It is incredibly strong and secure. I would have a hard time pulling it off if I tried. It gets rained on all the time, and gets plenty of sun and heat. I would trust it to not budge under any heat or humidity.

Why not cut the decal with the cricut first and affix the Velcro to the back afterward? It’s easy to cut thin strips of Velcro - just make sure you have matching top and bottom, and obviously cut both halves at the same time. I recommend self adhesive Velcro like this

I plan on making a shelf just for my audio gear that connects to the bottom of my desk once I finish up my mancave renovation.

For future reference, grab a roll of 3m dual lock. It's what velcro wants to be when it grows up. ;-)

There are mount kits for use, like this. But if you are just looking at a display only solution, you will likely have to make your own, or get wide velcro strips. Just keep in mind that you don't cover any case screw holes. It might be difficult to remove some velcro strips without taking the bottom shell off later. Also Double Sided Gorilla Tape holds 1lbs per 2 in. Beside the PS3, if you put 3 5-6" strips on the bottom of heavier consoles, you should be pretty good.

Even when you use the strap velcros to make them as long as possible? Esp the top one. They can be extended with more velctro straps. I have a Backflip and I just got some industrial strength and just cut it to size for patches that I found or ripped off of old hats. It has worked great tbh https://i.imgur.com/ImBa6y3.jpg

I use clear plastic / wire command hooks like this to hang my carded figures. They have bigger sizes that can be used for heavier figures.

FYI use felt tape to fix rattles, disassembly required though.

I had a similar problem and ended up just going to the hardware store to buy some velcro dots. It works really really well!

I constantly deal with cars at night as I use my board to commute every day along the bike lane. I removed the elastic strap from one of my camping headlights and then used velcro tape to attach that to the front of my helmet. Similarly, I took a bicycle brake light and used velcro tape to attach that to the back of my helmet. The two of them combined ensures that cars see me at night, especially when they're somewhat close by and preparing to take a right turn in front of me. Seeing as how low to the ground shredlights are, I doubt that they're going to be effective in those high traffic situations. However, you said you're going to be riding at 1am, so maybe my level of visibility won't be as necessary.

Headlamp: $9 (I used an old one that was lying around)

Velcro Tape: $7.50 (You only need a small piece, so you can save the rest for other DIY)

Personally, I think this is the best solution as other board-mounted lights will come loose after a while from the vibrations. Plus, you can look straight at a car that's about to do something stupid and set your headlamp to "flashing" so that they pay attention.

Velcro Straps. reusable, you can trim them to size, and they wont destroy the wire insulation. This from 3M is great

Try to find some 3M Dual-Lock fasteners. They are adhesive on one side and industrial Velcro type on the other side. They are used for signs an holding transponders to windshields.

Used the wall mount for it and just put the cloth end of the Velcro on that. The other side with all the hooks attaches to the wall. Mount the strips vertically and if you can place the lighthouse in the direct center of the strip.

I know I'm writing this only for myself to see, but I've used something similar to this for years now. A full length strip of the "loop" side in the middle of my phone, and I carry a couple squares of the "hook" side with me.

I use MRM's straps plus a bit of of Velcro Titanium on the bottom of all my batteries, I have never had an issue.

Could it be possible to put velcro tape on the bottom of the car and on the shelf they sit on? I'm not sure how well the sticky back would adhere to the bottom of the cars or if it would leave any residue on them though.

edit: Never mind, after looking at pictures of the bottom of a 1:24, it doesn't look like it would be smooth enough to put that velcro tape on.

2. You need to remove the rubber feet from your pedals. I know, it will "reduce resale value" (huurrrrrr), but out of the multiple pedals I've sold, only one person has ever complained about the lack of the rubber feet. If you're selling to other gigging musicians, they'll appreciate the lack of work they'll have to do with velcro already in place.
   
   That's literally all you need to do. It will take an hour of your time and $12.
   
   I have a wah and a volume pedal on my board at all times. I can shake my pedalboard until the end of the world and nothing will ever fall off.
