Champion makes a "long" boxer brief thats like under armour but much less expensive. I honestly prefer them over under armour or nike. They definitely dont bunch up, have room in the crotch, and seem well made. I bought a ton of them after I realized how much I liked them. Amazon sells them here. They sell them under the Champion "Tech" line. There's other long underwear they make but the tech line specifically is what I'm referring too. The other types from champion outside of the tech line dont fit the same.
I'd start by solving your seam-chafing problem and go from there. It's hard to say for other underwear because most trunks/boxer briefs do in fact have the mid-seam, but the difference is that they do a much better job of supporting your junk and keeping it in place, so less movement= less chafe. And regardless of seams or not, they will probably feel more comfortable so long as you pick good stuff.
Obviously you could spend more time shopping about, but those I personally own and like. But no two dicks are the same. Everyone should be picky about their underwear. But, I'd go with #1 since you're used to boxer shorts.
I had surgery at ClinicForYou the week before last. Absolutely no complaints - flew in on Wednesday and was taken for a blood test, surgery on Thursday then flew back to the UK on Friday. My stitches come out on Friday, so I guess I'll have a better idea of the 'final product' at that point (regards scarring etc) but everything looks fine at the moment.
If you decide to go with them, then I would recommend going for the assistance package - you have a patient coordinator who helps things go smoothly (they take you to/from airport and apartment/clinic and can give recommendations for places to eat etc in the city). All the staff are really friendly, though some (unsurprisingly) don't speak very much English (which I mention only because it can be a little disorienting immediately after the surgery).
I stayed in the LeoApart apartments, which were nice and are very central in Wroclaw (about 5 mins from the main square/plaza) and maybe a 15 min drive from the clinic itself.
The only thing I would say is that the compression vest they give you is quite bulky (it also wasn't very comfortable but I only wore it immediately after the surgery so that probably contributed). I bought a couple of these (so I could wear one while sleeping and another to work) and they are much more comfortable and seem to do the job. Obviously your mileage may vary depending on build etc.
How exactly does your tactile sensory processing disorder work? Those of us who don't have your disorder may not be equipped to answer you truthfully. I know that I also have a lot of problems wearing tight clothing, but binding is ok for me in that sense because my issues are social, and the tight clothing feeling only exacerbates them. If I bind correctly in a way that doesn't show off that I have breasts, I don't have an issue. It sounds like your case is going to be very different, though. Additionally, the bigger you are, the harder it may be to bind even with normal tactile senses.
You can always get one binder and try it, see how it works for you. (this one isn't the absolute best for compression, but it's decent, cheap, relatively comfortable compared to tighter binders, and will work if you're smaller and/or layer on top of it. It can be a little tough to get into and out of, but once it's on it's not that bad. Go down in size for better compression: http://www.amazon.com/Underworks-Microfiber-Compression-Large-White/dp/B001DLGWLG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1342188030&sr=8-1&keywords=underworks+tank)
I wear trunks they have like 2 inch inseam? just short enough to fit under most short shorts. Briefs are also an option.
I have these. They are nylon and CK brand so a bit pricey but sometimes they go for $12-15 on amazon, I have found them for $8 at Marshalls. They are incredibly soft and feel amazing. Even wearing skintight leggings nothing shows up. but that might be a case by case basis since my junk is not that big in the first place. Well I feel like those undies pouch area prevents any bits from being outlined.

I've heard these underwear are incredible in terms of support. My friend got em and said they're the best underwear he's ever bought. Lmk if end up trying them out! Otherwise yea maybe a jockstrap. Congrats on losi g weight! I'm getting into climbing myself right now, and I hope to lose lots of weight too!

This right here!!!
I bought 2 packs (8 briefs) 2 years ago and they’re beasts!! I bought briefs instead of boxer briefs because boxer briefs always ride up imo, especially when working out. Aside from the being extremely comfortable, the simple idea of having a cock-slot is a game changer for me.
I wear them daily and that includes 5+ mile runs and there has be zero signs of wear. I got a good deal on them because i bought them either on Amazon day or Black Friday. So I’m obviously looking to stock up in a few weeks.
Couple things:
Underarmor "heatgear" is for wearing in the heat, not the cold. Their Coldgear stuff is for the cold.
That red and black suit looks... super sketch, ha. Something like this would work for tights under running shorts, and then wear some poly underwear beneath them. For up top, a long sleeve poly top will be good; doubt you'll need a coat.
You'll feel cold when you walk outside, but once you get going it should balance out. You don't want to be warm when you walk outside. If you're interested in more, I did a whole video on winter running gear which dives deeper.
I bought some of these recently, they fit nicely with the pouch up front. My wife loves it when I wear them, she likes how soft they feel.
https://www.amazon.com/aishani-Panties-Bikini-Briefs-Underwear/dp/B072PVZYJX/ref=cts_ap_1_vtp
I for one think there can never be enough alpha on your shirt but everyone under estimates the under wear. https://www.amazon.com/fashion-wolf-underwear-boxers-shorts/dp/B01ERC3PWQ Just look at the way the snout shows the bulge.
Anyways. After a long hard day of choreplay I like to chill out with the alcohol free beer my wife has approved for me. Really hits the spot.
I would recommend a pair of lightweight merino wool boxers if you prefer natural fibers or the SAXX kinetics are also a great option for synthetic fabrics. I have used both and they both have there ideal uses. I have no experience with female style underwear so i cant't offer any personal advice.
Merino Wool Boxers
SAXX
Champion has their Tech Performance boxer/briefs that are a good knockoff of the under armour. I own a few pair and can recommend them. You can usually find them around $10. Just read the materials and make sure its not one of their styles with cotton. http://www.amazon.com/Champion-Mens-Performance-Boxer-Brief/dp/B006LHMA1S
2015 and 2016 were rough for me during winter since I hadn't been diagnosed yet. I spend a considerable amount of time outside at work. And I didn't want to crank the heat in my home and toast friends/family so here's what I used to cope:
I got a nice warm down comforter for my bed.
A heated throw blanket to use around the house.
Zippo hand warmer for times outside.
And thermal under garments. Top. Bottom.
I've also had a Presto heat dish for a number of years. I think I paid $60 at Costco but the going rate seems to be double that now. It's nice because it directs the heat at you rather than warming an entire room.
These work great https://www.amazon.com/Separatec-Performance-Briefs-Underwear-Maroon/dp/B078WT2HP8/ref=sr_1_3?crid=135ZE3XD7PJEF&keywords=seperatec+mens+underwear&qid=1563895544&s=gateway&sprefix=seperat%2Caps%2C211&sr=8-3

There's a berries hammock and a barrier between the twig. Super comfy!
I also live in the California valley where it regularly get to be over 110 Fahrenheit during the summer. I definitely have something to contribute here - and hear me out here - merino wool socks and underwear. You might think wool?? That's HOT! That's the worst thing you could wear! Actually it depends on the kind of wool you're wearing. Plenty of people make old school wool clothes that are hot as fuck and only useable if you're in a snowy climate, but these days you can get things like "smart wool" and "darn tough" socks that are made of wool but don't feel any warmer than regular cotton. Wool is moisture wicking and odor absorbing so the swamp ass feeling you have at the end of a hot day wearing cotton underwear will be a thing of the past. You'll feel dry and smell free all day. They're much more costly than regular cotton undergarments but they're worth it! Just do yourself a favor and buy a single pair of hot weather merino wool boxer briefs on amazon or whatever (something like this) and tell me I'm wrong. All I own is merino wool underclothes now.
I've run a number of times while wearing my Omega. The weight feels pretty damned good to me, causing my junk to bounce and sway as I run. But my balls ride high and tight, so there's not a ton of movement going on, in comparison to a guy who might hang very low. I'd definitely want to wear a ring that's nice and tight. I could see a loose ring making things uncomfortable, and possibly slipping if you get extremely sweaty.
For the record, I was running in Calvin Klein Men's Iron Strength Micro Hip Briefs, which are very supportive, and a pair of Gore running/cycling tights. Damn my bulge looked big in tights!!!

This is what I wear when I want to be flat down there. Its super effective and holds everything down flat. Even if there is a bulge, its not that significant. you can wear this with tight pants and skirts, personally.
Dude, boxer briefs. Best of both worlds. Highly recommend these ones.
People still wear boxers? Acquire some boxer briefs my good man, I don't know how anyone can wear slim fitting pants with boxers.
Hanes Classic are decent and affordable. My only beef is that they tend to stretch out during the day and gradually morph into boxers, but to solve that you need something with elastane, and those usually run $20 a pair. Totally worth it in my opinion, but to each his own.
Apparently it's 3d underwear. Pretty neat.
Wear boxer briefs that have longer legs (almost down to the knee) and are made of a more "athletic" / spandex material.
I started wearing these a while back. Huge quality of life improvement, even if you aren't overweight.
Funny or not, I am still wearing these boxer briefs but the comments make it crystal clear it's inferior now. I can't find anything comfy these days. Help?
try an underworks compression tank top (here), made for men (gynecomastia). They worked for me when i was at the stage where doubling up tight tshirts wasn't working anymore.
Also, wear a couple of loose layers on top. the best type of shirt to wear for masculinizing is a size-too-big polo or button down.
For just a little more money you can get the Champion Men's Tech Performance Boxer Briefs. They are incredible at moisture wicking and keeping everything in place. And they make your ass look amazing. And personally, I'm a huge fan of the long ones. I just can't stand cotton undies anymore.
also these seem legit that was posted in that thread: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06W2LJWRT/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_HD4ZBbTF6NJ9W
best price point is for the mediums
Extra long boxer briefs for the win!
I bought a pair of these for hiking due to the rave reviews on Amazon but they pilled up and started fraying on the sides of the thighs after only a couple of washes. I still have them but I much prefer these as alternatives. They are cheaper, sturdier, have all the same wicking performance, and feel just nice.
Yeah, I would highly recommend one of these.
I buy these glorious bastards and they are excellent. They tend to last through a intense year of running, biking and incredible sex before they get a hole in them, at which point I am like, "Whatever," and I toss those broke motherfuckers in the trash and buy another year's supply of underwear for $40 (2 packs).
I have pretty bad gyno and I started fin in February 2015, noticed no change in my gyno condition after I started it (but then again I have it pretty bad, luckily it's not noticable at all thanks to these)
I plan to have surgery in the near future once I have the money for it saved up, so I'm also kinda worried that the fin might cause it to come back post-surgery.
Do you work out? I feel like as long as you keep in shape/keep your body fat levels low and keep your diet in check you probably won't have to worry about it recurring in the future even with the finasteride
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000FE7F8G/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1482682150&sr=8-2&pi=SY200_QL40&keywords=modal+boxer+briefs&dpPl=1&dpID=51uLeR8lT1L&ref=plSrch
Looking for a frugal alternative to these CK modal boxer briefs.
These get good reviews and are really affordable. but there are some complaints about a butt seam giving wedgies :-/
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01AA8Y8PY/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1482682250&sr=8-1&pi=SY200_QL40&keywords=modal%2Bboxer%2Bbriefs&dpPl=1&dpID=415yMUHuPhL&ref=plSrch&th=1&psc=1
And then there's meundies, if you guys can clue me in on these

Or any other frugal option of course.
Thanks!
I wear these, they're pretty comfortable

Calvin Klein Modal Boxer Brief Ultra Soft - 3 Pack (Medium, Black-Dark Gray) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06W2LJWRT/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_HD4ZBbTF6NJ9W
Looks like $32 on Amazon for 3 pairs (at least for M). Not sure if these are the same blend ratios though.
Duofold makes very similar gear to Under Armor for a lot cheaper. These are usually what I wear as a base layer. For me, these are good for temps in the 20's- 30's F. When it dips down into the teens or single digits I throw a Smartwool shirt and a pair of jogging pants on over the top
https://www.amazon.com/Duofold-Weight-Wicking-Thermal-Medium/dp/B006SRTEZ6/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1481984151&sr=8-2-fkmr0&keywords=duofold+thermal+running

They also make them in heavy weight, but that would be overkill for the temps here.
These Champion boxer briefs are really supportive and they don't stretch out. You can get them at Target. You could also wear a ManHood to prevent chafing.
Just FYI, I just picked up some Modal underwear from Amazon for cheaper (3-packs though). Also if you have a Century 21 near you it is/was $13/pair.

Throw a light jacket or sweatshirt over the top.
You'll also want some thin wool gloves and possibly a hat.
Consider wearing wife beaters/compression shirts!
Also choosing to wear colors that hide shadows rather than emphasize them is probably a good idea (typically darker shades do a better job)
amazon
They'll hide most if not all of your chest problems
Found it by searching Amazon for "wolf" while I was looking for stocking stuffers! They also have an eagle and tiger version. Link.
Buy one pair of these. You will be a boxer brief man for life.
