fell in love with it. So I wanted to share with you what she said about why a good massage table is one of the best sex accessories anyone can have AND is also a tremendously handy thing to have when you have a baby!

To start with, this is the one we have, only ours is black. Shakti and u/Cockring_Buddha have the same table, and I think several other SO30ers do as well.

And we all love it. It's insanely cheap - like $67 as I type this - but it's comfortable, solid, rugged, and portable, and it folds up nicely when you need it out of the way.

The only weakness is the handrest that hangs from three straps at the front. The straps are just stapled on and the staples come out if you push too hard. That's easy enough to fix, but we prefer to use the armrests on the sides instead, so it doesn't matter to us.

Anyway... it's perfect for:

I haven’t had any experience with electric scalp massagers. That one looks good, and in theory I think it should help out. Maybe try it a few more times, but if you are noticing consistent hair loss right after, discontinue. You could also look into a high frequency machine with a comb attachment. New Spa makes one that’s awesome. This will emit oxygen into your scalp and has antibacterial properties as well as helping to speed up any healing and stimulate the circulation. (And there’s attachments that help with pimples- added bonus!)

I totallyyy understand your skepticism when it comes to hair loss products. Most of the systems and lines they’ve put out are mediocre and cause dependency, so once you stop using the product you’re at square one. Davines is an awesome company that focuses on food/plant nutrients as well as essential oils to treat hair and scalp (they even have their own farms in Parma Italy, at the same compound as the labs!). They’re B Corp certified and super transparent. They don’t use any chemical sulfates or parabens. It’s one of the few beauty companies I will stand behind 100% and think they truly care about their consumers. Look into them a bit and see if it makes you any more comfortable trying them out.

Every 3rd day is an awesome routine for shampooing. If you’re noticing that your scalp is hot and itchy I definitely think there’s a fungal thing going on, which will explain the dandruff as well. Try adding some tea tree oil to your shampoo, or using that in the oil mix for scalp massage. The anti bacterial qualities might be what you’re looking for. A fungal issue could definitely be causing blockage to your follicles. Don’t be afraid to shampoo a day early if your scalp is feeling like you need it.


Edit: oh yea, switch back to cold water! I don’t think this is the only reason. BUT cold water is much better for the hair and scalp, so it can’t hurt.

So I actually have some experience with a few different wands. The high frequency ones your talking about are likely the ones that are actually also used for beauty purposes, like this. These are often made black and put in kinky boxes for way more money than the beauty ones. But they tend not to get too high. I personally top them out super quickly.

There are violet wands that get way more powerful. Tesla wands for example get way more intense. Most people in my community who have money to burn will get one of these ones. And in my experience, I have never topped one out.

Using violet wands with body contact attachments can also increase the perceived intensity of it. Especially if you have someone poke you with something metal (i.e. a fork for example).

If your still opposed to violet wands or gape like a fish out of water at the price of some of them (reasonably so, those things are damn expensive), TENS unit is probably the way to go.

The feeling of a TENS unit or similar device is very different than I violet wand if you ask me. When I've played with one, they caused muscle contractions with a sharp pain. I know for me I'm not a fan of those muscle contractions, but that's just me. They are much cheaper and you can get one just to try at a pretty reasonable price, since they are also medical devices uses to relieve pain at lower levels.

There are a few other electrostim toys out there but not many. I've seen people use things in that "cattle rod" category you mention. There are smaller quieter ones, like this one that a friend of mine has. Though it's pretty low intensity if you ask me.

I can't speak for the safety or feel of a lot of those toys in that sort of category. But I have seen people use them, including those bug zapping things as toys. Please pursue safety info if you go this route, as I can't speak for the actual safety of this. Only that I've seen others do it. And those others could just be unwise from all I know.

Check EBay for massage tables, I got one for around $120 and it's great! It folds away for easy storage and has really upped my massage game. Massaging each other on the bed is fine but you can't get the real traction needed for real kneading and stroking. I read about something called SHR (super hair removal) that, if what they say is true, holds a lot of promise. There are no inexpensive home SHR devices I know of yet. It's hard to find a neutral, detached article about the approach. It involves using a series of gentle light pulses to gradually heat up hair to the temperature when the chemistry of life stops working. This prevents heat damage to surrounding tissue. There are rave reviews that lack details. I imagine if it was great, it would have steamrolled other hair removal techniques out of the market in a few months since it permanently works on more skin tones and hair colors than laser or IPL. Maybe it hasn't been submitted for FDA approval. Maybe established business interests are holding it back. Maybe it's a scam that's too good to be true. I haven't found any links denouncing it though.

I've been aggressively using a home IPL machine for 8 weeks. It is helping with epilated body hair and making steady progress with shaved facial hair. I found that cooling the shaved skin before flashing it with powerful light pulses was the key to getting results on dense chin and mustache growth. Pain went down to zero with pre-cooling. It was alarmingly hot without it. To speed things up and stop condensation, I ordered a cheap skin cooler (Amazon link) to experiment with. Maybe close shaving, cooling (I use a small freezer pack meant for igloo coolers now), and IPL would have effects on the strong body hair you describe.

The conventional wisdom about IPL is that it is a waste of money that doesn't work. The best it can achieve is some hair reduction, not full removal. In my experience it works well but slowly. I have to overlap the flashes, immediately exfoliate between shaving and IPLing, and do treatments every 3 days. It's nice to see spots of pink, clear skin open up and expand. I have recently started doing daily beard IPL. Only 2.5% of the 350,000 flashes have been used so far.

One epilator tip said to pinch the skin and run the tweezers along the crest of the hill. That should work better than epilating relaxed skin. Stretching skin helps prevent the shocking and alarming hair grabbing feeling. Thankfully hair gets easier to pull every time.

I wish I had simple answers. I've had to go outside the rules and recommendations to deal with light, straight body hair. I would just clipper it down if the tips didn't get so bluntly cut and rough feeling. The wonderful, feminizing rewards of smooth skin have been worth the extra time epilation takes. My sense is more hard work of independent experimentation lies ahead for all males interested in large scale home hair removal. It is a violent thing to do. Hopefully the weak point in "the enemy" will be found some day. Electrolysis is apparently the gold standard, but it's way out of economic reach for most people.

We are (M60) and (F64) I have RA and while she's never been tested, I bet she does too but certainly milder than I. She also has blockages in the arteries in her legs that make holding her legs in one position for an extended time painful. I got this one 5 years ago @ $119. Has held up well. Heaviest client 250lbs. As an additional test, I stood at the head, client at the tail and we both jumped up and down for a good 20 seconds for a dynamic weight of about 300lbs, no issues.The only thing to be careful of is clients putting their hands into the table's hole when flipping over. This usually won't be an issue if u have an extra sheet/table warmer on it, but they can easily destroy the platform holding the pillow if directly pressuring it, giving it a permanent hole. They've updated the design a little bit so I can't fully vouch for the quality today. The included half bolster is great for tiny people, but on the softer/flatter side. You'll probably want to get a full round one for supine work/bigger clients. Keep in mind this model is 77" long 30 " Wide 3" thick. Most standard tables are ~73/28/2 so you can save another 20 bucks if you don't need the extra size/weight.

  The toilet seat is wonderful - I mean we're piping in and heating up water for the express purpose of making going to the bathroom a much better and toilet paper free experience. It even has a pink button for girls I never press.
  
  
  The chair costs far less (and I bought mine in person for substantially cheaper than amazon sells it) than many people will spend on inconsequential upgrades for a car. It is soothing to know that on-demand you or anyone you choose to let use the chair can access a pleasant, therapeutic experience for the price of a dime's worth of electricity.
  
  The parallel bars gave me access to press handstands, something I can do on concrete in public now without fear. I do street performance of acroyoga for fun and it's incredibly inviting to be able to be at ease playing acrobatically in public. The pole is crazy difficult, humbling, and a party in 4 square feet. The single most significant factor will be whether it has a wax or ceramic core, but most online retailers won't say one way or the other. Ceramic is better, because it will last longer.

Consider attachments besides just the neon glass tubes. Things like this can be a lot of fun. And I LOVE using body contacts.

Stronglite Ergo Pro, it’s a little bit pricey but it is so worth it. One of the most comfortable chairs I’ve ever tried, every single client I’ve had on it has commented on how comfy it is. It is super adjustable to accommodate any type of body. Very sturdy and reliable and surprisingly light, I’ve carried it up stairs and walked with it (it also has wheels). I highly recommend it, I love mine and it has more than paid for itself.

I purchased this for my wife and when I know she needs some attention and care I pull it out, turn the lights down low, put on some soothing music and some candles. I spend about an hour massaging her which means I only spend maybe two hours out of my day and it makes my wife extremely happy. Thats a great trade off to me. Not only does her body feel better but she knows that I care and that I see her stress/struggles/tiredness which I think means the most to her.

On top of that, bringing home flowers for no reason what so ever is always a good thing.

I recommend Best Massage tables on Amazon. Make sure you get one with a "Reiki endplate" that means there is an opening at each end to get your knees under when sitting. Many massage tables have an X at the ends and that is no good for Reiki. There is no need to spend more than $150 on a table..ever. I am a full time Reiki/energy healer and have been using the Best Massage tables for years.

Now I know it's a totally different thing, but when I feel a large zit coming on I zap it and it's gone the next day with this thing. I doubt it would work when it is fully formed, but if it hasnt gotten to big yet I wonder if zapping it might help it? It is worth a try. You can find other models of this that or even cheaper, I really like these high frequency things personally.

I haven't tried azealic acid and therefore haven't looked for a replacement. I have found two alternatives for niacinamide, one with hyaluronic acid and one with BHA and tea tree oil, though I haven't bought bought them yet. (I read somewhere on here that there has been no proof that soulutions over 5% work better, so the lower % doesn't worry me). In general, "B3" as search term got better results then "niacinamide" on German pages;)

I had planned to buy the TO glycolic acid, but DM now has one so I just grabbed it when I was in store. I like it, but I haven't tried glycolic acid before so I have nothing to compare it to. According to their e-mail the % of the AHA is a secret, so I might try this next time, just so I know what I am putting on my skin.

And to complete the list, I am thinking of buying this Retinol /Vit C serum, though I want to research how much sense this combo makes first.

I bought this one and my SO and i use it for massages and post massage naps. Not that much money, folds up in the closet, sturdy, and would be totally comfortable for a face down nap. My gf was skeptical but after one massage/nap she was on board.
