Oh my gosh, you are totally asking the right person. The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer is one of the best books that has ever existed. Not only that, but it's a series! Also, my username is taken from the first page of the book, so that must mean that it's good. It's got suspense, kids with powers, and some horror themes. It's just overall a great book. PLEASE check it out!
Another good book series is the Red Queen series by Victoria Aveyard. The final book is coming out this year, so I'm excited!
Why stop there? Another great book is All the Bright Places by Jennifer Niven. It will break your heart, but in a good way. It's a beautifully written book. I'm not sure what genre you like, but it reminded me of the genre of books like The Fault in Our Stars and Everything, Everything.
Another great series is The Darkest Minds series by Alexandra Bracken. Not only is a great series, but there's also a movie coming out in August that's based off the books! Better get reading. ;)

Oh boy, you shouldn't have asked. It's the most expensive thing on my wishlist, and it's beautiful. I know, I know, it's a book, but it's more than that! It's a HUGE book with photographs from my favorite, most-loved movie series! Seriously. Words cannot describe how cool of a book it is. And there's a limited number of them made, and there's only 3 left in stock. But I digress. It's not what one would consider useful, but it sure is awesome.
Wait, what's that? I haven't mentioned Kylo Ren in 2 minutes? Oh boy, better change that. Yes, I love Kylo Ren. I'm aware that is a touchy subject with people. I don't care. I have a shrine in my room for Kylo Ren. This pillow is not what most people would call necessary, though honestly I would probably beg to differ.
Pretty much everyone can agree that Funko Pops aren't necessary, but they are so much fun oh my gosh. Like, for instance, this somewhat expensive yet cool Darth Vader Pop.

9.) A movie everyone should watch at least once in their life. Why?
I love movies. With a passion. But my favorite movies of all time, are The Hunger Games movies. If that wasn't evident by the massive expensive book above, then I don't know what is. But honestly, they're great movies. I know they're not for everyone, but they hold a special place in my heart.
Someone recently gifted me Moulin Rouge, and honestly it is so good. So, I also, of course, recommend that. It has singing, great vocalists, great songs, and a great plot. It also has Ewan McGregor, so what's not to like?
I saw Logan (the final Wolverine movie in theaters, and it is such a beautiful movie. Very sad, but very beautiful. The best Wolverine movie in my opinion. 10/10 would watch/cry again.
Another great futuristic movie is V for Vendetta. It's a well-known movie, and it's very good.
If you're into horror, I love the most recent Carrie movie. I know it's not for everyone, but I really liked it.

10.) Something that would be useful when the zombies attack. Explain.
I mean, I think it's pretty self-explanatory, but this bat would make a great weapon in the apocalypse. Also, if you're into leading an army and "saving" people, this bat will probably get you there. (Ahem I totally didn't just buy this bat for myself cough.)
Not sure if bright green is the way to go in the apocalypse, but I'm sure a bow and arrow set would keep you alive for a little bit. Especially if you happen to be Daryl Dixon (though I guess he technically has a crossbow... I digress).
Don't try and tell me that in the apocalypse you won't get peckish. Everyone knows that snacks will be the first to go. Better stock up on those sweet, sweet snacks.

For my mom She loves horses. I once gave her an ornament with a horse on it that meant a lot to her. It's become sort of a tradition to get her an ornament as part of Christmas. This one is soo pretty. :)

This is my second most expensive. My most expensive was the one for not being fat... lol. Before I used a wishlist I just added stuff to my cart and then saved it for later. This is the oldest item I've had stashed away. Every camping trip or competitive horse ride I went on with my mom/parents always involved sitting around the fire talking before heading off to bed. Whenever I get the chance to see them (we live in different states now) we still sit around a fire. This just reminds me of good times spent with family and essentially being home...

I like easy to grab pre packaged snacks for work, some of these (like the cheese crisps) are cheaper if you try to make them yourself, but its not worth the effort for me, so these are my current favorites:

1. Whisps Cheese Crisps - 100 calories for a bag of parmesan or 110 for a bag of cheddar
   
2. Pop Chips Crazy Hot - this is a 90 calorie bag and helps keep me from going crazy with the hot cheetos at work. barbeque and sour cream and onion flavors are good too.
   
3. Made Good Granola Mini Bags - this is either 100 calories or 90 depending on the flavor you choose.
   
4. Prepacked mini pickles - says its only 5 calories per cup

   Fruits are always good ideas, 125 grams of strawberries and a clementine is about 80/90 calories. Cucumbers with Tajin is great, if you want to jazz up your current yogurt routine I love adding sugar free pudding mix to yogurt.

  These are a few of what I think of as my guy friendly foods. It keeps hubby from snacking on the really bad stuff. I would recommend going to the store and just filling up a box on your own instead of ordering them online since it's so expensive to order that way. You can find some version of these in almost any sizable grocery store and it will cost you far less to make a care package yourself. I just looked them up online in case you have to go that route, plus you'll know what the packaging looks like.
  
  On a side note if you need help with recipes or ideas just let me know. I think it's really wonderful that you are trying to help him. I hope you won't be too disappointed if he doesn't respond the way you would like. Being a hoarder sort of goes hand in hand with mental issues and a resistance to any kind of change no matter how small or important. I hope that he embraces some change and appreciates your effort.
  
  Edit: Online prices for these items are very pricey, that's why I suggested looking for them in the store. In our store the family size bags of Utz no salt potato chips run about $3 and there are always generic store versions. Cardio doesn't really have a long term metabolic impact, to my understanding, so no, jogging won't do that.

Weightlifting will provide a somewhat longer term benefit for burning additional calories while muscles repair, but generally only for the next 24 hours, and it's minimal enough that it's not likely to even cover the intake of a Snickers bar, or even an Oreo cookie.

Metabolism is a pretty stable thing. One pound of muscle on average burns around 6 calories per day. So even adding 10 lbs of muscle to your frame would only allow you to eat an additional 50-60 calories in a day, without additional exercise.

And on average, in a perfect world, you might add 15-20 lbs of muscle in a year, with perfect routine and rest. Not very likely for most.

One single serving bag of Lays potato chips (15 chips) has 160 calories. You'd need to add close to 27 lbs of muscle to your frame (or I suppose muscle and fat, since a pound of fat will also burn something like 2-3 calories per day) in order to burn that off by doing literally nothing.

Highly addictive if you can get through the first two bottles; the German hacker community runs on this stuff. Unofficial motto: „Man gewöhnt sich daran” – "One gets used to it."

Blutwurst, blood sausage. A friend's non-anglophone mother put a piece in my hand in a rush out the door one morning. My friend IDed it after I'd enjoyed the last bite.

If you and your brother are close might I suggest you two start a competition of sending each other the most outrageous food and candy you both can find? I checked and you can buy them on amazon for 5.49, but thats only a 1.5 ounce bag, you could if you feel like its worth it, buy a 14 pack of 5 ounce bags to last you a while. There is also Paqui ghost pepper chips which are very good as an alternative.

That hasn't happened with Lays though. They've gotten significantly cheaper.

Back in 1995 they were .75¢ for one of the individual sized bags, and 1.75oz, clearly marked on the bag itself there for the linited edition Looney Tunes ones in 1995. Today they are 1.5oz, and you can get a pack of 64 on Amazon for .495¢ a bag. Adjusted for inflation that 1.75oz bag of chips would cost $1.21. You can buy almost three bags for the same price as a single one 22 years ago.

Normal bag was 14oz in 1995 for 2.99. Party size bag now is 15.25oz for 3.48 on Amazon prime pantry. Went up a whole 0.49¢ and you get an extra 1.25oz. Especially since with inflation, 2.99 in 1995 is 4.88 today.

The chips are cheaper for more for the big bags, and significantly cheaper for the small bags for very slightly less.

12 bags, only thing on my Amazon Wish List.

Or you can find them in gas stations. Mix them up with some Flavor Blasted Goldfish. Trust me.

I got a box of the Death Rain Habanero Kettle chips and they light me on fire but so delicious, I even eat the crumbs in the bottom of the bag.
