[UPDATE]
After almost 2 days (directions recommend at least 1 day) of letting the pillow air out and expand it still felt somewhat clumpy to me. I took all the stuffing out and restuffed it after getting all the clumps out of the stuffing. The end result is a very serviceable pillow though still not as fluffy and springy as my withAQUA. Covers seem to slide around on the pillow fairly easily which is annoying because the seam on the long side of the pillow inevitably shifts so that it's not underneath the seam on the cover and it triggers my OCD.

Overall I feel like the CMD 9900LS may be a good value option for people who don't wanna spend over $100 on an inner pillow or if you like your inners to be less dense feeling. Keep in mind I had to do a bit of work to get the pillow feeling nice but YMMV.
[END UPDATE]

I wish you had posted this a couple days earlier. I actually ordered the CMD 9900LS last morning and received it this afternoon. It cost just under $80 and got to me in just over a day thanks to Amazon's amazing shipping. Mine is currently reinflating but I will echo OP's findings that the CMD 9900LS doesn't feel like it has enough filling. It does not stand up vertically on it's own and if I hang it on my arm it pretty much just folds in half. I'm going to give the CMD overnight to hopefully fill up a little more but so far I'm not impressed.

The other inner pillow I have is a Fules withAQUA. It cost me just under $70 for the pillow itself and just under $65 to have it forwarded and shipped. So far the CMD feels considerably less filled than the Fules pillow even though the Fules is almost a year old and has 0.1kg less filling. To be honest, the Fules pillow actually feels overstuffed and I've actually thought about removing some of the filling. It can stand up vertically on it's own and hanging it on my arm each side only droops about 30-35 degrees.

Get a good quality neck cushion. I have a memory foam one that connects at the front gently so you don’t do the head bobbing thing. Even An inflatable one that holds you steady will really help.

Second get that massage and take your icy hot patches through security in your carry on and put them on once you get through.

Third request wheelchair service at the airport. You may think you can walk fine but what people forget about is the standing in line and lifting/lugging bags. I’m early 30s and hate to use it but it’s a game changer for your comfort.

Fourth if you can find one or have time to order from amazon, consider an inflatable square that goes under your feet if you have lower back pain. It flattens to nothing and takes a few breaths to inflate. There are varying sizes and it’s been a huge benefit for me when flying. If you’re really tall or not worried about lower back pain, skip this one.

Here’s the neck pillow I love.
Here’s the blow up footstool I love.
Here’s an alternate footstool I tried and liked.
Here’s a full body cushion I tried but wasn’t right for me. Could help you though because we have different pain.

Ps I don’t get anything from this from amazon. These are actual products I bought and tried. Some I love. Some didn’t work for me.

Good luck!

u/somedafthuman · 2 pointsr/Dakimakuras

Thanks!

I prolly don't have more of a thing than you. I mostly typed that out jokingly. Still love the meme, the porn is great ;)

I'd readily buy it if it weren't tainted by bootlegging. Seeing her listed on many storefronts across several sites among numerous bootlegs from Cuddly Octopus and others keeps me from giving to those numerous faces belonging to a single mass of bootleggery.

I can't say I really care much about what bootlegging does to other's business, more that I like throwing my money at people who care about their craft. Bootlegging is lifeless work. Much of dakimakura is art by fans who draw by their styles that change and improve. Doesn't always appeal to me but when it does, gotta buy till the wallet's dry! Most Chinese sellers like these churn out daki based on what's hype in the moment. To me, the art looks stale, selling by broad appeal.

Anyways, that's me and you do you, of course. I still love that Bowsette daki, the pierced tits especially.

If you don't already have a decent daki inner, I recommend COMODO just because they're conveniently on Amazon while the DHR and others are incredibly marked up. There's the 160cm CMD9000 and CMD9900LS and the 150cm CMD9150 and CMD9950MS. Great entry for higher class Japanese inners, much better than standard maternity pillows and generic Chinese inners. Prices fluctuate of course, with my CMD9900LS at 80 USD and I've seen it gone lower.

Edit: I'll keep adding things as I remember them. I'm not adding the usual stuff like laptops, ipads, gym gear, etc, because those seem...common sense?

  • Cold meds with pseudoephedrine
  • Magnets (for lockers if you get one)
  • 3M command hooks of varying weight limits
  • Strong plastic coat hangars
  • 550 cord (I'd say no more than 30' of it)
  • Headlamp with red and white light (find one that you don't have to go "through" the white to get to the red!)
  • 2-3 good quality plastic clothes pins to hold curtains closed or some other task (the ones linked are identical to the ones at the Dollar Store for, I think, $4 for 12)
  • Knife sharpener
  • Pocket knife
  • Suction cup hook for the shower (if you use a bath scrubby)
  • Nail clippers and nail file
  • Small FA kit (bandaids, etc)
  • Small sewing kit with the right colours of thread
  • GoToobs for stuff like shampoo and body wash (and aloe gel if you burn)
  • Bose noise cancelling headphones (with a spare battery)
  • Camera (don't be the guy that brings a DSLR with 5 lenses)
  • Couple of power adapters if power is different
  • Water bottle (and denture cleaning tablets to clean it if there's no bottle brush)
  • Couple of locks (combo or keyed-alike, varying sizes)
  • Travel blanket
  • Inflatable neck pillow (the best one I've ever used)
  • Anker USB battery bank (love Anker products!)
  • Anker PowerPort
  • Depending on living accommodations, I also have a "travel kitchen" that I take with me that has a good Santoku knife, cutting board, pepper grinder and garlic press.
  • 2-3 tide pods because it could be a few days or a week before you get to the PX
  • If you know your sleeping arrangements, buy a "bed in a bag" for that bed size. Nothing like having your own good sheets to slide into after a rough day. Make sure you wash everything before heading over, so they're soft and ready to go when you get there.
  • A collapsable shoe organizer that you can use to store gitch, socks, t-shirts, etc, or even a collapsable sweater organizer (or two) if you want more horizontal space and less vertical.
  • If you're coming home or going somewhere on HLTA, don't forget to pack a civvie-pattern backpack. Don't be the guy wandering around a foreign airport wearing your day pack and combat boots in jeans.
  • Birthday/Anniversary/special event cards that you can mail from your location (shows you were thinking of them well in advance of your departure and before the event). Bonus points if it's a mushy anniversary card to a significant other, ensuring that your return is "extra special".

Hi! It’ll get better once you get on a medication that works for you i promise. The same thing happened to me and I’m 21. I lost 10 pounds, couldn’t eat or sleep and I was having intense chest pain.

To help with sleep I would highly recommend an elevated pillow. I got this one on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01FINTS4M?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title

As for eating, I found that cold stuff helped me so I’d drink smoothies frequently. It’s different for everyone but definitely stay away from highly acidic foods.

The medicine I’m on is Omeprazole. I started on 80mg per day (40mg in morning and then at night). After 3 days I felt some relief and was able to eat again. It only improved from there!! I also drink probiotics every morning and I feel like they’ve made a difference.

I hope this helps! If you have more questions then feel free to send me a message!

> good poncho

I recently bought this one and although I haven't had a chance to test it in the rain yet, it seems like it should work pretty well. It's big enough to cover my travel backpack, packs down pretty small, and it zips up (as opposed to buttoning up or ones that don't even open up) so it's way easier to put on. I just noticed that they changed the description of it to say that it's a "women's" poncho. When I bought it, it had no gender classification, but in any event, it's a poncho so it's not exactly gender-specific anyway, and it fits me well (I'm a pretty big guy).

> good packable neck pillow

I have this inflatable neck pillow and it's great. Since it's inflatable, you can adjust how much air you put it in to control how firm it is.

u/scumteam14 · 1 pointr/SkincareAddiction

Hi OP! That sounds like a really tough situation to be in. Sleep is so incredibly important to mood, health, and mental function! And it sounds like it's affecting your quality of life quite a bit.

That said, this post is a bit off topic for r/SkincareAddiction. Tips for falling and staying asleep would be outside the scope of the sub, even if the underlying decision for various sleep habits is related to a skin concern. I don't think you'll get the support and advice you need here, and I'd highly recommend checking out a more fitting community like r/sleep!

Since sleeping on your back is causing health issues, and sleeping on your side is uncomfortable because your face gets squished, maybe check out one of those U-shaped travel pillows? I'm a side sleeper and I use something similar to this one to alleviate pressure on new ear piercings. I just use it as a regular pillow (not around the neck), and it provides support without putting a lot of pressure on my ear/cheek area. I'm sure r/sleep has more comfortable recs though, and I can't see that being a long-term solution - moreso for getting sleep asap while working through the underlying causes.

And while it's normal to worry about sleep (like how much you're getting), being anxious about actually being asleep due to lack of control sounds exhausting (pun not intended). Even if you get the comfort angle all sorted out, it sounds like there's some stuff unrelated to physical comfort that's disrupting your sleep as well. I imagine that working through those fears would help you feel more comfortable while falling asleep!

I'm not sure what your support network looks like, but you might want to check out communities like r/CBT for advice on self-help, or get in touch with a therapist to help guide you through it.

I hope that you find some ways to get to sleep soon!

Packing cubes, a 360-swivel hard top (I have two different sizes of the Amazon basics one and actually love it...it won’t hold up forever but I needed to step up this year with a new job and they’ve served me well so far), this pillow , my Kindle, a charger so my iPhone doesn’t punk out halfway through a plane movie.

I’m still trying to find the perfect travel tote. I’d love one that does double duty for work since I bring my laptop home often. Right now I have this and it looks good and functions but it might be a little too structured.

u/TrollznLolz · 2 pointsr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

It would probably have to be this. I have so many problems sleeping because all my pillows are old as well as my bed so it would be nice to have something comfortable to lay on until I can afford a new bed. And it would be super cool to wake up without back pain. What a perfect world that would be.

More affordable though would be dog food for Winston. He's only 10 pounds but he eats A LOT. I always find myself buying him food and the pet store is super far.

You are lovely <3

u/beans_and_rice · 2 pointsr/travel

not OP, but my inflatable neck pillow is this one by Lewis N. Clark It's great - inflates and (more importantly) deflates super quickly. BF kept hogging it last holidays we went on so now we have 2 of them =)

u/50isthenu29 · 1 pointr/sexover30

Hey /u/Onmymind42 I guess I'm just one of the lucky ones whose mother got them a Liberator Wedge 35 years ago in the form of a "Husband Pillow"

My wife got one for herself and each of our teanage kids. The irony is that theirs are ripping and falling apart yet my wife and I routinely use ours for sex and it's still going! And I doubt that the kids have used theirs for sex becuase they haven't taken to their dorms. If they have snuck someone into their bedrooms for some knookie - more power to them!

From a sexual point of view, I can say that the wedge most definitely does enhance the experience. It gives a great angle for missionary. It also helps change things up a bit for the rear entry positions and helps to relax a bit for anal sex. Wedges are great sex toys.

u/davidstvz · 1 pointr/HomeImprovement

Haha, I loved this comment. If your walls are plaster, then no one can help.

Here's a suggestion. If you like to identify studs by the nails used to attach drywall, consider one of these:

http://www.amazon.com/Biary-Innovations-MSFL-T1003-Targets-included/dp/B001IIJY8C/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top?ie=UTF8

Your method may or may not work depending on how well the drywall is finished and it could be time consuming to turn the lights on and off. The magic stud finder is pretty cool because it finds studs quickly and leaves a nice little target hanging on the wall. It was a life saver when installing base boards as I could quickly mark several in a row then come back with my nailer.

u/Spencer1582675 · 4 pointsr/BedBros

This is the pillow I bought and it’s amazing:

Coop Home Goods - Eden Shredded... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LZHMODV?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

It’s shredded memory foam and it’s a pretty cool pillow to lay on (literally). They give you instructions for how much fluff to have in your pillow for each type of sleeper (and it comes with A LOT of extra fluff). I paired it with a cheap $15 silk pillow case and it’s perfect for winter or summer. Hope that helps (also if you do get it, the memory foamie smell it comes with goes away after a few days unless you put it in the dryer to get rid of it.

u/Melorix · 1 pointr/Reduction

I got this recliner cushion from Amazon and never regretted it for an instant: https://www.amazon.com/LINENSPA-Shredded-Foam-Reading-Pillow/dp/B0117SNG0O/ I did need an extra pillow or two to help, but that thing is seriously comfortable for having to sleep upright/reclined. Kind of pricey but SO worth sleeping in comfort.

I also got a lap tray to put my food/drinks/laptop on while in bed: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B017T39EEI/

u/1steditionchar1zard · 2 pointsr/Mattress

Hey again, just wanted to follow up because I ordered this pillow - and - this in indeed the exact pillow I've been looking for. Oh my, it's perfect in every way. I'm kind of mad because I wish I had known about this ten years ago. I hope my neck pain goes away but I can already tell I'll be a happy sleeper from here on out. I wanted to thank you for the awesome suggestion!!!

Need it cold? Think it's impossible?

Boom. This thread is done. GET OUT OF MY FACE if you think this isn't the best thing you've ever seen. This 30-something dollar purchase was the best money I've ever spent. Buckwheat is fucking weird, but I sleep like a champion with it.

I'll go on record right now: I won't ever review anything as highly as this pillow as long as I'm a subscriber to this reddit.

Disclaimer: I just searched for buckwheat pillow on amazon, results may vary by brand, but mine wasn't anything crazy expensive

u/Hows_Your_Back · 2 pointsr/fibro

I have 2 memory foam pillows that I sleep on and while I don't have migraines I did notice a considerable change in my sleep quality. I still have a lot of neck and upper back pain, but I tend to wake up less and they just feel better to sleep on since mine are a little firmer. I sleep with 2 pillows and I wonder if maybe the extra height is part of the problem, might try just one for a while.

I had a friend recommend a water pillow she absolutely loves it, but I don't have personal experience.

u/Gigafrost · 1 pointr/AskReddit

As much as I like that one, those common ones tend to be a bit short. They're pretty good for filling the bed with pillows, though. (Hence why I have eight.) In my opinion, it's better to go the pillowcase + pillow route, although obtaining anime pillowcases isn't as cheap/easy, afaik.

Of the four pillowcases I got, three came from a store selling through Amazon. (They are no longer listed.) I went for the longer (60") pillowcases and that size has been nice. Unfortunately, locating 60" pillows was more tricky. For the three Amazon pillowcases, I bought a fourpack, although they don't seem to hold their shape too well.

The fourth I imported from Japan and it resides on this pillow. While it has deformed a bit to conform to my shape it remains quite fluffy. (It's also significantly older than the Amazon pillows and has been my main pillow since I got it so it's stood the test of time much better.)

u/vllewella · 1 pointr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

OMG so glad you are feeling better. I was wondering where you ran off to.

  • You missed me and my hugs!!

  • yes, I did miss you. I miss your face!

  • /u/doodlord you have been gone a loooong time and I miss you.

    Get better soon, hun. (((HUGS)))
u/AlexTakeTwo · 2 pointsr/Fibromyalgia

LOL. I have this wedge pillow and this normal pillow. The thing I like about the normal pillow is that it is super soft but still very supportive. So it doesn't make my jaw hurt like most "supportive" firm pillows, but doesn't hurt my neck like a soft, non-supportive pillow. And if/when a section of it gets a bit flat, 10 minutes in the dryer on air perks it right back up again.

u/internethistory4sale · 1 pointr/Dakimakuras

dakimakuri sells a good one according to reviews. this one will probably be the easiest (and cheapest? (after shipping, using free shipping)) to buy.

if you want made in japan and high quality, look at A&J's DHR6000, A&J's DHR7000, fules' withAQUA, chara@'s marshmallow (expert edition or mark 2). they should all be available on amazon jp.

u/blurrypenis · 4 pointsr/BuyItForLife

I just had to replace my old pillow, I was in the same situation as you. I got a slim bamboo pillow and it's working pretty good. Stays flat and soft, and doesn't make me feel like I'm suffocating when I'm laying on my stomach. Fluffs up decently too if you want some 'reading in bed' support. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B014E9UMH8/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Also, I bought a new pillow yesterday, and I'm in love with it. I slept really well last night, and I'm giving all of the credit to this awesome pillow. If you sleep on your side or back, consider buying this pillow, because it will change your life.

u/pinkmoonkitty · 1 pointr/migraine

I bought a new one several months ago. I'm a back/side sleeper and need a lower profile. I also like a heavier pillow. Sometimes during a bad migraine I sit them on my head. The pressure helps. shruggs This one has been great! I would recommend it to a friend. Or a reddit community. u/GunStinger · 2 pointsr/Dakimakuras

Cospa isn't bad, but it's not a premium body. From what I've seen on this sub, most people seem to prefer something more in the line of A&J, Comodo or Marshmallow, but those are the more serious collectors.

I was plenty happy with one that was basically Cospa's price-class with more stuffing for many years, though I have a Fules WithAqua now, which I think is the cheapest premium pillow you can get thanks to their ongoing introductory price.

Are the two pillows for stacked elevation or for two separate areas? Someone asked a few days back about elevating their knee without stacking and banding pillows and seems like they settled on an inflatable foot rest. Best of luck on your hike!

I'm the exact same way and almost gave up on plane sleeping, but last year I fell asleep sitting up on a 3-hour flight after taking (prescribed) Xanax for nerves. This gave me hope. For my next long haul flight, I'm going to use this promising-looking neck pillow, a couple mgs of Xanax, an eye mask, and a pair of noise-canceling headphones. I call this experiment "bootleg first class."

What I like about Xanax over sleeping pills like Ambien is that I ~should~ be able to be woken up for dinner or whatever (by my husband, not the FA) without an issue.

My favorite body pillow so far. It's held up quite well since I got it in Dec 2013. I've been using body pillows for at least 15 years and this is by far the best I've found.

This pillow has the best of both options for side sleepers and back sleepers. Keeps your neck aligned correctly and at the perfect height. I have degenerative disc disease in my neck and this pillow helped me out a lot.

I bet that's an amazing pillow.

I use a waterbase pillow to adjust it to my desired thickness. :)

if you want to just listen in bed, sure why not. You can prop up some pillows or use one of these

Sleeping with any headphones is not a good idea, but I guess wearing headphones in bed isn't a new idea because products like these have been around for a long time. Today's equivalent is something like this.

Personally, I'm not a fan of wearing headphones in bed. Maybe if you don't want to wake your significant other when you are watching something on TV after they are asleep.

best pillow ever. Depending on how much water is in it determines how firm/plush it is, and since it has water, it never gets hot. Always stays cool. I've never had to flip my pillow over since I've gotten this.

u/adaml223 · 8 pointsr/minimalism

I sleep on a shikibuton. I bought it about 6 months ago after becoming interested in Japanese futons. Because I didn't want to break the bank to purchase an authentic one, I settled for this one.

I fold it up every morning, fold my blanket, and set it and my buckwheat pillow on top of it and set it away in my room.

Before this I was using an old mattress that was in the spare room of my grandma's where I live. Being that my grandma isn't too interested in the idea of minimalism, my room becomes a very calming place for me when I head up to bed at night.

EDIT:
Just thought of this after I posted. I wish I would've realized the idea of minimalism before I moved out of my apartment. I was already on the side of have fewer possessions than most people, but I hadn't gotten to the point were I realized it and was able to fine tune it. I was basically a minimalist that didn't know it and therefore didn't put much thought into it.

This pillow has helped me changed my habit of sleeping on my stomach. It is a little uncomfortable the first few nights, but after that you won’t be able to sleep without. Good for people who want to better their sleep hygiene.

I got one of these and use it in addition to a small square throw pillow that goes in the bottom middle of the backrest and then I use my regular (more flat) pillow at the top of the backrest. Seems to be working pretty well for me. I am currently 2 days post op and can sleep for about 6 hours at a time this way.

For those of you who love the bed life and don't need this advice, double advice time! I highly suggest one of these, one of these, along with a decent laptop and mouse.

I bought two Xtreme Comfort pillows in 2017 and they are stupid comfortable and still fluffy to this day. Only $55 - well worth it!

Mediflow Original Waterbase Pillow

It's like sleeping on a cloud, and the firmness can be adjusted by filling in less/more water. The pillow is much cheaper in Europe though, I bought a twin pack for around $35, so it might be a good idea to shop around stop

u/nibay · 3 pointsr/migraine

I'll throw my water pillow into the mix. I love this thing.

u/sasquatch_yeti · 2 pointsr/funny

Not sure what is affordable. But this is the best pillow I've had. And you can wash it too.

u/gwenhwyfarr · 2 pointsr/migraine

I got one of these a few months ago: Mediflow Water Pillow because I was having a lot of neck pain. My favorite thing is that you control how much water goes in the base making it totally adjustable. :)

u/luckykarma83 · 1 pointr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

Oh I really need a new pillow. My dog peed on it for the fourth time last night and I'm just tired of washing it and washing it and I thew it out. I'm using a folded up blanket right now :c

Weekend plans...clean up a bit around the house, do loads and loads of laundry and hopefully take my dog out for long walks! 1.21 Gigawatts.

This is some contest you're holding, you are a really giving person C:

u/edmandarnditt · 1 pointr/piercing

This has happened to me with a few of my ear piercings. I get the piercing and there's no residual pain, so after a couple days, I feel like it's safe to sleep on. And I'm wrong. So then it feels bruised for a while.

For fresh ear piercings, you might want to get a neck pillow or a side sleeper so you can comfortably sleep on your side without mashing your ear into the pillow.

u/BentleyCarr · 2 pointsr/migraine

Yes, link indeed missing, here it is: https://www.amazon.com/Tri-Core-Cervical-Pillow-Full-Standard/dp/B000ET9TXQ/ref=pd_lpo_vtph_121_bs_t_2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=4KBG8QADR8ZBS17PN13D

Buckwheat isn't soft or comfortable exactly.. it is malleable though, so ideally you can set it up so it's got your head and neck aligned properly. It makes sense to me because it seems like the exact height of the core pillow only works for me some of the time, not all the time. They also sell water pillows that are adjustable for that reason.

It was so difficult to find something that did this trick for my mom. In the end the thing that has helped the most, even now as she's progressed into a fully locked-in lifestyle are those airplane travel pillows (the ones shaped like a big U). We wound up getting like 10 different types, textures, and materials from different manufacturers depending on where she was sitting, and even use one now in her wheelchair -- even though the damn wheelchair headrest was $1k by itself, this $20 neck pillow is ironically what makes it bearable: https://www.amazon.com/Travelmate-Memory-Foam-Neck-Pillow/dp/B004UB056E/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1481137770&sr=8-4&keywords=travel+pillow

Magic Stud Finder takes a little longer, but it's a lot more reliable, especially in older buildings, it will stick to the little nails holding the lath to the framing.

If you want all the bells and whistles, go with this.

u/sharxattack · 1 pointr/ftm

Hm... I don't know how widespread the bumps are, but if they're localized to one area, you could invest in a neck pillow so that the area with the bumps doesn't have any pressure put on it.

There's only so much you can change with a mattress, unfortunately. This pillow is pretty awesome and helped me out a lot.

The reality is that some of these symptoms won't go away. I'm a 25/M with the same diagnosis, so I can relate. The worst part about this dignosis is you can't cure a lot of the problems, you just have to work on coping mechanisms.

u/jaredharley · 2 pointsr/AskReddit

My brother has the same problem (the jaw popping) and it completely went away when he started sleeping with a buckwheat pillow at night, instead of a regular down pillow. Weird, but a pillow is way cheaper than jaw surgery!

u/anticausal · 2 pointsr/AdviceAnimals

This is 100 times worse when you're used to sleeping on a buckwheat husk pillow at home.

u/Crac_Monkey · 1 pointr/AskReddit

Water pillows are 1,000 times more comfortable than those stupid feather filled cotton crap pillows! ALSO Bidets are freaking awesome, all you need to do is dry the area off! Everyone around me are just a bunch of dirty butt holes!

I have a water pillow (linked below) that has totally changed my life. I’ve had it for over a year and it works wonders. It was studied at Johns Hopkins and is clinically proven to reduce neck pain.

I’m a severe bruxer and my physiatrist gives me Botox injections to stop the grinding and trigger point injections for neck and back pain. All of this (plus night guards) has helped immensely. I hope you can find some relief!

u/adanufgail · 3 pointsr/migraine

In addition to the others here who mention posture extends to lying, I'd also mention blood flow. When I get migraines and reach the postdrome phase, there's a period where if I bend over I get stabbing pains straight through the top of my head.

It's very possible the change in blood flow from lying down may be exacerbating your migraine. Do you have a recliner chair that you could lay in to keep your head above your body to test (or a large enough bean bag chair). Or a sitting pillow (like this).
