The fish oil actually looks pretty good according to labdoor. They gave it a B- grade, but only because the pills only contain 360mg omega 3 per 1200mg fish oil. They make some higher concentrated omega 3 fish oil pills that are like 80-90% omega 3 but they are much more expensive. You can find them on amazon.

The Nature's Made pills are fine though, you'll just get a little more non-omega 3 oil, but that doesn't hurt. Dose should be ~1 gram omega 3 per day, so you could take up to 3 of those nature made pills per day and it'd be fine.

Fish oil is a good supp to take in general but it's not one that you're gonna see any acute effects from (it's not gonna give you a noticeable boost in "ambition" like you were looking for in your original post), especially if you already eat fish. It is good for you cardiovascular system and brain though.

L-theanine on the other hand you might see some acute benefits from. It acts on glutamate receptors in the brain and increases levels various neurotransmitters. It is also is supposed to increase levels of BDNF and NGF, which are hormones that play a role in neurogenesis and neuroplasticity. I occasionally take L-theanine in the evening (200-400mg) to wind down after work. I find it fairly relaxing. Definitely needs to be taken on an empty stomach with water though to see effects. If you take it in the morning with coffee/caffeine it kinda takes the edge of the caffeine buzz and can really help you get in the zone and focus. It's pretty easy to find good l-theanine, I got mine from liftmode, it seems to work fine. There's a list of reliable suppliers on the "Beginner's guide to nootropics" link if you wanna look at where to get anything else too.

I recently bought the Tantus Acute Dildo which is suitable for strapon play if that's a thing you'd like to try, but works otherwise as well, obviously. I haven't had a chance to use it for that yet, though I've tested it on myself, and it's quite nice, imo. The silicone is easy to clean, it's firm but not "hard" and the angle was pleasing. Felt better than my experience with a man's penis ever did.

I don't have much to offer as I've only recently begun buying toys of any form. I got a thigh harness as well, which I am very much looking forward to using.

I bought a cheap regular harness as well, which is generally advised against, it's comfortable, easy to adjust, but I don't expect it to last a lifetime. I know a lot of people here will suggest the SpareParts Joque if you're looking for a "good" harness that will last. If you're just looking to see if it's something you'd like, I don't see the harm in buying something cheaper. This is what I got. It hasn't gotten any practical testing yet either, but I've tried it on and it seems comfortable and secure enough.

That's all I have (limited) experience with at the moment, though I've been piling up quite the wish list on Amazon.

i've seen [this harness](https://www.amazon.com/SpareParts-HardWear-Joque-Double-Harness/dp/B002DOJR1O?th=1
) up close during a fetish party and i was amazed how steady the dildo was! Like it was attached to Her body!

> r/nsfwasmr

In my opinion... most people who create nsfw videos are focusing too much on the sexual aspect, and they're losing the essence... which is to provide a relaxing/euphoric feeling at the same time. i would encourage You to check Youtube for regular ASMR.

> If you believe in the product, it sells itself.

Your nailtapping audio is the most perfect example! You took a simple idea, and You made it so sexy. Your 'cheating' audio was also incredible! i've mentioned it before... i discovered GWA through ASMR. Pretty much every trigger was making me feel both relaxed and aroused (nails, mouth sounds, kisses, whispering, licking etc). From there, i skipped the nsfwasmr videos... and i found GWA where i got amazed by people's creativity, even without proper equipment.

> It does.

In the Day7 link i gave above, it's funny how i talk about my "gasms"... and now they've been taken away! 😊

PS: You should do AMA's more often! i had so much fun getting to know You better!

repost since i've done this for someone else before and good luck!

Hey man i'm also schizo 20M and like you have had an almost complete regression in symptoms, I attribute this to both medication and supplements(2.5mg zyprexa) which is not even considered a therapeutic dose yet it does the job for me, I typically take it 2-3 times a week and other then making me sleepy I don't experience less motivation just general lethargy. Anyways now for the supplements, i've done extensive research and experimentation and id' say the most relevant ones are N.A.C,EPA fish oil, and sarcosine also throwing in a bcomplex multivitamin with folic acid could indirectly help.

Sarcosine is known to do exactly what you want which is increase motivation, it also seems to help somewhat with social skills which I honestly have not noticed i've seen benefit in motivation though and overall sense of well being. http://schizophrenia.com/?p=740
//N.A.C has been shown to reduce inflammation WHICH IS KEY in getting rid of positive symptoms and helps with negative ones. In my experience this reduced my stress by a moderate amount. http://schizophrenia.com/?page_id=706
E.P.A fish oil has been shown to help prevent schizo, it reduces inflammation, and protects the brain from further damage. In my experience it helped with my overall sense of well being as well as with anxiety.

Now for reputable sources Fish oil:https://www.amazon.com/Nordic-Naturals-Promotes-Optimal-Function/dp/B002CQU4Z6/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1476809252&sr=8-1&keywords=nordic+naturals+fish+oil+epa (I take 2 g a day)
Sarcosine http://brainvitaminz.com/products/sarcosine-180-gram
I take 2 grams of sarcosine a day. N.A.C this one is easier find and purity usually isn't a problem I take 1,000mg, if i'm under alot of stress 2,000mg never exceed 2,000mg
Taking these three supplements have benefited me greatly and have shown to be even more effective when taken with medication. My symptoms have regressed so much that I can take adderall with little to no increase in positive symptoms.

Some other things you should look into Meditation:Just 20 minutes a day split into two sessions
Low inflammation, No grain, low sugar diet (>26Grams of sugar) I'm currently in the process of creating a low cost accessible diet that I can send you when i'm finished if you'd like, infact feel free to PM me, text me/call me what ever I'd be glad to help.

I love the Share, which is a strapless double dildo. It's the easiest of it's kind to keep in, feels the best(IMO), and provides for maximum skin on skin contact, which is amazing.

As for harnesses, the Spareparts Joque is the best I've come across. It's super adjustable and comfortable. The ring is stretchy so that you can use all different sized dildos. It also works beautifully with the Share. The ring is lower than usual, providing for maximum clitoral stimulation.

Regardless of how ugly it is, the Eroscillator is my favorite vibrator. It's virtually silent, and super powerful. The Hitachi Magic Wand is a close second.

I also LOVE glass g-spot dildos.

u/BostonTentacleParty · 3 pointsr/actuallesbians

I haven't worn either, but I've seen a lot of both. And been on the receiving end of a share many times (it's what my partners use).

The share is heavy, and just bigger all around than the (standard) feeldoe. I've seen someone walk around for hours at a sex party wearing a feeldoe. I've never known anyone who could do that with a share. And fucking with an unsupported share is way awkward. But the share is really solid, and with a good harness (I recommend the Joque by SpareParts) you can wear it quite comfortably. I know two women who can come while using that specific combination to fuck folks. But I know more who can't, so YMMV. Regardless of coming, share and spareparts seems to be a favored combination for ladies I know who are fairly to extremely strap-on experienced. But it's a higher price point than the feeldoe alone.

The feeldoe has a space for a bullet vibe, but as I understand it the vibe is better for the receiver than the penetrator. Still, definitely another point in favor of the feeldoe.

I have a date soon with the feeldoe lady I mentioned earlier, so hopefully I can report on that soon. :)

Thanks Usernameuntakenable for your question. hydroxy or cyanocobolamin are both fine. methylcobolamin is unstable in air and has limited shelf life. It's actually quite difficult to become B12 deficient so the B12 quality is not a make or break for this stack.
The main ingredients of the stack are SAM-e, vitamin B6, alphaGPC, Vitamin B1, EPA. The other ingredients support/enhance the function of these, but have modest impact. Here is an article from Psychology Today that explains everything one would need to know to make the most out of an EPA supplementation.
[What Are the Real Differences Between EPA and DHA? To reduce cellular inflammation, you need more EPA than DHA.] (https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/in-the-zone/201204/what-are-the-real-differences-between-epa-and-dha)

A few good sources to get started:

-[NOW SAMe 200 mg, [Enteric Coated] 60 Tablets] (https://www.amazon.com/NOW-SAMe-200-60-Tablets/dp/B0013OW3V6/ref=sr_1_17_s_it?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1501299921&sr=1-17&keywords=sam-e)
-BulkSupplements Pure Betaine Anhydrous Trimethylglycine (TMG) Powder (250 grams)
-[Nordic Naturals - EPA Xtra, Promotes Mood and Heart Health, and Optimal Immune Function, 60 Soft Gels]
-[Doctor's Best BenFotiamine with BenfoPure, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Vegan, Helps Maintain Blood Sugar Levels, 150 mg] (https://www.amazon.com/Doctors-Best-BenFotiamine-BenfoPure-Maintain/dp/B000NRVWZC/ref=sr_1_4_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1501301010&sr=8-4&keywords=benfotiamine&th=1)

With daily supplementation, the B1 dose here should be fine.

A harness and smaller dildo would be best for starting out. I highly recommend Outlaw Leather- they make high-quality products that fit an assortment of toys and they fit wonderfully. http://www.outlawseattle.com/

The Joque Spare Parts harness is also extremely comfortable and versatile. http://www.amazon.com/SpareParts-Joque-double-strap-Harness/dp/B002DOJR1O

The Tantus Acute is a good beginner for pegging. It can be easily reverse in the harness for different positions for pegging and isn't too big. http://www.amazon.com/Tantus-Acute-Dildo-Midnight-Purple/dp/B000PHJB26

Start out with a smaller dildo and harness and if both of you like it, look into doubles. The FunFactory Share is also something similar to the Feeldoe and is very pleasurable for both parties. http://www.amazon.com/Fun-Factory-XFF24408-Funfactory-Share/dp/B000R3SOLC

  • We started with the Bend over Beginner Kit then moved on to a corset style harness and toy that fit what I wanted size wise.
Only problem with the corset was that the straps were sometimes getting in the way. Could have probably done a better job trimming the straps. Anyway, right now we're using this. It's got the right mix of velcro and straps to be solid yet easy to use. I've thought about the Rodeoh, but had the same concern you mentioned. Don't think there is enough structure there to hold things snug.

  • Silicone all the way...Is slick, not expensive like glass, and won't leave behind any unpleasant chemicals like PVC.

  • Nice, but if you're planning agressive pounding it'll never work without a harness. Bought one but ended up throwing it away after finding a other toys I liked better.

  • Speaking for my SO, she rarely gets off (it does happen) while going at me. Most harnesses with have a pocket for a vibe right up front that can help but more often than not it just gets in the way due to the pelvic bone issue you mentioned. Once we stopped worrying about coordinating our orgasms and just made sure she was taken care of several times before starting with me things became much more enjoyable and relaxed.
u/mershnop · 1 pointr/Supplements

My psychiatrist, who is excellent, recommended supplementing my anti-D’s with Omega 3’s. It worked wonderfully, I have more energy all day. And there is actual research on it.

I buy this brand, which has excellent labdoor scores and is a value buy. Viva Naturals

Make sure you buy O-3’s with between 1000 to 2000mg of EPA per dose. If you can, make sure the level of DHA only reaches a third of that number (330mg of DHA per 1000mg of EPA). Do not take if you have manic depression.

Best of luck!

u/firecontrol · 2 pointsr/sex

My girl and I own both the Fun Factory Share and the Tantus Feeldoe. The share is better, because of the size of the vaginal insert: it's a good deal bigger than the Feeldoe's, and it's got a better shape.

Either one can be prone to falling out, though. They do work with harnesses, however. We bought the SpareParts Joque harness. It's a little pricey, but it's stable, comfortable for her, and you can toss it in the wash. It works with both dildos. Highly recommend it.

u/sub-contractor · 1 pointr/BDSMAdvice

I went through a couple of shitty harnesses from the local sex shop and then discovered the glory of the Spare Parts harness. Very adaptable, fits all kinds of dildos, super secure — very much like a rock climbing harness. Certainly not the most aesthetic harness but, by far, the best. Both of my male partners like 8-10” dildos and I feel like I have lots of control. Only downside: no vagina slit so you can’t be pleasures vaginally or anally unless you insert something in advance: SpareParts HardWear Joque (Double Strap) Harness - Black Size A (20-50inch hips) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002DOJR1O/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_yY75BbP5Z64S0

As far as harnesses go I have this one Spareparts and absolutely love it. Easy to wash, looks and feels good, quick and easy to put on, and it is excellent in action!

u/Moe2584 · 1 pointr/pegging_unkinked

You’re most welcome, I would recommend a 3 points harness for a better motion check this one

and for the dildo I would suggest you both enjoy shopping for it online

I hope this help 😄

u/quoththeraven929 · 5 pointsr/LesbianActually

Some people are just more prone to them than others. That said, peeing after sex is always a good idea, especially if you guys are doing oral sex, as that's introducing more bacteria to the area. Wash your hands before fingering her, and try to touch your fingers just to the vagina and clit, not near the urethra if you can help it. She should also be drinking more water anyway, but staying hydrated can help prevent UTIs! If she feels one coming on, tell her to chug massive amounts of water and flush it out of her system.

You should also 100% be washing your strap too. Is your strap able to be separated from the toy? If not, you may want to upgrade to a strap that is separate from toys, like this one: link. That way you can wash the strap too - this one is machine washable, which is nice!

u/nini1423 · 1 pointr/explainlikeimfive

Thanks for the advice. I was looking to purchase this fish oil supplement; I'm guessing it's pretty new to the market because the company only has one IFOS report and all the reviews on Amazon are pretty recent. I'll ask the company about any 3rd party analysis if the batch/lot number of the bottle I receive is different from the one tested by IFOS.

u/gillish · 3 pointsr/AskNYC

I love the Spare Parts harness because they have the most control out of ones I have tested. They don’t move around too much so I can control the cock with more accuracy (such as being able to penetrate my partner without putting my hand on the strap on to guide it). They are also washable, and very comfortable to wear. They aren’t the cheapest (and neither are VixSkin cocks) but they are absolutely worth the money. I am on my second one after owning one for ten years before replacing it.

The VixSkin cock by Vixen Creations I own feels like an extension of my body and I’ve owned it for 13 years now. I have found that my partners love the VixSkin feel as it feels the most similar to a real cock (many partners can’t tell a difference when penetrated). I have found the harder plastic of other dildos to be uncomfortable.

Source: I’m a trans guy and a strap on is v important to my sex life.

I notice my skin and hair are all around shinier and healthier feeling. Other than that I don't notice any major differences. Maybe there are little things that are going on inside that I really can't pinpoint, that DO make a difference. Either way, I'm happy with the one I've been taking for about 4 months now. Link below. Hi everyone,

Does anyone have any advice regarding multi vitamins for a 35 year old male, runs every other day, upper body workouts on run days, lower body on off, 6 days a week? Currently I'm taking a multi vitamin that I purchased from GNC by ORB Wellness that also has fish oil in it and is also supposed to be extended release.

To save a little cash I was planning on splitting up the multivitamin and fish oil. I found some of these locally on sale and I'm looking to combine it with a quality multivitamin.

I never heard of EPA only fish oil, but I guess we learn everyday. It looks like the article just wants to make their own product to stand out among the many fish oil products. After quickly checking on Amazon, looking for EPA only fish oil, even this one has DHA in it, although the ratio is 4:1 instead of the usual 2:1

http://www.amazon.com/Nordic-Naturals-Xtra-1000-Softgels/dp/B002CQU4Z6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1425256232&sr=8-1&keywords=epa+fish+oil

This one has only EPA in it, the same 500 mg like the one in your link.
If you click on the small pictures of this product, that explains the supposed benefits of EPA only:

http://www.amazon.com/OmegaVia-Pharmaceutical-EPA-Only-Formula-Mini-Gels/dp/B00D37S0HC/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1425256232&sr=8-2&keywords=epa+fish+oil

  1. Works better for mood disorders, depression.
  2. Doesn't rise the "bad" LDL cholesterol.

If you don't worry about your cholesterol AND you don't take it for depression, I would just stick to the normal fish oils. Here is a site that helps you to choose:

    https://labdoor.com/rankings/fish-oil
u/sotech · 3 pointsr/keto
  • Magnesium - Buy on Amazon - Labdoor Review
  • Gastrointestinal side-effects, like diarrhea and bloating, are more common when magnesium oxide or magnesium chloride are supplemented, due to the lower absorption rates of these two forms. In general, magnesium citrate is a good choice for supplementation.
  • Vitamin D - Labdoor Review and Purchase
  • If there's only one supplement you're taking for your health and your diet is decent, it should probably be Vitamin D. I highly recommend taking Vitamin D instead of a multivitamin most of the time.
  • Fish Oil - Buy on Amazon - Labdoor Rankings
  • Fish oil provides a variety of benefits when supplemented, particularly when the ratio of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in the body is almost equal (1:1). The average diet (red meat, eggs, and so forth) are high in omega-6 fatty acids, which is why fish oil is recommended (to balance the ratio).
  • A ratio of roughly 1:1 is associated with healthier blood vessels, a lower lipid count and a reduced risk for plaque buildup. Fish oil can also decrease the risk of diabetes and several forms of cancer, including breast cancer.
  • It should be noted that fish oil can also reduce triglycerides in people with high triglyceride levels. However, it can also increase cholesterol, so care should be taken before supplementing fish oil for this purpose.

Note: The indented bullet points are quotes from the corresponding examine.com articles, not my words.

Those are what I take, though I've only recently started adding fish oil. You can find a decent article here with more information and other supplements to consider. If you're curious about more details information on supplements, definitely check out examine.com. It's a fantastic resource.

I’ve been taking fish oil for years and have used a variety of brands. Have found this to be one of the best. My research suggests the highest EPA/DHA ratio you can find the better to address depression/anxiety/inflammation. It’s not cheap, but I think it’s worth buying.

You can check out lab tested reviews for most supplements at labdoor.com

If you don't actually need a multivitamin then no need to get one. I've read something along the lines of extra vitamins when not needed can just help stuff grow that you don't want or need to grow, such as tumours.

I seriously could not recommend the Joque Spare Parts harness anywhere near enough. Worth the upfront investment because its the greatest thing ever. Never falls off, fully adjustable, stays in place, can throw it in the wash, works will all different types of dildos (including feeldoe/share/etc) really well. I have the thing version which I love, but theres also the jock strap version, which I've linked to. Seriously, if you can bite the bullet with the price of this one...do it!

If you want the Cadillac of harnesses and a top-of-the-line beginner size dildo - these would be my suggestions. Comfortable, incredibly well-made and will last you roughly forever.

No cure, only reducing symptoms. I recommend:

4 pills of these omega pills per day: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B014LE31OW

1-2 pills of a GLA product per day: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000Z95JR0

1-2 sessions of eye heat pads per day: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078X6Z4QN

And if your eyes are currently terribly inflamed, visit an eye doctor which can get scleral lens for you. It'll help your eyes calm down by bathing them in liquid all day.

From a pill supplement form, there are really only a few "vitamins" that I would suggest. This is a quick list:

  • Men's Multi Vitamin ( Rainbow Light) - Basic maintenance
  • ZMA (Optimum Nutrition) - Taken before bed on empty stomach for sleep and recovery
  • Fish / Krill Oil (Viva Fish Oil)

If you eat plenty of macro-nutrient dense whole foods, you should not have to take any more pills than this.

The spareparts joque:

I HIGHLY recommend this. My wife didn't like pegging me for years because it was uncomfortable, took way too much time to get setup, and wasn't fun for her because once we did get going there was no "umph" behind her thrusts (loose harness) ... with this product its comfortable, goes on in seconds, and she can move naturally.

I'm taking two of these a day. It is the high EPA and DHA that is recommended.

Hmm... then maybe the Joque, it's a Spareparts harness you can even get off Amazon.

This the fish oil you use? http://www.amazon.com/Optimum-Nutrition-Fish-Oil-Softgels/dp/B003RDGNY4

I'm reading that it doesn't show the EPA/DHA breakdown? And enteric-coated? I remember reading something by... hermann(?) on this subreddit that enteric-coated pills tend to break too early and don't dissolve in the intestine as necessary?

Not sure how to answer all your questions, but here is a fish oil product that I use and does not contain vitamin E.
Viva Naturals Fish Oil Supplement

Here it is. The reason I went with this one is because of the EPA:DHA ratio. You can check out examine.com for more info, but the gist of what I've read is that you want more EPA than DHA for mood stabilizing. I looked at another site that reviewed fish oils in general, and this was #3

https://www.amazon.com/Viva-Labs-Omega-Supplement-Softgels/dp/B014LDT0ZM/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1468098995&sr=8-1&keywords=viva+labs+fish+oil

Here's the website I saw the ranking at. I've got no clue how legit it is, but I used it mostly to check on the EPA to DHA ratio.

EDIT: a bit more information: you want more EPA than DHA for mood stabilizing or antidepressant effects. Also you want to get between 1 and 2 grams of EPA per day. More than that hasn't been shown to be effective (i.e. taking a shit ton won't necessarilybe better).

Also recommending SparePart's Joque. Comfy, ridiculously simple, sturdy.

Also, water-based lube.

Depends on how many pills you want to take per day..

I take ON's Fish Oil, 3 pills/day. I've tried cheaper ones but the fishy taste/burps are terrible with those. ON's fish oil is worth the little extra money.
