Fear cuts deeper than swords!
Grey Tribble!
Reminiscent of rain. If you turned a sound machine on and set it to "spring rain" and put this on you'd think your face was actually being caressed by gentle cooling drops of relaxing rain. :)
Weird food Haggis flavored chips. What? I love tasting new stuff. This intrigued me. :)
For my mom She loves horses. I once gave her an ornament with a horse on it that meant a lot to her. It's become sort of a tradition to get her an ornament as part of Christmas. This one is soo pretty. :)
Book! If you've watched the show I don't have to sell this too hard. :) I LOVE this show and really really want to read this book!
Less than $1. Technically... Digital delivery is a delivery method. It's not a food, polish, or anything to do with my hair. ;)
Cat related!
This key does nothing useful, but it looks awesome!
Across The Universe (movie). I had a friend who had the soundtrack. We listened to it pretty often. It's worth a watch just for the music alone, but it's a great watch. :)
Useful for zombies? Maybe? It's a knife that fits in your wallet like a credit card. It's at least a weapon that you could always have on you so you're ready at a moments notice. :) If only they made a credit card size folding flame thrower. ;)
Life changing. I need to be less fat... :/ This would definitely help.
Add on. My hedgehog loves these!
This is my second most expensive. My most expensive was the one for not being fat... lol. Before I used a wishlist I just added stuff to my cart and then saved it for later. This is the oldest item I've had stashed away. Every camping trip or competitive horse ride I went on with my mom/parents always involved sitting around the fire talking before heading off to bed. Whenever I get the chance to see them (we live in different states now) we still sit around a fire. This just reminds me of good times spent with family and essentially being home...
Bigger than a breadbox. For side table fishy times! :D
Smaller than a golfball. I'm obsessed with stars. I really love this ring. :)
Good smell! I bought the lotion and body spray on a whim when I was at the mall a while back. This stuff smells sooo good. It's like summer time!
Safe for work toy. These things look really neat. I saw them mentioned somewhere else and googled to see what they were. The video makes them look pretty cool. :)
I'm always late for class, but if I had a watch that I couldn't stop looking at I might just make it on time. ;)
Speaking of "can't stop looking at"... I'm obsessed with Doctor Who and David Tennant. :D
I added this to show someone else... I think it's crazy that they even make these. There's an appliance for everything! What beats fresh donuts anytime you want them? NOTHING! That's what... This is why I need that elliptical.. :P
Pm'd what I think is your name! :D
Oregon Cherries!
I marked things with a [w] if they're on my WL!
Bonus:
Oregon Chai!
Okay. Lazy person speaking. Do you have a Trader Joe's near you? Quality frozen food options. They have some awesome things available. If not, invest in a crockpot. If you're not afraid of left overs, you can eat for 2 or 3 days. Just set it up at night, put the insert in the fridge, and then in the morning put on low before going to work. Awesome. You have tasty dinner. So many options for chicken breasts, beef, pork chops, etc. Most recipes you just chuck things in there. Try and get a bag of salad (I know its not the best but hey its fresh vegetables) or a thing of frozen vegetables (despite what people say they have more nutrients because they are flash frozen right out of the field and don't lose them). Or if you make something like spaghetti throw in a couple handfuls of frozen mixed vegetables. Look into healthier snacks like baby carrots, wheat thins popped (my favorite), or string cheese. Make sure to drink plenty of water. Eat breakfast too. Even if it just a yogurt or yogurt smoothie in a bottle. Take a lunch. I was famous for Budget frozen meals or uncrustables. Just something to give you an energy midday. Keep some granola bars in your classroom. Nature Valley Soft Baked Oatmeal Squares are awesome.
Audible. I got away from reading when I started working. Then I discovered audible. Now I'll go to bed early so I can listen to a book before bed. I've started reading a lot more. I'll set a sleep timer and just go to sleep with the book on.
Want to exercise, don't want to spend a lot of money, and don't want to get off the couch? Try this. Awesome.
I have a rule. One day on the weekend is nap and snack day. I can lay around, do nothing, and have snacks. The other day, I force myself out. I go grocery shopping, walk around Wal-Mart, walk around Home Depot, etc.
Just a little more physical activity, some better food, and a hobby or two.
edited to say, if you want some awesome recipes for a slow cooker, let me know.
This is the one I ended up getting, but a friend has this one and loves it. I wish the height was adjustable, but it works fine otherwise.
It did kind of make a little squeaky noise at first, but I sprayed the bars (not sure if they have a name, where the pedals join the body) with cooking spray (and wiped off the excess with paper towels) and it's totally silent now. The resistance can be adjusted pretty far: with pliers (for I am weak, apparently) I can get it so tight I can't push the damn pedals. Took me a while to find a happy medium, but it's a pretty neat little thing. Gives me something to do while watching Westworld and the like other than the nothing I'd been doing.
Here goes...
I went with this one.

Some guys I work with were kind of trash talking, saying it looked hard to do, easy to fall off, wondering if I would actually use it/get the rhythm down when they were watching the video, etc., so I am very determined to show them, lol. They are both big on fitness so I am pretty sure motivating me was the goal.
I am not sure I ever bought myself such a healthy present before but I am super excited for it to come. The comments said it was easy to assemble, so fingers crossed.
I discovered this sub a minute ago, so I can't speak to any of the programs followed here, but I'll share what's been working for me so far (27/f/5'9"/CW:163lbs):
I'm still trying to figure things out but I'm over halfway to my weight loss goal (I nearly hit 200lbs last year and want to get back down to 135lbs). Hopefully my methods can be of some help :)
I finally got fed up with going to my overcrowded gym that only had one squat rack and decided to join the home gym club. This room was previously a home theatre room but we weren’t watching much TV in there anyways. I figured a home gym would be a better use of the room and our time. I had considered a garage gym but didn’t want to lose our covered parking spots or deal with extreme temperatures. The room was completely open on one side so the first thing I did was build sliding barn doors to cover it up and keep the kids out. This was my first ever woodworking project so I’m pretty proud of myself! I laid down the stall mats directly over the existing carpet. They felt a little springy when I first put them down but two weeks later, they now feel much firmer. I taped them together with gorilla tape but it isn’t staying down quite as well as I’d hoped (if anyone has any other suggestions for keeping stall mats in place, please let me know). All in all, am loving my decision. I spent a little over $2K but that will pay for itself in about 4 years now that I have cancelled the gym membership. I plan on working out much longer than that anyways!
Rep Fitness Home Gym Package Comes with rack, bench, barbell, bumper plates, dip bars and rings. This thing is solid and doesn’t take up a lot of space. I also got the adjustable bench upgrade and extra bumper plates. Bumper plates: 8x45, 2x25, 2x10. Change plates 2x 5, 2x 2.5. I had them swap out the 35 lb plates that came with the package for 45s. Total olympic weight: 445 lbs (490 lbs with 45 lb barbell) Total price $1450
200 lb adjustable dumbbell set. $173
15 lb aluminum training barbell (for my wife) $119
Rowing Machine (Goes for $300, purchased for $150 on Craigslist)
5 horse stall mats from Tractor Supply Company, $200
The resistance bands set is from Bodylastics and was purchased years ago for around $50 I think.
For the barn doors, I bought a track kit for $135 on Amazon and the lumber, screws and stain was around $150.
I'm selling:
[Stair climber] (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00K6ZURAW/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1) for sale for $75. See the amazon post for specs and reviews. This works well and it is put together so you can try it out before you buy it. I've upgraded to a treadmill so I no longer need it. It's compact and easy to fold up for storage, so it's good for small spaces.
Fitbit Flex for sale for $35, which includes a package of colored replacement bands, a $15 value alone (wrist bands are the smaller of the 2 wrist sizes). The Flex was bought less than a year ago and still works perfectly. See the amazon post for specs and reviews. I've upgraded to one with a heart rate monitor, so I no longer need it. This comes with the setup instructions, charger, and wrist bands. The black bands are little worn, but others are in good shape.
TV stand with Flat Panel Mount for sale for $50. See the post for specs and reviews. I bought this, but didn't really fit my decor, so put it in storage shortly thereafter. Perfect condition and is assembled.
I live near Oracle and Orange Grove.
Another treadmill is an option, or a stationary bike (I have this one and I like it, it's nothing fancy though), an elliptical, or a set of dumbbells that you can use for both strength and for added weight when doing an aerobic workout.
Of course there are others, but those are my suggestions. Look on Craigslist or something similar and see if you can get something for free or cheap, then you might be able to get more than one! Unless you're well off, then go straight for more than one from Amazon. ;)
Speaking of which, if you are able to invest some $$, I recently bought myself this:
https://www.amazon.com/Stamina-15-9003-Deluxe-Conversion-Recumbent/dp/B000TK4GYW/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1472949345&sr=8-2&keywords=recumbent+rowing+machine
Cost me a month's rent, and I am extremely, extremely low on cash, but I was housebound and desperate not to get any worse than I already am. I have not regretted the purchase. If I run out of cash next month and get evicted, I still won't regret it, and you better believe that this thing is coming with me.
What's great about rowing is that it is a full body cardio workout. Then, this machine also has just-arms or just-legs options, which is great for when my other symptoms take one set of limbs out of the running. Plus, being so low to the ground and recumbent, I don't have to worry about injuring myself if I get woozy. It also has built-in HR.
There are significantly cheaper rowers out there, so definitely take a look even if $600 is too much, but avoid anything less than like $300. There is a steep dropoff in quality after that point. The cheap ones use a different mechanism for the band and so are wont to leak oil everywhere, and have something of an elastic recoil vs the smooth resistance of the magnetic dynamo used in more expensive models. Still, rowing machines are unmatched in terms of bang for the buck among exercise machines, especially considered how low-impact they are. If you can sit upright and bend your joints, you can use one - though, the recumbent one above does not even need that much ability to use!
I use a treadmill desk at home. I found that I can walk at approximately 2.5mph without losing my typing form, but sometimes I do go a bit faster and sacrifice on some typing skills. I use an approximately 10% incline.
At first, I used some online "mph to calorie" calculators as well to track the number of calories that I was burning. The calculators told me that I would be burning roughly 365 calories per hour, which seemed pretty reasonable -- and I think this is a pretty large number.
After a while I started calculating by using heart rate and I found that the mph->cal calculator was way off -- I was burning about 1.7x what it reported. I think this is a significant calorie burn, personally; so I disagree with this part of the article.
If you're thinking about doing it, I say go for it. Pick up a cheap treadmill to start. This is the one I got ($199 delivered): http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004TGWUPE/
Sorry for all the crappy replies.
It is true that the best piece of equipment is the one you'll actually use.
I'm surprised at the weight limit comment though. I'm in the US, not the UK, this one has a weight limit of 275lb's and is around $300:
https://www.amazon.com/Weslo-Cadence-G-5-9-Treadmill/dp/B007O5B0LC/ref=sr_1_1
NordicTrack T 6.5 S has a weight limit of 300lbs for $650.
Rowing machines are pretty popular, though at the top end of your price range:
https://www.amazon.com/Concept2-Model-Indoor-Rowing-Machine/dp/B00NH9WEUA/ref=sr_1_1
https://www.amazon.com/WaterRower-Natural-Machine-Ash-S4/dp/B000A6QIMS/ref=sr_1_1
It really has a lot to do with what you'll use though. I mean buy one of these and put it in the garage, good chance it will never get used. Who wants to spend 30 minutes staring at the wall of the garage?
Some people buy bikes just because they're more likely to ride them and use them.
I have the same ear problem you do. Everyone thinks I'm crazy or just whining but its really awful. I've tried various gear to cover them but I think it might be partly circulation related, so covering doesn't really help. Like I still have enough body exposure to the outside temperature and from breathing in the cold air, to get a general all-over vasoconstriction but it only bothers me in my ears? Anyway covering my ears doesn't cut it.

I got this treadmill in january, seemed like the best rated of the cheap treadmills, still big and solid so it doesn't feel dangerously wobbly running on it. Although I haven't been impressed with a lot of its bells and whistles (the fan is pretty lame and the heart rate moniter just doesn't work), there was another popular one for about $400 that completely lacked the bells and whistles entirely, I think it was this one: http://www.amazon.com/Merit-Fitness-725T-Plus-Treadmill/dp/B003TNJRLI/ref=pd_sbs_sg_4

OMG OMG OMG!!!!!! I have been wanting to play that game!!!
I would say THIS! so I can do [THIS!] (http://www.google.com/imgres?sa=X&espv=210&es_sm=93&biw=1092&bih=499&tbm=isch&tbnid=hlzMMRveUZEBIM:&imgrefurl=http://xlforum.net/vbportal/forums/showthread.php%3Fp%3D3986127&docid=gVs17MwGRI49PM&imgurl=http://xlforum.net/photopost/data/500/medium/Zombie_treadmill.jpg&w=547&h=600&ei=mA9fUpTGNeioiAK10oDICQ&zoom=1&ved=1t:3588,r:1,s:0,i:84&iact=rc&page=1&tbnh=184&tbnw=166&start=0&ndsp=10&tx=89&ty=74) I think it would be super funny to watch
thanks for this contest!
The zombies ate my brains
I'm not the OP, but I have a question about recumbent versus upright bikes. I have never been able to stick with an exercise plan. I have an exercise bike, and at the time I bought it it's what I thought a recumbent bike is, in that you sit upright and can lean back on the seat somewhat. But now that I'm googling the levine protocol I'm seeing some people mention using bikes like this:
https://www.amazon.com/Stamina-15-9003-Deluxe-Conversion-Recumbent/dp/B000TK4GYW
And also something called an ergometer bike where you're completely supine.
This isn't the exact model of my bike but exactly what it looks like:
https://www.costco.com/XTERRA-SB550-Recumbent-Bike---Assembly-Required.product.100310194.html
I'm wondering if it's worth it to invest in a more supine bike. Have you used this program? Did you get one like I showed in the Amazon link or one that is completely supine?
I have knee issues too. For a good no-impact cardio workout; buy a rowing machine, stick it in your living room, get bluetooth headphones, put on the next episode of your favorite show or a movie you want to watch, and row. It's great. Here's a good starter model: https://www.amazon.com/Sunny-Health-Fitness-Magnetic-SF-RW5515/dp/B017HSNIEW
At double your budget, I have and am extremely happy with this treadmill: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0030EW7Q8
It is phenomenal. I've had it for over a year, and it still runs just like new. It folds well and is a very smooth run, even at the fastest level I can keep up with. It's also pretty quiet, which is great since I live in an apartment building and don't want my neighbours to hate me. It has speakers which sort of really suck, but still useful to have. I have it on a carpet floor and it doesn't seem to be a problem.
So, while $1000 is definitely out of budget, the company might have a lower end model for less, or you might be able to find one second hand on ebay or amazon. People are constantly buying and selling treadmills once the new years resolution dream dies and they want their space and money back.
As for buying treadmills, definitely get one that is completely self propelled. Many low-end models require you to dig your feet it to assist in pushing the tread backward which makes for terrible running.
I use an exercise bike any time I play a video game. I like to play video games a lot, so I tend to use the bike a lot throughout the day. I played a lot of Smite yesterday :)
Also, nice job with losing 45 pounds! Keep it up!
I can strongly recommend to stay far away from gas shock ones and that the Concept series (~$1000) are lovely, but my experience with the in-between is mixed and limited. I suspect they- like treadmills- are just not something that can be done both well and cheap. I can say that water vs. air resistance is much less important than the overall quality.
Spin bikes are a much more economical option if price is a big factor. The design is simple enough that even the more highly rated lower end ones are plenty well built, and they both last a long time while being easy to repair. The cheap ones tend to have a very basic if any built in computer, so if you want programs and such you'd have to go up some or get one separately.
My default recommendation is to stick to the well reviewed low to mid range unless either budget isn't an issue or it's something you love. Less pain if you change your mind down the road.
Stamina 4825 Magnetic Resistance Recumbent Bike. Checking my order history, looks like I've had it for just over 4 years. I've never had a problem with it. I noticed the other day that some bolts could use tightening, but that's to be expected.
It's pretty basic, its programs are just varying speed targets, it can't automatically change resistance for you. But overall I like it.

Edit: On this model I shoot for 13-14mph for a brisk walk pace and 16-17 for a jog. That might be a bit high, not sure, but I outdoor bike all summer so I'm used to it.
Probably this treadmill which is on an awesome sale right now
I went through a bout of serious depression that put me up around 30 pounds, and I want to make some change in my life but am not motivated to right now. I know having this in my room would help me make that change.
also, Hi morthy! you're great.

Goodluck
I'll tell you this, one of the best things I've done for my health along with buying my Apple Watch is buying one of these.
It's not the fanciest piece of workout equipment, but it's helped me hit all my goals for several months solid, drop a good bit of weight, and also improve my cardiovascular health. It's quiet, so I can use it while the kids are sleeping, and because I have it set up in my living room, I can also use it while watching a show or two on Netflix. I'm not a big fan of running, because I don't have the discipline, but I always get at least 30 minutes on my elliptical.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B014VX254A/ref=ya_aw_od_pi?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I use this and have used this since I was 400lbs. It is sturdy and will give you the best bang for your buck for cardio equipment. I'm 5'11.5" so pretty much the same height as you.
I also purchased a adjustable dumbbell set for 180 (goes up to 100lbs each hand) and a bench for 79 (800lb weight limit). You could have a very nice setup for 700 which includes weight training that you could expand upon later too.
Used Sunny rower for $150 canadian?

It gets a little squeaky once in a while but we've had it for about a year and a half now and it's still working great.
This is the link for the equipment
Confidence Fitness Slim Full Body Vibration Platform Fitness Machine, Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00COGQ9IK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_K9g.zb0TGE20P
It's basically this one without the electronic monitor. The previous tenants of my office left it behind so it was free for me. It heats up slightly but not enough for me to research a better one and pay for it. I've used it most days for a minimum of 15 minutes for the last three months and it hasn't broken yet.
I got it from amazon, wasn't sure about a lot of things so chose what I could return easily. Best $125 I've spent in awhile.
If anyone is interested I've had a great experience with this bike:
http://amzn.com/B001I8A1Z2
The display is low enough that it is not in your line of sight, and you could get it under a desk for pc gaming, depending on the type of desk. It's very quite, easy to put together, and inexpensive. The only downside is the lack of arm rests, but I find it just as comfortable to hold the controller against my stomach while pedaling. I also have to put a small pillow between the two seat pads because the gap hurts my back (I kinda fall into it). It's worked well for my height, 5', and my husbands, 6'3".
It 's $945 with shipping included brand new on Amazon.. So, I am not sure if it is a good deal for used one. Plus you might need to take care of delivery on your own..

Stamina Inmotion Elliptical Trainer https://www.amazon.com/dp/B009N9PX2O/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_i_M2sEDb8NV9JAM
It's pretty heavy though.
How about a pedal exerciser just to give him a safe way to burn some energy while he watches TV. You could put up a big world map and track how far he “rides.” Then you could research the different countries as he’s “riding” through them.
I got this one, the Stamina InMotion Elliptical Trainer. It’s small and fits in a closet when I’m not using it. I like it because I can do a proper workout on it (according to my heart rate calculator, I can burn around 700 cal/hour on it), but I can also use it sitting down while I’m doing other things and burn calories more passively. There are also a bunch of upright ones on there with the arm workout part, which are bigger but make balance easier.
You linked to Amazon.ca later in thread: $1249CAD is standard MSRP for the Model D.
There's no sale, it's just marked as "$413.03 off $1662.03 - 25% discount" which is a pretty old tactic for drawing attention to a product.
Don't take my word for it. Here's the CamelCamelCamel price history: https://ca.camelcamelcamel.com/Concept2-Model-Indoor-Rowing-Machine/product/B00NH9WEUA
Looks like Amazon bumped the price to $1662.03 on October 25th so that they could indicate a 25% "Black Friday discount."
Free: Gazelle Edge. I'm the second owner, but it's completely functional. Pickup in the Fan
You can buy a (in my opinion) pretty shitty home exercise ladder: https://www.amazon.com/MaxiClimber-original-patented-Vertical-Climber/dp/B00K6ZURAW
You can buy a very well made, but crazy expensive one: https://versaclimber.com/product/h-consumer-model/
I've only ever used the Maxiclimber, you can definitely get some work in with it, it just feels poorly made. That said, I'm well over 200 lbs and it has held up for me.
i also work from home and i average 16,000 steps per day. you're choosing to be sedentary. get up every hour and walk around for a few minutes. you don't have to go far, but you have to go. if you want to increase your activity - get one of these: http://www.amazon.ca/Stamina-55-1603--Motion-Elliptical-Trainer/dp/B009N9PX2O/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1457295258&sr=8-7&keywords=treadmill+desk
This is what I am saving for you might like it fitness as for something for the contest this is really nice infuse whatever into you water without the bits and pieces getting stuck in the straw. They also have a pitcher made like it but it's a little more.
Confidence Fitness Slim Full Body Vibration Platform Fitness Machine
I have this bike I bought from Amazon it's less than $200 and the weight limit is 400lbs. It is technically folding but it is pretty heavy, so I think it would be a huge pain to fold and unfold everyday.
Exerpeutic GOLD 500 XLS Foldable Upright Bike, 400 lbs https://www.amazon.com/dp/B014VX254A/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_pbTKAbQACQYEC
I was having the same dilemma. Just bought this pedal bike for under my desk at work. It's not the most rigorous workout, but it beats sitting still all day. I like it so far, but I'd keep the height of your desk/chair in mind.
My brother uses this one which is a folding/budget version of the same thing. He quite likes it when he remembers to use it :B
Alternatives: an Elliptical, and a fusion of said machines in conflict http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000TK4GYW?pc_redir=1409138457&robot_redir=1
I have this and can recommend it
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B017HSNIEW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I've seen this pedal thing for exercising at your desk that I've been thinking of buying. It's like just the pedals from a stationary bike that you can leave under your desk or chair and use while youre sitting there
This isn't the exact one but its what Im talking about
Tiny elliptical. You are gonna think I'm insane but I spend $80 on a tiny elliptical off Amazon and it's so much easier to just pop on it for 40 min while I'm watching TV. (I've got this one https://www.amazon.com/Stamina-In-Motion-Elliptical-Trainer/dp/B009N9PX2O?th=1)
> 気分を変えたければローイングマシンをやってみるようThompson氏は勧めています

この価格差なんとかならんのか。

You could get an elliptical or a bike machine for a home machine.
I've already been working on this for boats with 3D printed mounts that attach my controllers to rowing machine handles. But it's this type of rowing machine that has pivoting arms which really adds to the simulation,
This one??? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MQPTCAG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_dTDXzbCA3R6RA
Edit: or this? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0027ZNH2O/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_SUDXzb3B1W7H6 I'm really in the market for one!
here's the deal of the day
I'd let you have this one for $100. It works well, but it's not as nice as the ones you'll find at a gym.
Sorry I should've specified. It's the model d with pm5 down from 1662 to 1249. I'm also on Amazon.ca if that makes a difference. [Here to see]
(Https://www.amazon.ca/Concept2-Model-Indoor-Rowing-Machine/dp/B00NH9WEUA/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1542998810&sr=1-1&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&dpPl=1&dpID=31bfMUmK%2BVL&ref=plSrch)
Wife and I use this one when air quality is too bad to run outside: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B017HSNIEW?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf
We're not into competitive rowing or anything, just need indoor exercise and don't like treadmills. Works great!
They sell these ready made and the cheapest are less than $50 (€28 locally). The really nice ones are $150. I doubt you can build one for less than $50
https://www.amazon.com/DeskCycle-Exercise-Pedal-Exerciser-White/dp/B00B1VDNQA
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00P1ANC0O?psc=1
E: then again if you have your desk setup correctly you shouldn't have enough range of motion to be able to raise your legs up that high without your knees hitting the desk. So really, all round bad plan. Just get up and do some excercises every few hours.
Hmmm....Understandable. Every gym I've ever used one at has been a life fitness one, but I don't see any prices on their website. Did you check craigslist for any used ones?
Also did you consider one of these things: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B0000AS7W2/metafilter-20/ref=nosim/
I haven't used one, so I don't know anything about that except that they're supposed to be low impact.
Ok so I finally got cleared to work out after a major accident I had that left me immobile for a year and a half. I want to get [this] (https://www.amazon.com/Exerpeutic-GOLD-Foldable-Magnetic-Upright/dp/B014VX254A/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&linkCode=sl1&tag=fobianhepe-20&linkId=06cb2b9dbe38858a61bbcb6085b5fc08) bike and the limit is 325 lbs. I weigh 334 right now and I'm hesitant to buy it. I don't want it to break on me.
Will it be ok or no? I plan on using it a lot.
My mother usesthis for the knee pain
Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis When I was dead broke, man I couldn't picture this
I'm trying to save up for a piece of [exercise equipment] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0000AS7W2/_encoding=UTF8?coliid=I1QPKMR72XJ5X0&colid=FNI1C5LMSDH1). This one in particular cause I've used this before at my father's. With me having lupus and a lot of joint pain, I need something to help me lose weight that isn't going to be hard on my knees. This isn't.
https://smile.amazon.com/Sunny-Health-Fitness-Magnetic-SF-RW5515/dp/B017HSNIEW/ref=sr_1_5?s=exercise-and-fitness&ie=UTF8&qid=1543259389&sr=1-5&keywords=rowing+machine
This one is $179 with 4/5 stars. I'm not sure what makes it lower end, and I don't know what things to watch out for. I do want to get a rower that will last me 4-5 years, so if this one, or comparable ones, are going to be breaking in a year or two, they're not worth it to me.
I just feel like I don't know enough, and all the review sites I've gone to seem to be sponsored by the machine companies, so I don't feel confident taking their word on it. I know Reddit is just random strangers, but I've gotten advice on a lot of topics from Reddit, and I've yet to regret it.
EDIT: Maybe I'm just over thinking this, I'm just worried about spending a lot of money on...well, anything really.
