I love this Brand named "teddies", but right now my seller is out, and I'm down to my last half jar...but I digress.
What is important is the fewer ingredients, the better. Teddies is just peanuts and salt, but the reason we have to spend extra on it is because my wife has a severe case of Celiac disease, and Teddies is gluten free certified. If allergies are not a problem, just take some time and see what brand is going to have the fewest added things like palm oil, corn syrup, dehydrated cane solids, sucralose additives...it's all different names for sugar. If it is cheaper for you to buy nuts in bulk and mush them in a processor, all the better. Check your grocery store, and then compare on Amazon; sometimes places really upcharge for the "natural" stuff. It is amazing that you have to often spend more to have less stuff put in your food.
People will argue that a calorie is a calorie, and losing or gaining weight is just a matter of increasing or decreasing fuel input. I believe this, in the same way I believe that painting a masterpiece is simply a matter of applying paint in the proper spots along a canvas. It is technically true, but easier said than done.
Super huge congratulations on getting a job (and one that you like nonetheless) in these tough times!!!! Woo woo!!
Reese's puffs cereal because I won't buy it for myself because I need to be healthier... but I can't help it if I have friends that want to spoil me. ;) lol and of course, since it is the BEST cereal on the planet, you will want some too.
Wellll, if they can't be bothered to read the ingredients/nutrition info, I'd say Nutella deserves to keep the money. Same with people who spend money on homeopathy.
That said, for a better alternative, this stuff is heaven. I eat a serving size very slowly with the tip of my spoon while I watch Dr. Who. It's strongly flavored, salty/sweet, but still not a lot of sugar, I'm pretty sure it's <10g net carbs. Once or twice a week is great for a treat!
Happy cake day!!!
1 Rubber spatulas that I would use to mix up my cake, or icing colors which I use to die icings for cakes I make!
2 This one is a stretch but portal socks because Simon Pegg did voices for video games...and Portal is a video game!
3 I don't have any books on my WL. :P but.... I'd like to read this bag while I devour it's contents!
4 Mixing bowls. My SO tends to eat his cereal out of the few I have now >.<
5 Gecko food for our gecko! It even has a picture of one on the label!
6 Purple socks or purple nail polish!
7 Portal companion cube!
8 My (not so guilty) pleasure.
9 Pocket knife!
10 The definition of my childhood!
11 Literally for organizing!
12 My favorite hobby is baking!
13 PlayStation 4 could be geeky to some.
14 Made with 100% natural almonds!
15 Green socks!
16 I can wear these adorable leggings!
17 Funny candles!!
18 NSFW beads...
19 Gardening boots!
20 The item I love is this mixer!
I think you will buy these!
So since everyone has pretty much said all there is to say about what you did - i can offer some alternatives.
If you prepare properly you can 'gorge' a bit. On shark-week i kind of loosen my calories and as long as i stick to under 20-25g of carbs a day - i call it a win.

It was majorly disappointing to me the first time I weighed a tablespoon of peanut butter!! Lol peanut butter is like the only food I seriously crave a lot. I recently bought this peanut butter powder and it has made a huuuuge difference in my macros (and how much peanut butter I can eat lmao). Def recommend it! Adding you now :)
ETA: I chose this brand because it was the best one I could find that had only peanuts as it’s ingredients; I would imagine there might be cheaper or better tasting brands that have sugar and salt in them if you are used to that kind of peanut butter :)
Absolutely love it! I put it in salad dressings all the time. Not all brands are created equal though. This one is the best I've had available in the US https://www.amazon.com/Soom-Foods-Ground-Sesame-Tahini/dp/B015WU3X5Q/ref=sr_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1550090343&sr=8-3&keywords=soom+tahini
Just a heads up if you are thinking about trying this and have NONE of the ingredients;
The stuff you can easily get at your grocery store excluded, ( butter, sour cream, cream cheese, eggs and vanilla extract) buying the ingredients for the first time you are looking at about 75.00 off Amazon.
Call it a 100.00 recipe.
Of course I know you can make more than one batch. The cookies for the crust are 22.00 on amazon and you will get two crusts from one package of 12 cookies before re-upping.
Hope this helps. Below is what I have in my cart. If you can find a less expensive alternative, by all means please let me know. I WILL be making these soon.

On most rides, I'm doing Cytomax in the bottles, Clif gel if I need it, and sometimes Hammer Perpetuem Solids. I don't like bringing solid food with me, because it's bulky in the jersey pockets and usually warm or mushy by the time I eat it. I'm not sure I'm coordinated enough to eat a pb&j sandwich while pushing it in a paceline either. If it's a supported ride with stocked rest stops, I'll grab half a banana or something though.
On longer rides (60+ miles), I feel great if I buy a pack of salted peanuts at the 45 mile rest stop. On longer efforts, I feel I need the fat and protein instead of just relying on sugar from gels and drinks, plus the sodium is good to have. I've seen some small packets of peanut butter lately like this that I may give a try, since it'd be easy to eat like a gel while riding.
I don't really crave sweets, but the cupcake cheesecakes were really good when I tried them. Carb Smart ice cream. Chocolate almond butter (BEST THING EVER! Savor one serving of it, it's a heavy-hitter calorically and carb-wise. Dip the tip of your spoon in it and savor it. Rinse and repeat. Strongly flavored so this works. It's my Dr. Who snack.). Hot cocoa (heavy cream, cocoa powder or SF syrup, stevia, vanilla/cinnamon... heat up... nom!). Coffee with lots of cream.
I'm in Canada, so I'm not 100% sure, but it does look like if all else fails, you can order it on Amazon.
Amazon also appears to have the hoosier hill farm powdered peanut butter, which is a LOT cheaper than the PB2 brand, but I haven't tried it so I can't speak to the quality, but it does have good reviews and unlike PB2 which has added salt and sugar, the hoosier hill farm stuff is literally just peanuts.
Both of those are fulfilled by amazon as well, so not some third party that advertises one price and then charges twice that much in shipping.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Bell-Plantation-Powdered-Peanut-Butter/dp/B002GJ9JWS - pb2
Amazon baby! Here ya go!
You just have to spend over $40 to get that lovely free shipping.
Biscotti Spread.
Because I have tried it, and I would almost declare it better than Nutella. I could show you how to make a delicious frosting out of it, if you were interested!
I just thought I could give you a more healthy and affordable alternative.
Just remember that you are willing to pay $10-15 for a single jar of peanut butter here when it costs $20 for a pack of 6 in the US. Also, that $70-100 peace of technology would be also useful in other scenarios.
add-ons are pesky! So pesky, but fun!

Thank you for the contest!
strange, but yes, it does. this is what it looks like without a referral. it may be amazon adding on their own referral for some reason.
http://www.amazon.com/Powdered-Peanut-Butter-Less-Calories/dp/B004P4POZ8
There are other chocolate-hazelnut spreads that are organic and without palm oil; this one uses sunflower oil instead. There are also other fancier versions called "gianduja paste." They're generally more expensive too, but if you have a food processor, you can make your own. Smitten Kitchen has her own version using peanuts; just swap out with hazelnuts.
By the way, good on you for not liking palm oil. I was in Borneo for a field course and saw the effects of palm oil plantations first hand.
Sorry to hear that happened to your son. I hope he is ok.
Could you link me to a news article with the story please? I'm sure the local media picked this up.
Did not know this stuff existed.

You can buy it via Amazon, I got mine here: https://www.amazon.de/Bell-Plantation-Powdered-Chocolate-454/dp/B00H9GWY5W/ I use it when I prep overnight oats :) Greetings from Wiesbaden ;)
I love Peanut Butter & Co. This one and this one are my favorites.
*
Some places do carry PB&Co, keep looking!
If Amazon has it and delivers to Germany, then Meridian Peanut Butter has no added salt and sugar, and is ~3g net carbs per 100g. It's pretty great stuff.

PB2 makes a chocolate variety as well. It doesn't taste like Nutella but it's still a fairly rich chocolate flavor!
This stuff is my jam: Teddie All Natural Peanut Butter, Super Chunky

if you like nutella check this shit out, it's basically just those delicious cookies you get in flights in a buttery spread form. also less sugar than nutella. I'll literally eat this shit out of the jar all day

it also comes in a fucking CRUNCHY VERSION WITH BITS OF COOKIES IN IT
Back in ought'9 I built my first PC, and I decided to go all out on parts, everything went smoothly until I installed the cpu into the socket, am AMD 1090T (which was $300 back then) into the motherboard, I inserted it into the motherboard and pushed on the lever to lock it into place. I swore I'd mess up something up with the pins on it, but once I turned it on it worked quite well. I had that pc up until earlier this year when I decided to upgrade to a new Intel Haswell 4770K and I swore I messed up the pins on the motherboard as well installing it in my new pc. (It worked as well) I guess I still have no idea what I'm doing...
As far as I can tell you're doing a great job!
Peanut butter
Try adding peanut butter powder (the one without added sugar). In two tablespoons you get 100 cal and 16g of protein. It can really help to boost a smoothie
$20 for 2 pounds here:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NQLE5JC/
I've tried a few different brands & flavors (ex. honey roasted peanut) & I like this plain one the best...doesn't burn my throat (some of the powders did, oddly enough...same effect as eating kale) & adds a nice peanut butter flavor without being overpowering.
One scoop is 12 grams = 50 calories, 6g protein, 4g carbs, & 1.5g fat.
Rigoni Organic Chocolate Hazelnut spread
It's like nutella but a MILLION times better. Put some on some strawberries with some whipped cream..mmm!
I only drink protein shakes in the morning just to get something down as I'm running out the door. I do one scoop of each of the protein and powdered PB. 6oz of water, 3oz of Fairlife Skim Milk and 3oz of Fairlife Chocolate Milk. Tastes amazing.

This works just fine in a shaker and tastes great. It adds extra protein to your shake. I add it to my chocolate protein powder. http://www.amazon.com/Plantation-PB2-Powdered-Peanut-16-Ounce/dp/B004P4POZ8/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1376659341&sr=8-2&keywords=peanut+flour
I would love this - but that's not our division.
Favorite guilty pleasure song? This!
you can buy the good stuff on amazon. very reasonably priced for top notch tahini, actually.

Amazon has everything.
Peanut butter packets? Meridian Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter With No Added Salt 1 kg - Pack of 2 https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00A79CJNA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_qbqszbZFET2E9 This is the one I use :)
There is also Naked PB which is a better price I think.
I use these. Taste good, come in a handle packet.
I have good news: Reese's Puffs are still very much a thing. Go, enjoy.
A brand I use occasionally:
PB Fit: https://www.amazon.com/PBfit-All-Natural-Peanut-Produced-BetterBody/dp/B00KDCCYEA?th=1
It has 2 net carbs per serving!
Like my 105 oz jar of Nutella?
[HEAVY BREATHING]
lol, i got her some of these - mind blown
Usually, I try to keep hydrated before long runs- the day before, the night before, etc. I also think if it's going to be a run longer than 1.5 hrs + or if the weather is really hot, then you should bring something with you. I've gotten into the habit of eating one of these pnut butter things around mile 7-8 if I'm going to be running a half. I personally don't like to carry anything in my hands (I never know what to do with my hands!) so I'll carry things in my running belt like a food packet, keys and a small water bottle with a nunn tab dropped in. If you can run with something in your hands, go for it!
Long Run for me is 9+ miles which usually takes me over1.5 hrs
It's as delicious as it sounds: Vanilla Almond Butter by Justin's, No Stir, Gluten-free, Responsibly Sourced, 16oz Jar https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01684G41U/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_62vJBbXBM6XJ6
I find it's better to avoid chemically processed food as much as possible. You can find peanut butter with just two ingredients, peanuts and salt. Skippy I've seen with hydrogenated oils(terribad) and Jif likes to add sugar. This looks decent. USA Peanuts and salt, no other additives.
Yeah, I'm comparing to these guys that are also 30 g- so almost exactly the same size:

Have you seen these?. Its 200 some calories, but wouldn't be a bad weekly treat/Nutella fix, and that way you don't have a whole jar in the house. They sell them at our Walmart.
Don't worry, I've got your back!
It’s made in Canada. I found it on Amazon.

It's this:
Rigoni Di Asiago Nocciolata Organic Hazelnut Spread, Cocoa and Milk, 9.52 Ounce Jar
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0016LL5DS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_Yo8gzbDAD8ZXM
There's even a non-dairy version. I did not pay $9 for it though! It was $6 at the store.
Amazon's german site has it if you can't find it locally.

This, this, or this would be lovely~ (Sorry about the indecisiveness)

>For a jar of Nutella I can buy a whole chicken.
[checks prices]
The one I buy is made by a shop in New York
A 15-oz jar of peanut butter contains 2535 calories, which is the equivalent of 46 cans of regular cola.
Amazon
Not too bad
I don't have the link to the liquid manure, but I do have a link to this 105oz. tub of Nutella if that's any consolation.

Aim higher
Here's what I use OP. Naked PB. https://www.amazon.com/Premium-Powdered-Peanut-Butter-Farms/dp/B00NQLE5JC#immersive-view_1494081812588
.
ONE serving shown,
recipe is for TWO servings:
85g broccolini, 1 bag tofu shirataki noodles (70 cal total), 81g carrot, 80g bell pepper, 286g Nasoya xtra firm tofu baked and then pan fried, peanut ginger sauce: 1/4 c soy sauce, 1.5 tsp minced ginger, 1.5 tsp minced garlic, chili sauce, 1 tsp agave syrup (you can use any sweetener), 6 grams Naked PB powder. whisk it all up and add to stir fry veggies and tofu. Serve over noodles.
I order this stuff all the time! I use it as a protein replacement. It's actually cheaper in these packages though, if you don't mind not having a jar:

American here, not sure about international on-line shopping. Is this a viable option?
I stay away from carrots, if it tastes sweet it's probably not ok. That's what I figure anyway. As for fat intake, I've been eating alot of cheese, and fat bombs. (Google fat bomb recipes). Also, I just discovered Fatso Crunchy peanut butter. Omg it's so good!
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07RB7M8JJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Nope. I love these though:
http://www.amazon.com/Peanut-Butter-Co-Chocolate-16-Ounce/dp/B001GQ3E3M/
http://www.amazon.com/Justins-Nut-Butter-Natural-Chocolate/dp/B002JGBC96/
Mix powdered peanut butter with soy or flaxmilk. No cow bars.
I'm confused. If one jar is $16, 6 jars cost $96. That means this deal is a savings of about $56
Edit: 6 pack on Amazon looks to be about $9 more
I got you bro
Warning. If you buy this, you WILL end up eating it by the spoonful.
