For the time being, I would recommend getting bra extenders. They sell them at most maternity shops, but also at joanne fabrics or similar. They look like little extensions.

She can also buy a few nursing bras, but I would caution against this. She's got bigger boobs now - they are going to get a lot bigger still when she's nursing. (I went from a B before, to a C during pregnancy, to a DD when nursing, and settled on a C after both of my kids).

I would highly highly recommend a few sleeping bras (I had some similar to this - they give enough support for her boobs not to hurt while sleeping, and are great for sleep-nursing after the kid is born.

Her best bet is going to be bras without an underwire, and with a certain amount of stretch to them. (Edit: Stretch is important - her boobs are going to continue to change and towards the end she may want to fit absorbent pads in there in case she leaks as well.) She may want some with light padding for cover, but not too much, because they are going to be bigger than she's used to already, and she probably wont want to accentuate that.

Also, I would recommend easily washed bras - ones that you don't need to worry about drip drying, etc. (this goes back to simple cotton, no underwire) because if she's anything like me she will sweat a lot. Its just part of pregnancy.

As for other things that help - 100% get a belly band! Worth every penny.

Its just a stretchy piece of fabric, but you can wear it doubled over unbuttoned pants (helpful again in the weeks after pregnancy). And then towards the end of pregnancy, i would wear it all the way up to help support my stomach. I recommend getting one in black, white, and maybe another color. The white was great to wear over my belly when i was 8-9 months, because it covered what i called "belly cleavage" - where the shirt hangs down from your belly button, and your pants are under your belly, so you have bare skin exposed to air.

Target has a belly band that they sell - its a little bit thinner material than the bellaband one though. Also, if she doesn't mind a seam, lots of people make them and sell them on ebay / etsy, etc. - they aren't quite as stretchy and supportive, but they cover up which is really the main function of them.

Edit 2: I can't stress enough not to spend a lot of money on bras now. A few temporary ones to get you till the baby is here, and wait until the baby is here to buy nursing bras. I spent a lot of money on bras I was never able to wear because they were too small for me when i was nursing. There just isn't a good way to gauge it. Also what she finds comfortable now - before she had kids - will be completely different from after, because the actual structure of her boobs is going to change. I wouldn't dream of wearing a bra that wasn't underwire with light padding now, but I used too all the time. What used to be flattering for me isn't anymore.

Hi there, I was basically 6' when I started and to folks on the street I'm just a tall girl. (Also I shrank, I'm 5'10" now! Thanks estrogen!) There is a point where it's hard to pass if you're too tall-- but 6' isn't it.

Anyway, this website has a neat calculator with some fashion advice depending on your body shape, if you want to dress in more traditionally feminine attire: https://shopyourshape.com/calculate-your-body-shape/
(I don't recommend their store, just the calculator.) Other general tips for us oddly-shaped ladies:

  • Flared skirts & dresses help give the appearance of hips and waist

  • Lower necklines help draw the eye down and away from your shoulders; necklaces too

  • Cap sleeves and 1/4 sleeves tend to be better than sleeveless, or especially spaghetti-strap or strapless tops/dresses.

  • You can buy "chicken cutlets" at any department store or Amazon-- https://www.amazon.com/Braza-Womens-Liquid-Inserts-Style/dp/B003G5OYVW/ -- and slide them into a bra for the appearance of small but reasonable breasts.

  • Eyeliner is amazing if you do it even halfway decent.

  • A lot of people neglect their eyebrows, which are one of the biggest tells for me personally. Pluck from the bottom half and get a nice arch going.

HRT will, of course, help with the ability to both look and feel like a woman, both literally-- like your skin will feel soft and smooth-- and in terms of your mental state. Many people do take HRT for a while before coming out, so they can feel more confident in their appearance. I'm not sure why you're looking to go without right now, but it does help the things you're looking for help with.

If you're just looking for subtly feminine clothing to wear while in boy mode, jeans and t-shirts, sneakers, hoodies, and button-ups all exist in the women's section too. A general rule of thumb is go one size larger than your size in men's, but you really do have to try on women's clothes-- I did that at home and returned them if they didn't fit, at least at first. Plucked eyebrows and a light gloss on your fingernails also go unnoticed, as does shaving body hair more broadly. Some people just aren't that hairy-- me, for example-- and there are reasons that men shave their body hair. Just say you're a swimmer. Women's underwear's an obvious choice, though be careful, as some styles sit on your waist and men's jean's... don't.

Thrift stores are your friend. Good luck!

Wow, what kinda training? My grandpa and uncle both had roles in the military, but I'm not really a nationalist. If that's a word. Y'know what I mean, I hope. Good luck! Oh yeah, and my "sister" (not biologically or in-law) is going to be, like, a cook or something of the sort in what I assume to be a station that I'm unaware of the wherabouts of thereof. Anyway, good luck!

I would really love this to help me in public.

u/phoenix_silaqui · 2 pointsr/ABraThatFits

I'm really surprised a dress like this from a mid- to high-end designer doesn't have something built in. For future reference in case some future bride/prom/formal event-goer stumbles across this, a good seamstress could build something in to the top using the bra that you have that makes it fit better. Especially if all you are looking to do is fill the dress out and not so much get support. If you don't have the time to search for another seamstress or tailor to help you out, I would look for a backless corset or bodysuit that has a bra or padding built in that is cut the same to wear underneath. Something like this or this might work if you can find a place to try them on with the dress before hand. If you go with one of these, you can always tack the straps down to the edges of the back of the dress when you are getting ready with a needle and thread to make sure nothing moves on you.

Good luck and congratulations!

u/zebragrrl · 4 pointsr/asktransgender

OP, If you're talking about breast forms... "chicken cutlet" is a dismissive slang term in the transgender community, for those 'cleavage enhancement' pads (look, don't buy) that promise a 1-2 cup size increase, but generally provide little or nothing in terms of results for transgender women. You can tell it's a "Chicken Cutlet" because it looks like a Chicken Cutlet

Others have mentioned birdseed, but if you are looking for diy options, you can also use pantyhose and rice... also lentils, seeds, really any dry grains that won't fall through the weave of the fabric. One thing to keep in mind though, as the grain raises to body temperature, and as the form absorbs perspiration, the grain will start to smell more noticeably as the grain it is. (rice smell if using rice, for example) So when choosing a filler, check the bulk section in your grocery store, and give it a good smell first to see how you feel about it.

DIY "Birdseed" breast form instructions

Another great DIY option (short term) is using large balloons filled with Sodium Polyacrylate gel. Finding the Sodium Polyacrylate is easy, and inexpensive (try science education supply shops online, teachersource, for example - 1lb will last you ages).. the larger balloons can be a hassle to find in a good size. Standard balloons you buy in a toy or party supply shop will be way too small to bother with. The ones they use to put 'stuffed animals' inside of, tend to be better for this. Basically the balloon has to be vaguely breast-sized when completely deflated (think medium sized whoopee cushion), because you won't be putting the gel in under pressure, and you wouldn't want it to 'pop' either... no one wants to find themselves with a bra full of body-temperature applesauce. These might be the right size when deflated, I can't tell

ps, don't use whoopee cushions, they're not well made, and the edge seams tend to fail.

The balloon/gel type, unfortunately can leak, and aren't good for 'full time' daily wear. I've had one leak on me in the past, and yes, I was out in the world (in class at college), and couldn't do anything about it, thankfully it was leaking on the 'skin facing' side. Once I had a chance I took them both out, and zipped up my sweater and just dealt with my personal embarrassment, knowing hardly anyone noticed or cared, then came home and cried. The lifespan of a balloon/gel type can vary, but 3-6 weeks is about as long as I'd trust a set.

If you're willing to go all out for breast forms, some sellers on ebay sell some pretty hardcore breast forms made of silicone, going into sizes well beyond the useless "chicken cutlet' sizes. They can be quite expensive, but you get what you pay for. These look promising, for example, but larger sizes get more expensive, fast. While making my one-last-ditch-effort to deal with my extended time off HRT, I purchased a pair. Based on my experience with breast forms in the past, I ordered a set 2-3 sizes larger than described (because I'm not a small girl).. but imagine my surprise when they arrived, and were actually way too big, and too heavy to be any use to me! So when it comes to sizing, be very careful, and always read the feedback comments.

u/buymeflowers · 2 pointsr/ABraThatFits

I looked at your previous posts, and I really think 34 bands will in general work better for you. I would get a few extenders, they're super cheap, rather than buying 36's and having them be unsupportive. Bra bands do stretch out, and especially since you haven't washed any of these yet they will feel extra firm. If you can get a 32 to close around you, I really think a 36 will be too big. Although - going up to a 36 band will give you slightly narrower wires.

I have the Envy and I use extenders with it, I got these off Amazon and they work perfectly: http://www.amazon.com/Solutions-That-Stick-Brah-Extender/dp/B00519BD9C/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1395923573&sr=8-10&keywords=3+hook+bra+extender

The digging that the Envy is doing under you breasts is actually from the band, not the wires. If you look under the underwires, you'll see the bottom piece of elastic runs the whole length of the bra (that's why its so firm). Run your finger along the bottom edge of the elastic, feel how startchy and sharp it is right there? It will soften with regular washing and wearing. As far as the fit goes, I think the 34GG is a decent cup volume, but the cup is too wide for you. The wrinkling on the cup under your armpit means you don't have enough tissue to fill that area out. Do you feel like you're losing support as the day goes on? Like your breasts are pushing the cups down? Too wide wires aren't necessarily a problem themselves, but they can cause other problems to arise.

The Jasmine might be worth a shot in 34GG/H, I'm a little torn which one to recommend though. In the 32H you're getting some cutting into breast tissue, but you have a lot of center fullness, and the jasmine is very projected. Going up a cup size will result in even more projection, in my experience you will start to see the cup buckle and sag in the middle because your breasts are so center heavy. You can see the beginnings of it in the 32H, and definitely in the 32J.

I'm going to go on a limb and recommend the Panache Clara in a 34H. The cup has more depth than the Envy, and more support in the center than the Jasmine. It has a side sling that lifts the bust so much that a lot of women get wrinkling in the bottom of the cup and assume it doesn't fit them. I do not believe this to be the case, I think it is simply a fabric issue.

The Marcie is too big, by about 1 cup size. You might like Panache Floris and Colette. They are cut the same as Marcie, but have the wider band with 3 hooks, which I find is far more supportive and comfy than Cleo's 2 hook bands. I'd try a 34GG in either one of those.

u/slavkody · 54 pointsr/ABraThatFits

Burlesque performer here!

Like another poster said, I'd recommend covering the nipples with something more nipple friendly than just tape. You can get nipple petals at Walmart, drugstores, online - tons of places! As far as actually taping the dress down, I'd go with a strong, double sided tape like Topstick or some wig tape (I prefer single pieces to rolls, personally). You can get wig tape/Topstick and petals at most beauty supply stores.

I have used both Topstick and wigtape for my wigs AND pasties for years and never had one slip off. Even after hours of go go dancing, everything was still firmly affixed.

I'd also contour around and between the boobs. Because they deserve to look as glorious as possible!

u/deadronin · 3 pointsr/genderqueer

I have silicone prosthetic breasts that I for on amazon for like 30 bucks and they're pretty awesome! http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005S4CS4Y/ref=mp_s_a_8?pi=75x49&qid=1345606473&sr=8-8

Hopefully that works I'm using my phone for this. O.o they're pretty awesome, comes like a front latch bra, feel pretty good. I put tissue or cloth behind them because you get a little sweaty but I love them.

u/BecomingJess · 2 pointsr/MtF

I wore it without the pads while I was still stealth at work; it just made me feel better knowing it was there, even if there was nothing visible externally. After I came out I put the pads back in, and actually doubled them up (since the pads are meant to enhance something I didn't have). Even though I'm not on E yet, the Spiro has had a "side effect" (yes please!) of promoting some small breast growth, so I've taken the second set of pads out to maintain approximately the same size. If E makes them grow much more, I might be taking the other pads out too.

Point is, with removable pads you have more options :)

FYI you can buy extra pads on Amazon, they come in all shapes and sizes... great if you want to double up without sacrificing the pads from half your bras to stuff the other half! I have a set similar to these -- I like the sewn edges, they last longer... and look for machine washable, it can get sweaty in there in the summer, and stinky pads are no good!

u/celosia89 · 2 pointsr/loseit

Thrift/Consignment shops and alterations are great options.

I've found that I'm not dropping sizes yet, but the way clothes fit is changing is ways I don't like so I'm starting to find ways to make it work.

  • Layering - a sweater or jacket can cover ill-fitting tops to some degree
  • Shirt/Dress clips - these can help give a waist on tops or dresses that are getting big
  • Fashion Tape - for when things pull and gap in weird ways
  • Pants/skirt clips - to tighten a too big or gaping waist band (haven't used this one yet)
u/Kitiarana · 32 pointsr/badwomensanatomy

Try a silicone pad for the smaller side. It's the only thing I've found that helps balance them out without actually bothering me. The silicone will warm up to your body temp and effectively disappear rather quickly. It does take some time to get used to, but it's a total sanity saver. I wish I could go braless, but the strain on my back/shoulders is too real and I'll actually have to lay down with something between them to get the pain to stop if I go too long!

This is basically what I use. Picked them up at Walmart for ≤$20. Obviously just use one on the small side, but that works out so you can air out one and wear the other every other day. They wipe clean easily, don't abdorb sweat/stink, and are the most comfortable padding support I've found.

u/OneFinalChance · 2 pointsr/MtF

I think a push-up bra would be really helpful. You can also try a push-up cleavage enchancement insert. They go on the outside of your breasts and push them inwards. They're cheap and come in a variety of sizes.

I had a similar problem, and this is what someone explained to me: cleavage doesn't just happen. Even cis girls with large breasts have to have something that creates cleavage. Breasts can grow into different shapes and in different angular placements (the "outwardness" you're referring to). So, don't feel too bad about it. Just get some bras/inserts that work for you. One thing breasts have in common is that they're very squishy and pliable. They will mold to whatever shape you want. So as long as you're not constricting the hell out of your chest, it should be fine.

My friend is barely an A cup and can make cleavage happen with the right bras. There's definitely a way. :)

u/kmj0222 · 5 pointsr/TheGirlSurvivalGuide

I've been going completely braless for over a year now (finally discovering perks of tiny boobs) and I've just had to learn how to not care what other people think. No one has ever said anything to me about my nips showing. It used to be super common (did you know the ladies of Friends never wore bras? And they were on TV! You can always see their nipples!). Like Im not sure people care, or even notice most of the time. However, if you are feeling self-conscious about it, especially depending on the material of your top, I highly recommend these reusable silicone pasties. Personally I can't feel them at all, they don't hurt to take off, and they smooth everything out. I wear these a lot when Im going to work because that's the one time I feel weird showing my nips off. In fact, I frequently forget Im even wearing them and fall asleep in them.

Either way, you're beautiful just the way you are, so you do you girl.

u/feral_hippie · 2 pointsr/TwoXChromosomes

I have a week-long festival that I go to each year as well, and it's almost always incredibly warm and humid. I bring a couple of these with me, I wear something loose and flowing so there's a decent airflow, and I apply a 48-hour antiperspirant under each breast before putting the bra on. If you want to have some extra support, using one of these on the brastraps will be a huge help.

u/CatpeeJasmine · 4 pointsr/ABraThatFits

So. My larger breast completely fills a 36HH while my smaller breast doesn't completely fill the cup of a 36H (haven't tried it in a 36GG because I don't want to strangle the big boob).

For daily wear, I don't pad at this point. Most of my tops are not sufficiently form-fitting to make my bust outline super noticeable. Also, I sometimes have trouble positioning an insert just right, and -- to be frank -- it stopped being worth the hassle of wrestling with the little sucker. That said, for daily wear, I do find that stretch lace bras are my friends. It doesn't mask the size difference, of course, but I find that when the lace is flat against the smaller breast, I feel more comfortable/confident with the smoothness of my silhouette. I also adjust the strap shorter on the smaller side.

For more form-fitting clothing and/or not-super active swimming (like, hanging out in a friend's pool), I use silicone bra inserts (not these exact ones; I just grabbed the first Google result to show you). They're a little heavier foam, so they tend to stay put through gentle motion; plus, they're not going to soak up water. If I'm going anywhere with waves, however, I'm back to relying on stretch material and not worrying too much about a noticeable difference.

u/Iseethelight963 · 1 pointr/ABraThatFits

Yeah I would say try the 30FF maybe even a 30G. I'd probably try fitting to the larger breast and perhaps getting a cutlet/insert for the smaller one.

My breasts are at least 1 cup size different from each other and I can usually find a good enough fit that's a little small on the larger breast and a little big on the smaller one. Seems easier to deal with in lace bras, but I do have a couple molded ones that are acceptable. I have considered padding to compensate with something like this as well.

Have you checked your size using our calculator? Just asking because while it is definitely possible that the right bra size causes your straps to fall down due to slopping shoulders or particularly narrow shoulders, it is in fact pretty uncommon and tends to be caused by fit issues. It’s common for people not to realize that they could use a smaller band size because wearing the wrong cup size or cup shape can also cause the right band size to feel too tight... Some cup size and shape issues can also cause straps to fall down. It’s worth just double-checking to make sure, because unless you have a particular frame type, it is unlikely that all of your bras’ straps fall down without the fit being at least partly to blame.

I have 2 bras with wider set straps that tend to fall down, personally I really like these holders because they pull much less in than racerback clips while still assuring a steady hold, which means they don’t affect cup shape as much as clips.

Linen spray! My husband and I use this incredible, all natural, linen spray on our clothes to cut down on washes: https://www.nancyboy.com/scented-linen-spray-1/

We use it every night — selectively spraying inside our items like jeans or blazers when we take our clothes off to change into lounge wear. We also spray our shoes every night, with athletic shoes getting heavier sprays and leather getting a light mist carefully applied to the interior. On my leather flats and my loafers, I mist a tissue and lightly stuff it inside.

I also weekly mist the entire closet with the spray because lavender and spearmint deter moths. We also mist our bath towels between uses and sometimes the entire bathroom.

My other tip is fashion tape! I use this to tack hems, hold plunging necklines together, keep blouse bows from unfurling, seal the gap between buttons on tighter blouses. It’s great stuff. https://www.amazon.com/Hollywood-Fashion-Tape-HFT-101/dp/B0006IO3NG

I have a set of these that I use to keep my bra straps from showing when I wear tank tops. They just help keep the shirt strap attached to the bra strap so they don't end up in wonkity different places on my shoulders. :)

u/[deleted] · 2 pointsr/actuallesbians

Have you tried an extender? They're pretty great if you can't find a band size large enough.

u/Basil-kun · 6 pointsr/TrollXChromosomes

I've tried double-sided fashion tape as well. it works, but the sock glue seems to work better for me, maybe because there's wider surface area for adhesive. I use the sock glue that sockdreams sells. I suspect it expires, because one of my friends had an old bottle and it doesn't work like it used to, so I find any excuse to use it up.

An extender will extend your bra band a couple inches to give you some room to breathe. Amazon has them http://www.amazon.com/Solutions-That-Stick-Brah-Extender/dp/B00519BD9C/ref=sr_1_1/182-3853592-2328820?ie=UTF8&qid=1374703848&sr=8-1&keywords=bra+extender

I hope that helps!

u/chrkchrkchrk · 1 pointr/crossdressing

I recently got these off amazon for around $30 and they're great. You could probably shop around for something similar for cheaper, or downgrade a bit to a pair of "cutlet" style silicone bra inserts, they usually run about $15 - $20 online and you still get a little of the same weight and jiggle and an A-cup or so's worth of boob.

Here is what I use for face masks... or other clothing I need to not move: http://www.amazon.com/Hollywood-Fashion-Secrets-Double-Strips/dp/B000YOSI6U/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1415205097&sr=8-1&keywords=hollywood+fashion+tape

I actually bought it in line at Old Navy, but you can purchase on Amazon or a multitude of other places online! :)

u/imaginarycircus · 1 pointr/ABraThatFits

Because I've had two surgeries on the smaller one I bought these by Braza but they're very narrow and I think I'd be better off with something wider or maybe even slightly moldable, if that exists. They work okay, but in some bras it does make that boob looks slightly bigger. I was going to do some more research. There's a group of people here who've had full or partial mastectomies who know a lot about this, but I haven't looked for them.

u/Truant_Muse · 4 pointsr/femalefashionadvice

I've always used and been happy with Hollywood Fashion Tape, and I've used this one too. I like both.

Where is your dress from? I love it

u/CatenaryFairy · 5 pointsr/ABraThatFits

If you find a dress that works with a strapless bra, there are a number that are available, depending on your shape (projected, shallow, wide, narrow, etc). If you aren't sure of your shape, you can check our our beginner's guide. A strapless bra will be pretty uncomfortable if it's not the right shape and size, so while you're checking our our beginner's guide, you should measure yourself to double check your size. Some common strapless bras I know of are the Curvy Kate Luxe, Cleo Neve Strapless, Freya Deco Strapless, Wacoal Red Carpet Strapless.

If you need a backless bra, you can use [a low back converter] (http://www.amazon.com/Fashion-Forms-Womens-Adjustable-Converter/dp/B007H52HKC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1456804397&sr=8-1&keywords=low+back+bra+converter) which can take a regular bra and turn it into a low back bra.

For a lace back dress, you could have a seamstress add a nude panel behind the lace if you can't get a low back converter to go low enough. Unfortunately that isn't a solution outside of having the dress altered, but it is less drastic than your last possibility, which is having a comfortable bra sewn into your dress.

I just tried with two cotton makeup pads: No wrinkling anymore. Problem solved!

You are awesome!

I don't know if something like this would already be too big, but I am going to try it out as well:

Might I suggest some pasties, ie Petals? they're specifically made to hide nipples without wearing a bra. You can get them on Amazon, either disposible or washable/reusable. Not very expensive either. Just a suggestion. :)

And FWIW, in this context it's pronounced like "paste", not like in "Cornish pasties". Figured I'd add that since you're in the UK, although I think most people call them Petals these days.

Unless you want to shell out a couple hundred, any breast plate (where it covers your chest) will be highly disappointing.

I would recommend breast forms from amazon. Or if you want higher quality (for possibly not much more) I have these and love them.

u/pantsoffdanceofff · 2 pointsr/BabyBumps

Would a bra extender help in the short term? I think you can get them on Amazon for under $10.

Edit - I actually found this for 99 cents!

u/needchr · 1 pointr/ABraThatFits

yeah sure, I would suggest one of these 2 products.

https://www.amazon.com/Strap-Tamers-Reusable-Concealers-Pack/dp/B0064BL882

https://www.magiccurvesusa.com/collections/innermate-accessories/products/bra-strap-tamers

You might see I guess if looking hard part of the clip on outside of clothing, but it should be more sightly than a fallen bra strap, and the peace of mind of been able to relax your posture without worrying about the problem.

u/babeh_maker · 1 pointr/BabyBumps

I would use these. They're a fairly inexpensive solution and if need be you can use multiples. Motherhood Maternity also sells them for like 3 dollars.

u/jwood714 · 8 pointsr/weddingplanning

I barely noticed the ripple, so I doubt others will. I understand how annoying that can be though. Perhaps some steaming could help? As for the bust, I suggest body tape to hold everything in place. Strapless dresses have a tendency to not want to hug the bust line. I got this tape and it holds excellently.

u/Hasten_there_forward · 1 pointr/TooAfraidToAsk

I feel the same way as you. In asking about this I found that them being erect in some people's mind relates to sexual excitement equal to an erect penis. I have put silicone self adhesive stickies over them when I think the might show thruogh my bra and clothes.

u/zaralynda · 3 pointsr/ABraThatFits

my experience with those adapters is that the staps need to be really long because the adapter puts the straps almost touching. I usually wear my straps on the tightest adjustment and if the straps are only partially adjustable, I cant make them long enough to use this adapter.

This type worked much better for me because it doesnt pull the straps so tight. RAZOR Bra Strap Clips Holder Women’s Beige, Black, White https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01E5TWQUI/

u/annoyingbranerd · 3 pointsr/ABraThatFits

An easier and cheaper alternative to breastforms might be stick-on silicone bras. They add approx. one cupsize.

Example

Or stick-on push-up pads.

Whatever you end up doing, fashion tape might be helpful to keep the fabric from moving and revealing your breasts or bra substitute.

Yes, models and actresses use it frequently.

There are converters that you can buy that connect the straps on a regular bra in the back to turn it into a racerback style. I'm not quite as busty as you but they work fairly well for me.

Would something like this work?

Have you ever tried a lowback bra? Amazon has some pretty neat ones I'll link below. As for shoes how about some strappy sandal kitten heels or flat sandals? I'll link you a couple pairs I have that are simple and cute

First off, that bra is resting wayy too high on your back, as others have mentioned. So first get a bra that fits better.

I bought these and while they aren't perfect, they're keeping me comfortable enough that I don't feel like I have to go out and get a new bra! I am smaller chested, but my boobs have had at least 4 different stages so far and I bought a couple nice new bras around stage 3 because I couldn't imagine they could possibly get any bigger..... wrong!

I recommend a minimizer as well--this makes a big difference. Hollywood Fashion Tape is also really helpful--just tape a strip above and below the offending button, and voila!

NTA 100%, I myself struggle with that kind of thing and have had to find a lot of work arounds to stay modest, mostly because I'm shy about my arms/legs/butt, but also with boobies. But here's some ideas to help with the bustin' out bust issue if you ever need it:
